Fall River prostitute goes completely insane after the judge read charges that she was pimping underage teens for men who lived in the area. Some of her tricks were arrested as well. She gives the racist right a reason to attack Black America.

Again prostitution is the world's oldest profession. Many women and transgender women often sell their bodies for a few bucks. They are often runaways and drug abusers. The end up in the hands of human traffickers (usually pimps and madams) who often emotionally and physically abuse them.

Most prostitutes often would perform sexual acts on clients and put themselves and their partners at risk for dangerous diseases. The most common diseases are gonorrhea and syphilis. These diseases are curable, however there is reports that strains of these sexually transmitted infections are stronger. These diseases are starting to be immune to treatments.

Besides that if the prostitute and client are having sex without a condom, they put themselves at risk for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B and C, HPV (genital warts) and herpes.

The unlawful selling of sex in the United States is classified as prostitution. Most states with exception of some counties in Nevada, outlaw prostitution. It could be classified as Misdemeanor 1 to Felony 5. It can be risen to Felony 3 if the prostitute or client are tested for HIV or Hepatitis. It is a Felony 2 for human trafficking.

Human trafficking can carry a sentence of 15 years to life, if the individuals used for sexual encounters with clients are under 18. If this is a federal charge, you will not be eligible for parole in federal time out. You will serve the full term.

In Fall Rivers, Massachusetts, a woman who was charged for human trafficking was acting a fool when the charges were being read. This woman is Black, and obviously overweight. An instant hit for the racist right to make it all about President Barack Obama.

For you see anytime there's an event in which a Black person acts out in public, expect the racist right to flock to their hate filled watering holes to make noise about it. Compare it to everything that's wrong in Black America and then in turn attack Obama for that being one of "his sons or children".

Lara (known as Missy on the streets) was arraigned on charges of sex trafficking for sexual servitude and deriving support from a prostitute. Lara pleaded not guilty at the arraignment and was held on $100,000 cash bail. As she was exiting the courtroom on Thursday morning, she began screaming and thrashing her head until she was restrained by courtroom officials.

According to a police report, the alleged victims told police that Lara, who also went by "Missy" would meet with Hispanic male bar patrons and arrange from them to have sexual intercourse for cash.

All three victims, two 15-year-old girls and a 17-year-old girl, stated that Lara would transport them from the bar to the customer's apartments and other locations to engage in sex acts.

The bar that was described by the girls was identified as Fernando's Place in Fall River.

The owner of the bar, Fernando Oliviera, told Eyewitness that he's surprised by the allegations and doesn't condone any illegal activity in his bar.

"That woman that does that, does she come here for a drink? Probably she does.... but what she does for a living, I don't know," said Oliviera.

One of Lara's alleged customers was also arraigned on Thursday morning and held on $25,000 cash bail.

Both Lara and her customer are due back in court on February 12 for a probably cause hearing.

The Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza was a paranoid freak. He was so disturbed.

Mediaite reports and the New York Daily News unearths an eerily phone caller to a radio program. The caller was Lanza and he made a concern to a kookspiracy program "Anarchy Radio".

The call was to the show “Anarchy Radio,” hosted John Zerzan in Eugene, in December of 2011, one year before Lanza opened fire in a Sandy Hook elementary school. During the call Lanza described “Travis,” a domesticated chimp who attacked a woman in Connecticut in 2009, nearly killing her. Lanza said that the act of civilizing Travis had made him “sick,” and that his unexpected assault was comparable to human outbursts, like mall shootings.

“His attack can be seen entirely parallel to the attacks and random acts of violence that you bring up on your show every week, committed by humans, which the mainstream also has no explanation for,” Landa said. “I just don’t think it would be such a stretch to say that he very well could have been a teenage mall shooter or something like that.”

Lanza took pains to distort his voice, speaking robotically at times, but the Daily News said it received confirmation from Lanza’s classmates that the disguised voice is his. Authorities involved with the investigation into the Newtown shootings confirmed that Lanza had called a radio show, but did not confirm whether it is Landa’s voice on the recording.

Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn Retires!

Conservative Republican and former Obama friend Senator Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma) will resign.

The senator who release an annual book on government waste is wasting away literally. His health is declining and he has announced his retirement.

The Republican is a medical doctor and Southern Baptist deacon. He is the junior senator from Oklahoma.

Coburn was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994 as part of the Republican Revolution. He upheld his campaign pledge to serve no more than three consecutive terms and did not run for re-election in 2000. In 2004, he returned to political office with a successful run for the U.S. Senate.

In January, 2014, Coburn announced he would resign before the natural expiration of his final term, due to health reasons.

Coburn is a fiscal and social conservative, known for his opposition to deficit spending and pork barrel projects and for his leadership in the pro-life movement. He supports term limits, gun rights and the death penalty, and opposes gay marriage.

In the Senate, he is known as "Dr. No" for his tendency to place holds on and vote against bills he views as unconstitutional.

Coburn released his annual oversight report “Wastebook 2013” highlighting 100 examples of wasteful and low-priority spending totaling nearly $30 billion.

Hey, Coburn how about your paycheck?

Isn't it government waste that you and the 99 members of the U.S. Senate get elected to not pass legislation that benefits all Americans?

His decision to resign from the U.S. Senate takes effective 2015.

How Coburn became a newsworthy event?

When then candidate Barack Obama mentioned his bipartisanship with Republicans, he would mention Senator Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma) as a person he's willing to work with. Obama once considered Coburn, a friend.

Of course the conservative agitators demanded that Coburn denounce the friendship. He would appear on That Guy Who Helped Obama Win's radio program to officially annul the friendship.

What it means for the U.S. Senate?

Nothing.

Because its strongly Republican state. I mean if possible that Oklahoma governor Republican Mary Fallin was granted the rights to appoint a replacement I am guessing she'll pick Congressman Tom Cole (R-OK), a Chickasaw Nation politician. He is probably one of the few Native American lawmakers in Congress. If that wasn't her choice she could stir the pot and bring former Congressman J.C. Watts, Jr. back into the spotlight.

If she does, that makes him the first Black politician in Oklahoma to serve as a U.S. Senator.

In the meantime Coburn will continue to be assisting his friends The Stallmigos in Senate delaying President Barack Obama's nominees and proposals.

12 Years A Slave Has Nine Oscar Nominations!

Again, Lee Daniels' The Butler was pushed to the sidelines. The critically acclaimed movie wasn't mentioned at the 86th Academy Awards. It was snubbed and placing the media mogul Oprah Winfrey at the sidelines.

The movie is a 2013 American historical fiction drama film directed by Lee Daniels and written by Danny Strong. Loosely based on the real life of Eugene Allen, the film stars Forest Whitaker as Cecil Gaines, an African-American who eyewitnesses notable events of the 20th century during his 34-year tenure serving as a White House butler.

It was the last film produced by Laura Ziskin, who died in 2011.

The conservatives are so thrilled that Oprah Winfrey, Jane Fonda and rapper/producer David Banner are snubbed by the Academy Awards.

The 86th Academy Awards is an upcoming event during which the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) will present its annual Academy Awards to honor the best films of 2013 in the United States. The ceremony is scheduled for March 2, 2014, at the Dolby Theatre in the Hollywood district of Los Angeles, California.

This will be a week later than normal so as not to interfere with the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

The ceremony is to be televised in the United States by ABC and will be hosted by comedienne Ellen DeGeneres for the second time. She previously hosted the 79th ceremony in 2007.

Pharrell Williams, famed producer/rapper/rocker is nominated for an Oscar.

On September 5, 2013, The Academy announced the three nominees that will be honored with an Academy Honorary Award: the actress Angela Lansbury, the actor and producer Steve Martin, and the costume designer Piero Tosi. Angelina Jolie will be honored with the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award for her charity work.

For the Academy Award for Best Picture, 289 films are eligible.

In an official press release, It was announced the 86th Academy Awards will honor big-screen real-life heroes, super heroes, popular heroes and animated heroes, both past and present, as well as the bold filmmakers who bring them to life.

Conservative Outrage Over Obama Using Executive Orders!

The racist right doesn't understand if they were living in a dictatorship, they would've been killed the moment they've mocked the leader of the country. See we live in a democracy. I guess these pea brains believe that President Barack Obama is a dictator because he's signing executive orders to help get people back to work.

First year of conservative outrage. Pretty neat. It's almost like I should just chronicle all the outrage from the likes of our agitating friends in the media. Some are just not understanding the purpose of what [Obama's] doing!

Of course they know what he's doing, but they're just trying to rally their ignorant base to vote. Vote against a president they've claim has "violated" the Constitution more than once.

In the latest phony outrage by those in the conservative agitating media, the racist right is totally pissed off that President Barack Obama will use executive orders to get the ball rolling on helping Americans find work.

President Barack Obama has told Senate Democrats he plans to use his executive authority to act in 2014 when Congress stands in his way.

Obama met with senators from his own party Wednesday at the White House. The White House says Obama and Democrats discussed proposals to raise the minimum wage and efforts to pass a comprehensive immigration overhaul. Education initiatives and jobs measures were also on the agenda.

The White House says Obama wants to work with Congress to make progress, but will also act on his own to get things done.

The meeting was the first such session of 2014 and comes two weeks before Obama is set to deliver his State of the Union address.

The senators left the White House without speaking to reporters.

The president openly warned Congress not delay his job proposals. And he even said that he'll go above the Congress to get things going!

Now that statement certainly got the racist right pissed off. They believe that Obama helping people find work as well as keep unemployment benefits for those who lost their jobs is "treasonous".

Yeah, dealing with the Republicans is starting to piss him off. He's gotten really fed up with Republicans over the last few months.

The Republicans spent the last four years fighting against the president at every step. They've wasted the years passing stupid legislation that they know isn't going to be signed by the president.

They rather see an undocumented family shipped back because they don't speak English or support their values.

And they claim they're "patriots".

What kind of patriot would deliberately sabotage America just because you don't like the leader of the country?

Calling President Barack Obama a dictator isn't productive! In fact, the more conservative agitators mention themes like that, the likely the Black and Hispanic vote swings towards the Democrats.

For you see, as Republicans continue to whine and complain about Obama, the public will eventually see that they're the problem and hopefully vote them out.

FUN FACT: A dictator is a ruler who does not rule through democratic means. When other states call the head of state of a particular state a dictator, that state is called a dictatorship.

The United States isn't a dictatorship.
