Charli Baltimore - Money (Music Video)

Bill O'Reilly and Russell Simmons Clash over a Beyoncé Video

Come on people, Bill O'Reilly doesn't really care for Black girls.
He just using Sistas to score racist right-wing ideological points.

Bill O'Reilly and Russell Simmons Clash over a Beyoncé Video

In the music video for the Beyoncé song "Partition," there's some incredibly raunchy imagery, including car sex and a lyric reference to Monica Lewinsky. Bill O'Reilly was fired up about this Monday night, confronting hip hop mogul Russell Simmons over what kind of message that sends to young black girls when such behavior is glorified by one of their idols.

O'Reilly said the video "glorifies having sex in the back of a limousine," and wondered "why on earth would this woman do that" when unplanned pregnancy is a problem in the black community. Simmons didn't defend Beyoncé specifically, but spoke up in support of artists reflecting the reality people live in.

O'Reilly insisted that Beyoncé has "an obligation to protect children" and not to put out "exploitive garbage." He called the video "inexplicable" and was utterly bemused when Simmons said that the music video is, in fact, a work of art.

New Jersey Democratic Mayoral Candidate: This Gonna Be A F**king N****r Town!

Belleville councilwoman honors Black resident. It was revealed that she went into a racist tirade about her opponent, the mayor. The mayor is on the left. The racist right is whining about the political affiliation again.

The racist right is working into overdrive over a local New Jersey councilwoman saying some racial shit in a recorded tirade. They are saying once again (even after the Donald Sterling event) that the woman who is running for mayor in a small town is a Democrat.

NJ.com reports a Michigan forensics lab has confirmed with "85 percent" certainty that the voice heard on a phone message using a racial slur is that of Belleville councilwoman and mayoral candidate Marie Strumolo Burke.

In the recording, which was posted to YouTube and has been the subject of local discussion for weeks, a woman’s voice that is allegedly Burke’s can be heard yelling in the background of a voicemail left on Councilman Kevin Kennedy’s answering machine.

"This is terrible. This is terrible. This is gonna be a (expletive) (N-word) town," the woman says near the end of the 90-second message.

The former head of the town’s planning board was discussing proposed changes to the town’s tax rates before Burke’s alleged comments on the recording, said Mayor Raymond Kimble, who is running against Burke in the June mayoral election. Kimble said he will call for her resignation.

Burke, a longtime Belleville resident and councilwoman, has repeatedly denied the allegations. In an email to The Star-Ledger, she accused Kimble of engaging in dirty campaign tactics.

"I am outraged and I am ‘100% certain’ that Kimble’s fingerprints are all over this report. We don’t need to pay thousands of dollars to a laboratory to prove that these false accusations lead right back to Kimble," she wrote.

Kimble said he received the tape in October but did not know when the phone call was placed.

The answering machine was turned over to Primeau Forensics Lab in Michigan last week, said Edward Primeau, the lab’s director. He said he was "85 percent" sure the voice on the tape was Burke’s after comparing the recording to public comments she made at recent town council meetings.

Primeau said Burke’s accents and manner of speaking at council meetings was identical to those of the voice on the recording.

"It’s her. It’s the same person," he said. "Her speaking style, her pacing. The delivery of all the words spoken in both samples are identical."

Primeau said he could only rule the voices were "100 percent" identical if Burke were to read the statements made on the phone call aloud, so he could compare them.

"It’s sad to hear that, in the 21st century, in our state, that we have elected officials who have that type of attitude," said Thomas Puryear, president of the Maplewood-Orange chapter of the NAACP, which represents 11 municipalities. "It lets us know that racism is alive, and unfortunately doing very well, in our state and in our nation."

Kimble made the lab’s findings public today, calling Burke’s alleged comments "disturbing." The $1,320 bill for the analysis was paid for by a group of "concerned citizens" led by Thomas Grolimond, according to Primeau.

Grolimond, a member of the town’s Department of Public Works who was hired while Kimble was mayor, said he "helps out" with Kimble’s campaign but is not employed by the mayor.

He also claimed the analysis was not funded or ordered by the Kimble.

Kimble said the pending election had nothing to do with his decision to speak out, and denied any involvement with Grolimond’s actions.

"The tape speaks for itself," he said.

Even Sterling's Wife Acting Like A Racist Jackass!

Donald Sterling is banned from NBA games. His estranged wife is facing controversy.

This is a ongoing controversy.

It's a matter of principle. The controversial NBA owner of Los Angeles Clippers was banned indefinitely from the game. He can't attend any games whether form his own team or the opponents.

For the rest of his pathetic life, he'll no longer allow to sit court side. Adam Silver, the new NBA commissioner made it clear that the National Basketball Association isn't tolerating racism, homophobia and religious hate.

So this is a reminder to the NBA players, coaches and owners. It's a new day for the NBA.

News doesn't get any better for the embattled business owner. According to the gossip rag in New York, the NBA owner has prostate cancer. He was permanently banned from establishments he's long went to.

One included Dennis Hof, the famous pimp who owns the Moonlite Bunny Ranch in Mound House, Nevada.

What hurts the most is the fact his family is falling apart as well.

Donald Sterling's estranged wife is now being revealed as a bigot as well.

After Sterling's former girlfriend Maria Perez (aka G. Stiviano) got the drop on the bastard, it was revealed that a lawsuit was held against Sterling and his wife Shelly.

Rochelle (known as Shelly) Sterling would be the properties manager of apartments and properties owned by Donald. She would often visit unannounced to the properties. She once had an encounter with a Black tenant. She would call him a "Black motherfucker" after the tenant asked about a lower rate on his lease.

Court documents discovered by the Los Angeles Times names Shelly as part of a discrimination lawsuit filed against the couple by their former tenants.

She was known to call her tenants who are Hispanics, filthy.....We'll you know the rest.

She calls Blacks tenants as disgusting scumbags. Even lied and said she was a health inspector to sneak into apartments.

"The way in which she said motherfucker was more lower voiced, under her breath. She said black loud enough for me to hear, she said mother loud enough for me to hear. Fuck part was a little lower. I had to look at her lips to hear her say it. And I did."

She immediately condemned her estranged husband's racist recording Sunday afternoon but was spotted at dinner with him Sunday night.

Back in the 2000s, Donald Sterling was fined heavily after this ordeal.

She and Donald were sued for illegal evictions and housing discrimination. That was about the time the Sterling family was to be handed an award from the NAACP of Los Angeles.

What makes it so sad the NAACP must really love the money that bigot chipped out. It was to give Sterling a lifetime achievement award for his contributions to minority communities.

The NAACP ousted the chapter president Leon Jenkins after the firestorm ensued having the racist right trying to tie the civil rights group to Sterling. The racist right was on this fix about the NBA owner's affiliation.

By the way, it was determined by actual records that Sterling was a Republican, not a Democrat as the discredited That Guy Who Throw Shit To The Wall's website.

May Flowers!

President Barack Obama with House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) at the Andrews Air Force golf course.

Ah choo, looks like Spring is an allergy prone season. But for the upcoming Summer months, it looks like it's a little more better for the unemployed.

It seems like even with an inept Congress, President Barack Obama is getting things done. The Department of Labor releases its monthly jobs report for April and it seems like they gotten over 288,000 jobs for the month.

It pulls the unemployment rate to 6.3%.

This is great news for the unemployed and underemployed. That means that everything is working.

The Republicans already put their gamble on blocking minimum wage. A partially bipartisan bill was killed by the Stallmigos.

Also with that being said, it's unfortunate that the very same Republicans blocked immigration reform, the president's job proposals, green energy and unemployment benefits.

CNBC reports that despite the big number, not all the news was good: The headline rate tumbled as 806,000 people left the civilian labor force. The labor force participation rate slumped to 62.8 percent, its worst of the year and near 35-year lows. Also, the average work week was unchanged at 34.5 hours, as were average hourly earnings at $24.31.
Vice President Joe Biden (right) with Boehner, Harry Reid, Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi.
Consequently, markets moved higher following the report's release, but only modestly. Stock market futures indicated a slight gain at the open, though government bond yields popped.

The report comes amid economic growth of 0.1 percent in the first quarter that consensus expects to reverse higher for the rest of 2014. Friday's number added to those hopes.

Employment surged across sectors, with professional and business sectors adding 75,000 and retail gaining 35,000. Food and drinking establishments rose 33,000 while construction added 32,000 positions, according to the report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Revisions reported Friday further doused the weather story, as job creation was actually quite strong in the early months of 2014. Revisions pushed February's number to 222,000 and March's initially reported 192,000 to 203,000.

At the same time, the Federal Reserve has been forced to adjust its focus on the headline unemployment rate as a guide for policy.

The U.S. central bank had kept a 6.5 percent target as the trigger for a rate increase, but declining labor force participation and weak inflation ratings have forced the Fed to change its approach from targeting specific numbers to a more nebulous focus on the quality of economic conditions.

Friday's nonfarm payrolls report was unlikely to move the needle on Fed policy, which is focused on reducing the monthly bond purchases and keeping its target funds rate near zero.

Oklahoma Can't Do The Needle Right!

Condemned man's fate becomes the subject of the how the death penalty is handled in United States.

Governor Mary Fallin is a stupid leader. She would reject federal assistance when a tornado hits her state and yes she wouldn't want President Barack Obama's advice on how to do a death sentence right!

Of course this latest blunder in the gas house will spark debate over the Eighth Amendment. Was this event an example of cruel and unusual punishment?

People would say that the killer regardless of what blunder got justice. But the family of the condemned would file a grievance with the U.S. Federal Courts saying that the inmate didn't have proper procedures when handed his sentence.

Clayton Lockett was sentenced to death after he was convicted of murder, rape and kidnapping.

His fate at the death house was botched up. The state couldn't get the juice because the European Union banned the stuff. The United States now has to use stuff that puts dogs down.

The stuff that relaxes the muscles (which causes them not to move). The stuff that stops breathing. The stuff that stops the heart. It could be taken by oral or injection. It's a lethal combination.

Something went wrong. Lockett suffered a heart attack after a botched execution by lethal injection in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

Governor Mary Fallin is embarrassed by the botched execution of Clayton Lockett.
Lockett was administered whatever goes (an untested mixture of drugs). I guess that it wasn't previously been used for executions in the U.S., and died 43 minutes after being sedated.

Lockett writhed, groaned, convulsed and spoke during the process, and attempted to rise from the execution table 14 minutes into the procedure, despite having been declared unconscious.

From Wikipedia, I've discovered that people were actually crying and almost feeling sorry for the man.

Lockett's execution occurred at Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester, Oklahoma, on April 29, 2014. After administration of the first drug at 6:23 p.m. CDT, Lockett was declared unconscious at 6:33 p.m, and the execution was halted after about 20 minutes.

He was declared dead at 7:06 p.m. due to a heart attack.

Oklahoma Department of Corrections Director Robert Patton said one of the doctors present stopped the execution after Lockett had a "vein failure".

According to the Department of Corrections, the time for an inmate to be pronounced dead was 6 to 12 minutes in the previous 19 executions before Lockett's.

Lockett was able to raise his head, and said: "Man," "I'm not" and "something's wrong".  Lockett began writhing at 6:36 p.m., and was observed twitching and convulsing. He attempted to rise from the table at 6:37 p.m., after being declared unconscious, and loudly exhaled.

All three drugs had been administered to Lockett, but it was unclear how much he had received; Patton said "the chemicals did not enter into the offender."

Prison officials had reportedly discussed taking Lockett to a hospital before he died.

This botched up execution caused a 14-day stay of execution was granted for Charles Frederick Warner, an Oklahoma convict who had been scheduled for execution two hours after Lockett with the same combination of drugs. The governor of Oklahoma, Mary Fallin, also requested an independent review of the execution process involved in Lockett's death.

The White House said the execution "fell short of humane standards".

Governor Fallin said "the state of Oklahoma executed Clayton Lockett" amid widespread media coverage that portrayed the execution as botched, The Telegraph calling it "barbarism" and "inappropriate in a civilized society," also noting that "the idea of actually spectating while the victim is killed surely clashes with basic humanity."
Stephanie Neiman was killed by Clayton Lockett and his friends after he robbed her friends home. He tortured, beat, rape and kidnapped this young woman and buried her alive. He shot her twice in the body.
Lawyers representing the next set of prisoners scheduled to be executed called for a moratorium on all judicial killings. Madeline Cohen, an attorney for Warner, condemned the way Lockett was executed noting that "Clayton Lockett was tortured to death," also denouncing the state's refusal to disclose 'basic information' about the drugs for the lethal injection procedures.

In 1999, Clayton Lockett kidnapped, beat, gang raped and then shot 19-year-old Stephanie Neiman and ordered accomplices to bury her alive, and raped a friend of Neiman.

He was convicted of murder, rape, forcible sodomy, kidnapping, assault and battery, and burglary in 2000, and sentenced to death.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Stephanie Neiman.

This event may have opened the door to how states administer the death sentence.

What's your reaction to this event?

Was this a fair way of treatment?

Was there a lapse of judgement in how they've handled Lockett's condemnation?

Bennie Thompson: Clarence Thomas And Mitch McConnell Ain't Friends To The Black Community!

Congressman Bennie Thompson believes that the constant obstruction by Republicans towards President Barack Obama has more to do with his race than his policies. The racist right pounces on it.

The racist right can't seem to get their "I Told Ya So" moment!

Remember last week the racist right was backing away from Cliven Bundy after it was revealed on tape he was ranting about the NEGRO. That was repudiated by most in the conservative agitating media.

They were almost close to having t-shirts printed with Bundy in the Obama-style silhouette.

Now that Bundy is back in the cesspool, the racist right wanted to find something to blame the liberals on.

Enter Donald Sterling. The owner of the Los Angeles Clippers was making a racist rant about his former girlfriend posing on the social networks with Black people. He warns her not to bring Blacks to the Clippers games and told that he didn't appreciate her posing with NBA legend Erwin "Magic" Johnson.
The main reason to obstruction of the raising of the minimum wage.
The junk food media went sensational on this. All of sudden, the racist right was trying to find out what political affiliation Sterling endorsed. They dig up a time capsule and found a couple of cheap donations to a bunch of failed Democratic candidates. Automatic Democrat says the racist right.

They ran with this Sterling was a Democrat for the last three days until..... Politifact, Mother Jones and Talking Points Memo burst their bubble.

It turns out that Donald Sterling was a Republican. Abetted that he rarely donated to political campaigns, his message resonated with the Republicans.

So another talking point down the drain. No new villain.

Enter Mississippi Democratic Congressman Bennie Thompson:

Yeah, I can agree that yesterday's vote on raising the federal minimum wage shows that Republicans have real issues with the middle class and people of color. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) and his 43 members of the Senate blocked the wage.
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is frequently a target of attack by Black leaders because he opposes the needs of the Black community.
Yeah, McConnell devoted his time to making sure that President Barack Obama being a "one term" president.

Now facing a tougher opponent from the Tea Party and Democratic Party, McConnell will be dirtier than usual. According to the C.R.E.W., he's one of the most corrupt politicos in Washington.

He so far up the ass of the Koch brothers.

Okay, I guess it's wrong to call Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas an "Uncle Tom". After all, he stood behind the Michigan ban on affirmative action.

One thing that the host of this show got wrong was who appointed him. It was George H.W. Bush who nominated Thomas to the Supreme Court after Thurgood Marshall retired from the court. Bush thought it would thought the notion of replacing a Black man to the court would help score some votes.

Thompson is catching flack.

Truth be told, Thompson is right.

Again, I've never in my life see such opposition towards a president.

One could wonder if this wasn't because of racism?
