Hands Up! They Shoot!

Hands up and they still shoot!

Charles Kinsey is alive today. Counting his blessings that he wasn't killed by the law. Charles is an unarmed man who was a caretaker for an autistic man. His client ran away and he was looking for him.

Kinsey works at a mental health center, was trying to bring back a 23-year-old man who had wandered outside carrying a toy truck when police arrived, having received a 911 call about a man with a gun, the Miami Herald reports. In video taken just before Kinsey, who is black, was shot in the leg, he can be seen lying down and trying to persuade the heavyset autistic man, who is still playing with the truck, to do the same. "He has a toy truck," Kinsey yells to police. "I am a behavior tech at the group home. That's all this is."

Kinsey, 47 was shot in the leg with an assault rifle. The moment doesn't appear on video released by his lawyer, though one of the people filming can be heard wondering why they "shot the black boy instead of the fat boy." "When it hit me, I'm like, 'I still got my hands in the air, and I said, 'No, I just got shot!' And I'm saying, 'Sir, why did you shoot me?' and his words to me, he said, 'I don’t know,'" Kinsey tells WSVN. He says the worst part is that after he was shot, police handcuffed him and then left him bleeding in the street for what he estimates was 20 minutes. NBC Miami reports that the officer involved has been placed on administrative duty while police investigate. Kinsey was hospitalized for the gunshot wound, but he could be released as soon as Thursday.

Well according to the law, there was a man with a gun in the area. So they obviously run towards the danger. What they see what two men and they ordered them to have their hands up.

Well the client was incapable of listening because he's severely autistic. But the caretaker was on the ground belly up with his hands up.

And yet he was shot by the police. When asked why he was shot, the law said he don't know.

Now the name #CharlesKinsey is trending and the supporters of Black Lives Matter are calling out Fox News, Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke, Jr. and Rudy Giuliani for not mentioning this in their feud against the group.

The North Miami Police is under fire for this one.

The officer who shot Kinsey is in the freezer pending a state and federal investigation.

Okay, how long will it take for conservatives to find some reason to claim this was a justified shooting?

When will conservative justify the shooting by trolling for incriminating evidence on social media?

When will we hear agitators say the officer needs the benefit of the doubt?

No comments from the AM agitators yet Obviously they don't have anything that incriminates Charles.

When will they blame President Barack Obama for this?

Ted Cruz Forever The Ass!

Ted Cruz's condescending speech made the news.

Day three of the Republican Convention in Cleveland. The world gets introduced to the running mate of Donald J. Trump. He is Indiana governor Mike Pence. He's relatively controversial for a Midwestern governor.

He was the second pick. According to CBS, the Trump campaign was seriously vetting the failed presidential candidate John Kasich as their running mate. Kasich is the current governor of Ohio.

Kasich refuses to endorse Trump. He stayed clear of Cleveland.

Paul Ryan formally introduced Mike Pence to the stage.

Pence right off the bat went to defending his past days as a lawmaker in Washington. He talks about his life, his family and why he chose to be the running mate for Trump instead of running for reelection governor of Indiana. He was critical of President Barack Obama, Bernie Sanders and Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. I am going to be honest. I was bored with his speech.

I was bored with the speech of failed presidential candidate Scott Walker. Walker is the current governor of Wisconsin. He was the first serious candidate to drop out the race. He was speaking to a bored RNC audience.

Eric Trump got an opportunity to give mad props to his dad. He said the usual disgust with Obama, Clinton, government regulations, his faith, his family and why the need to support his dad is very important. It was a bore.

Former astronaut Eileen Collins didn't endorse Donald Trump and it got some major attention.

It was the conservative agitator Laura Ingraham, the failed 2012 presidential candidate and washed up politico Newt Gingrich and failed presidential candidate Ted Cruz who got the crowd on their feet.

Newt "Frankly" Gingrich got praised for his sharp tongue. His attacks on Obama, Clinton, Muslims and Black Lives Matter got huge standing ovations.

Ted Cruz stole the show by not endorsing Trump. He was booed by the Republicans.

An Epic Cluster Ruck!

Papa Smurf calls Hillary Clinton, Lucifer.

The second night of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

It's official Donald J. Trump will be the nominee for the Republican Party.

The bombastic business and media mogul has finally accomplish his goal. He's now representing a party somewhat enthusiastic about their chances against Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

Right now they are statistically tied. Both candidates are equally hated. Both candidates are equally polarizing. I believe most of the criticism of Hillary Clinton is based on sexism.

President Barack Obama right now enjoys job approvals in the high 50s. He, Bill Clinton, Vice President Joe Biden will speak at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia next week. Clinton will pick her running mate on Thursday and have an event Saturday. Andrea Mitchell will likely have the first interview with the Democratic candidate and her running mate.

Most of the speakers at the "Make America Work Again" event were simply attacking President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and others.

Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Donald Trump, Jr., Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and Shelley Moore Capito were expected to talk about jobs, economy and prosperity.

Of course, they go into attacking Clinton and Obama with ugly rhetoric. The ugly memes were "Lock Her Up", "Hi-LIAR-y" and "Lucifer" aimed at Clinton.

Fox News Chief Roger Ailes Fired Out The Cannon!

Fox News chief Roger Ailes isn't having a good day. Rupert Murdoch gave Ailes two opinions, get fired out the cannon or quit the job.

Sources report that 21th Century Fox Entertainment  and Fox News CEO Roger Ailes is about to be fired out the cannon.

Fox News's brain and mastermind behind the most successful cable news channel is under fire for sexual harassment. His reckoning came from Gretchen Carlson. The former anchor filed a federal lawsuit against him and he's trying to get it dismissed.

He claims that she's bitter. But in reality, he's bitter. His past is coming back to haunt him.

James and Lachlan Murdoch are the sons and investors of News Corp, the international mass media company founded by their father Rupert Murdoch.
Gretchen Carlson admits that Fox News is GOP propaganda.
Murdoch is very concerned about the allegations. Now it's reported that all media personalities will be interviewed and recorded for comments said by Ailes.

Gretchen found an ally in five other women. But what got me rocked out of my seat is the one woman I would never expect aid Gretchen in her fight against Ailes.

I was not expecting this!

Megyn Kelly told investigators that Ailes sexually harassed her. This bombshell also falls in suit of the feud between Kelly and Donald Trump. When Trump was berating Kelly during the primaries, Ailes and his acolytes weren't helping her out.

She took a few weeks off after the dustup. Trump and Kelly sort of settled their feud.
Megyn Kelly gets a shout out for taking down the biggest asshole in the junk food media that's not Donald Trump.
Many media figures have somewhat defended him. But the evidence is there and now those pinheads on the couch Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, and Ainsley Earhardt got to be retrained.

Tucker Carlson, Greg Gutfeld, Chris Wallace, Bret Baier, Keith Ablow, Geraldo Rivera, Martha MacCallum, Bill Hemmer, Shepard Smith, Jon Scott, Jenna Lee, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Neil Cavuto, and Greta Van Susteren have to report to investigators and be retained on their behavior in the workplace.

I can say that Bill O'Reilly, Shepard Smith, Softball Hannity, Brian Kilmeade, Steve Doocy, and Greg Gutfeld better start looking over their shoulder.

O'Reilly, Smith, Kilmeade and Doocy were accused by women and men of sexual harassment.

No word of any comments from Gretchen Carlson or Roger Ailes. No comment from Fox News or the News Corp folks.

Stay tuned to the story. Biggest media story of the year.

Melania Trump Ripped Michelle Obama's Speech!

Melania Trump getting slammed for ripping off First Lady Michelle Obama's speech in 2008.

The Republican National Convention in Cleveland. Day one went down in history as one of the most angriest I've seen or heard. Donald Trump sure knows how to pick 'em.

I was at work when all the drama happened. I did managed to listen to the circling firing squad of bigots.

Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA), Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), Sen. Jeff Session (R-AL), Darryl Glenn, Michael Flynn, Marcus Luttrell, David Clarke, Jr. Scott Baio, Rudy Giuliani, Pat Smith, Antonio Sabato, Jr.,and headliner Melania Trump were "Make America Safe" by bashing Hillary Clinton, President Barack Obama, Black Lives Matter, Muslims, and immigrants.

The whole event was controversial.

What was the biggest controversy of the whole event was the allegations that Melania ripped off First Lady Michelle Obama's 2008 speech. The speech the wife of Republican nominee was doing her introduction. Many speculators claim that the words seem oddly similar to the first lady.

Rudy Giuliani raised the bar on Black Lives Matter. He outcrazied David Clarke, Jr., the controversial sheriff of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin with the rhetoric targeting protesters against police brutality as a bunch of racists. Clarke called the movement a terrorist group. The Republicans cheered when the Baltimore police officers got off criminal indictment charges for the death of Freddie Gray.

The delegates who didn't support Donald Trump were none too happy. Their last ditch effort to stop Trump went down in flames. They did a walkout protest against Trump.

Pat Smith and the former Navy Seal Marcus Luttrell accused Obama and Clinton of being murderers.

Sen. Ernst got embarrassed. After Melania finished her speech, attendees bounced. Ernst got to speak to an nearly empty arena. It was a big flub for her.

Baio, a washed up celebrity in his own right had an opportunity to trash Clinton and Obama by calling them out for giving moochers "free stuff". Dog whistle rhetoric. He also slammed Clinton in an offensive meme. It labeled her a cunt.

I will give you the most controversial parts of the RNC Day 1

Cop Walk In Freddie Gray Case!

Cop walk in Freddie Gray case
It's likely all the cops involved in the injury of Freddie Gray will be not indicted for his murder.

One of the Baltimore cops who was on film carrying an injured Freddie Gray screaming was not indicted. Brian Rice was found not guilty in the involuntary manslaughter and murder of Freddie Gray.

Prosecutors failed to find evidence of an intentional act.

Judge Barry Williams found Lieutenant Brian Rice not guilty on all counts on Monday. The case was decided by Judge Williams himself instead of a jury, as Rice opted for a bench trial, like his colleagues Edward Nero and Caesar Goodson Jr.

Gray’s injuries occurred at some point while he was being transported to the police station following his arrest. He was not buckled in with a seat-belt while he was riding in the back of a police van, restrained by handcuffs. The arrest took place after officers apprehended him following a foot chase. Rice initiated the chase, after he and Gray made eye contact and Gray ran, while walking in Baltimore on April 12, 2015.

Prosecutors argued that Rice should have known of the Baltimore Police’s new policy of making sure that passengers are secured by seat-belts, and that he is responsible for Gray not being buckled in. Prosecutor Janice Bledsoe said in her closing argument that “Lt. Rice’s decisions cannot be be blamed on poor judgement or error,” and that “[i]t was an intentional act that started a chain leading to the death of Freddie Gray.”

The defense countered that Gray’s injuries did not take place until some time between the police van’s fourth and sixth stops after Gray’s arrest, and that Rice didn’t have any contact with him at that point. They also called witnesses who testified that the death should have been deemed an accident. This countered the findings of assistant medical examiner Dr. Carol Allan, who determined that Gray’s death was a homicide.

Rice faced charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office, after Judge Williams dropped an assault charge and an additional misconduct in office charge, according to WBAL.

Rice was the fourth officer connected to Gray to face trial. Officer Williams Porter‘s trial resulted in a hung jury and he awaits a new trial, while Officers Nero and Goodson were acquitted by Judge Williams.

This will certainly raise tension.

With many in law enforcement not facing criminal charges for killing unarmed people of color, it's sparking Black extremists to take revenge on cops and agitators in the junk food media.

Homeland Secretary Jeh Johnson warns of backlash against police officers in the wake of the fatal shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile.

What's Wrong With This Picture?

The Speaker of the House posted a harsh reality about the Republican Party's lack of diversity.

Day one of the Republican convention and it's already attracting controversy.

On 60 Minutes, Donald Trump and Indiana governor Mike Pence were interviewed by Lesley Stahl and it turned into a disaster. Trump called out Hillary Clinton, then a senator for supporting the war in Iraq. He gave Mike Pence, then congressman a pass for the vote. Pence could not really muster a word in.

It was pretty awkward interview.

Chris Christie, the governor of New Jersey and washed up politico Newt Gingrich are furious. They weren't picked. Gingrich has so far brushed off his frustration by saying that all Muslims should be deported if they support Shir'a law in the United States. Gingrich attracted international condemnation for that.
Second logo.
Trump also cancelled the official logo. He rolled out his new logo after the first one got slammed for being sexually offensive.

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) innocent selfie with congressional interns turns out to be a big epic fail. He posted on social media his "record" setting intern counts. The selfie was posted yesterday and it managed to attract attention.

It's most full of White interns.

It shows the problem Republicans have with Black, Hispanic, Asian, LGBT and Muslim outreach.

Donald Trump will introduce Melania to the stage tonight at the Republican National Convention. It's unconventional and it's a little out of the norm. I heard that Scott Baio is the major "A-lister" to attend the convention. Willie Robertson of Duck Dynasty. Two actors from CBS's The Bold and the Beautiful are scheduled to speak too.

The convention will be missing some big guests. Perennial losers who ran for president, Mitt Romney, Ohio governor John Kasich, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) or Bob Dole will not attend. No Jeb Bush, no former presidents George H.W. or George W. Bush, no Dick Cheney, no Condoleezza Rice, no Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), no Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH), no Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) and no Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL).

Portman. McCain, Ayotte and Kirk are facing tougher elections. Graham is furious at Trump for winning and this is a protest against him.

Speaker Ryan loves selfies. He got washed up politico Newt Gingrich (a former speaker) in one.
Here's some real harsh words for House Speaker Paul Ryan.

Congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, Honorable House Speaker, what have you for me lately?

I mean you waste more time taking pictures than passing laws that could increase the minimum wage.

I mean you and the House and Senate take more vacations than the president and the average middle class worker.

I mean you and Republicans can't even put a bill on the floor for a firearm background check. We have too many senseless mass shootings.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

You and the Republicans can't get it through your peanut heads that you lack the ability to get things done.

I am hoping that the folks of your swing district pressure you to get things done on the national level.
Notice anything in House Speaker Paul Ryan's selfie.
I hope this selfie shows the country a reminder that you and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the Majority Leader of the Senate are inept lawmakers.

I know in the beginning you didn't want the position of being the Speaker of the House. I mean they pressured you to do such and lose your gig as the House and Weights committee chairman. You managed to get over the landslide loss you and perennial loser Mitt Romney had. I mean I thought I would hear less of you. It's unfortunate that you're in the news more than expected.

Wisconsin is sure having some of the most annoying things there. The state has that showboating asshole Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke in the news, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) facing former senator Russ Feingold, and governor Scott Walker's embarrassing run for president are signs of the state being screwed up.

The Republican Party is like cocaine. It's 90% WHITE and 10% everything else. It's either snorted through a straw or a dollar or lit in a flank as a crack.

The Republican Party is on crack because they wigged out on some dumb shit.
