Softball Hannity Wants To Strike Out Pipsqueak Brian Stelter!

Brian Stelter gets hit by Softball Hannity. The most annoying conservative agitator on television and radio was considering a lawsuit against CNN after "Pipsqueak" Stelter called him on his bullshit.

CNN's Brian Stelter is a part of the Sunday morning program Reliable Sources, a show that is tied to the morning block State of the Union. He's been pretty critical of the conservative agitators in the junk food media stirring shit about Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's health. The agitators got more "credibility" when they saw Clinton wobble during an abrupt departure from the 9/11 memorial.

Clinton acknowledged that she had a pneumonia. She also acknowledged that this episode gave more credence to the notion that her health is declining.

Stelter was calling out three well known agitators in the junk food media for wishing Clinton to be in a death bed. He said that that Old fart Rush Limbaugh, internet creeper Matt Drudge and Sean "Softball" Hannity were deplorable for advocating Clinton potential death.

Well these agitators have been known for being provocateurs of name calling, slander, lies, and misinformation.

Old fart Limbaugh was none too happy about being called out by Stelter.

He said that Stelter was a basket case for lumping him into the kookspiracy.

"Little Brian's the one who sounds a basket case. What rumors have I talked about for years about Hillary's health", said Limbaugh. "My problem with Hillary Clinton has to be totally 100 percent policy-related. But I guess Brian's at home, these are the people that also blamed me for the Oklahoma City bombing. Let's not forget that. Bill Clinton himself in all of his glory. So I guess these people must idolize the Clintons."
Old fart Limbaugh attacks Hillary Clinton on her health.
Softball Hannity is the most annoying conservative agitator on television and radio is trying to attack Stelter because he's called him out on his bullshit. When he goes on and on about CNN being the Clinton News Network, I shake my head and then think to myself.

I say, "Why don't the rival networks call Fox News Channel, the Trump News Channel?"

Softball Hannity has given Donald Trump over 60 interviews. That's allegedly $31 million in free publicity. He's passionate about trying to get Donald Trump elected as the President of the United States.

He's brought on kookspiracy nuts, anti-Clinton agitators and a whole lot of Trump to his right wing carnival.

Now he's acting like Donald Trump when it comes to threatening lawsuits against rivals for making comments about him.

"What does--- how do I get an apology from CNN? Should I----I would love to sue them for slander when they say, "oh he wants Hillary on her deathbed and dead," when I said just the opposite. I know it's hard to sue when you're a public figure pretty much people can call you anything, and I've been called pretty much everything. But I'm thinking of suing them. Maybe, I'll get David Boies, my buddy, to do it."

Sean Hannity is the official softball of the Donald Trump presidential campaign. He's so soft and lumpy, it's a sure hit when it comes to "tough" questions. Softball Hannity will always be a hit with the Republicans.

And no, Hannity is not a registered conservative as he boast on his right wing carnival.

Clinton Health 9/11!

Bad moves from Clinton may give Trump an advantage.

The chances of Hillary Clinton being the president slimmed to 53% while Donald Trump's chances increased to 47%. So as the polls are "tightening" the conservative agitators and the rest of the junk food media are having a field day with the health of Clinton.

Today at the 9/11 memorial, Clinton abruptly left the event and was being aided to her vehicle. After a few moments later a statement release saying heat exhaustion. Then the official diagnosis is pneumonia.

"Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies. On Friday, during a follow up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was put on antibiotics. and advised to rest and modify her schedule. While at this morning's event, she became overheated and dehydrated. I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely".

The candidate says that she is suffering from allergies.

Clinton is back at her home and resting. But the junk food media isn't resting on the issue.

Hillary Clinton's Health: An Issue Or Distraction?

Yeah. The President of the United States has to be fit to serve office. Hillary Clinton's latest issue has me concerned about her being the president.
Nah. Everyone gets ill once in awhile. I'm not concerned about Hillary Clinton's health. I'm more concerned about her policies. It's a distraction.
Survey Maker

It was raised by the righties that Clinton's health is declining. Screaming Alex Jones, internet creeper Matt Drudge, Sean "Softball" Hannity", the most dumbest gay guy on the internet Jim Hoft made an issue of this. Now that Roger "Pervert" Ailes and Roger "Smear Shit" Stone are on the Trump team, the issue will be front and center in the campaign.

Of course, Trump's brought this issue up again. Trump who is 70 years old is also facing his set of controversies. He had his physician write his health status in less than five minutes. He also refuses to release his tax returns.

Yet, the junk food media will solely focus on the health of Hillary Clinton. She will be 69 in October and her health will be an issue.

So for Clinton, the conservative word vomit will be mostly about Benghazi, her emails, her health, her race-baiting, her husband Bill Clinton, her ties to the death of Vince Foster, her treatment of Bernie Sanders, her Russian reset, her Whitewater scandal, her role at the Clinton Foundation, her taking money from nations that treat women evil and her "CP" time comments.

Republicans are desperate.

This issue will certainly bring on the fence Republicans to flock to Donald Trump.

BREAKING: SCOTUS Knocks Down Texas Anti-Abortion Law!

The Supreme Court rules in Texas anti-abortion law.

The Supreme Court struck down the anti-abortion law that the state of Texas passed in 2013. The 5-3 decision was a blow to conservatives. This decision eliminates a state's attempt to pass restrictive laws to curb a woman's right to choice.  This is the biggest ruling since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

The Texas statute was to close up a handful of abortion clinics in the state. The Court ruled it unconstitutional.

The Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt is the most significant ruling for pro-choice activists. If the ruling went the other way, states would impose stricter laws preventing abortion.

Texas insisted that the HB 2 law was constitutional. Ruth Bader Ginsburg questioned the state's law.

She wondered how this bill would help women who wanted a safe term. Texas was mandating that abortion clinics undergo costly upgrades to look like hospitals and abortion providers must get "special privileges" at hospitals. It was a backdoor plot to eliminate abortion clinics.

Stephen Breyer wrote in his decision that "the surgical-center requirement, like the admitting privileges requirement, provides few, if any, health benefits for women, poses a substantial obstacle to women seeking abortions and constitutes an 'undue burden' on their constitutional right to do so".

Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott wasn't pleased about this decision. Lila Rose and her allies in the anti-choice movement were hoping to gain momentum.

The Center for Medical Progress was partly involved in this as well. The ringleader of the anti-choice group tried to infiltrate Planned Parenthood facilities to expose executives taking pride in terming live fetuses.

Former state lawmaker Wendy Davis got some vindication. She fought this all the way to the Court.

Her failed bid for governor was a downer but to watch Abbott fail at his job is probably the sweetest revenge she's gotten so far today.

Anthony Kennedy joins Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Sonia Sotomayor in the decision to spare abortion rights.

Chief Justice John Roberts, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented the decision.

This polarizing decision comes a week after the Court struck down President Barack Obama's executive action on immigration. Conservatives were happy Obama was handed a defeat. Now this decision will have conservatives concerned.

With an evenly split court, most of the rulings conservatives supported could be at risk of being tossed out or stuck down. Republicans continue to delay the nomination of Merrick Garland.

They believe that Obama's pick could swing the Court in a progressive direction. It's too late.

Truly, this was a blow to conservatives and the anti-choice movement.

Women have a right to choice. Although I am no fan of termination, I do support a woman's right to do so. It's a freedom that helps protect a woman's health.

Would you allow a woman to carry a rapist's baby?

Would you allow a woman to die if the baby was causing her health to decline?

An unwanted pregnancy is a dangerous experience for women. If the Court was to deny women a right to choice, the black market abortion providers would be on the rise.

Beetle Bailey Kasich Defunds Planned Parenthood!

Mr. Moderate signed a bill stripping Planned Parenthood of its funds.

This will head right to the U.S. courts. The imbecile who claims to bring Americans together went back to his old ways. Ohio governor John Kasich decides to sign into state law a bill that will strip funding from Planned Parenthood and abortion providers.

The Ohio governor is struggling for victory in this bitterly fought Republican presidential primary race. Many of the establishment heads believe that he's a doomed candidate. They're not wasting time on him. So they're circling the wagons around political novices Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

Kasich wants to make Americans believe he's actually an unitier not a divider. Right now, I believe he's full of shit. Kasich wants to prove to the extremists that he's lockstep in destroying Planned Parenthood. CNN reports that governor signed the bill while he  was in Ohio. He prepares to do some campaigning in Michigan.

Planned Parenthood isn't explicitly named in the legislation, but the law will prevent more than $1 million in funding from the state health department from going to the nonprofit to fund programs such as HIV testing, health screenings and prevention of violence against women.

Kasich, who's tried to project a more moderate image as a Republican presidential candidate on some issues, had been expected to sign the measure. A spokesman for the governor said earlier this month that he intended to sign the bill when it reached his desk. He did so Sunday, a day after finishing a distant fifth in South Carolina's primary.

The bill was swiftly denounced by Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards.

"This legislation will have devastating consequences for women across Ohio," Richards said in a statement. "John Kasich is proudly eliminating care for expectant mothers and newborns; he is leaving thousands without vital STD and HIV testing, slashing a program to fight domestic violence, and cutting access to essential, basic health care."
Planned Parenthood in Dayton, Ohio. There were protesters who showed up to protest the facility after conservative activists sneaked into a facility in California and Texas to "expose" evil doings. It turns out to be their "exposing" to be thier undoing.
On the campaign trail Kasich frequently talks about the importance of funding for expecting mothers and newborn babies. A spokesman for Kasich's gubernatorial office, Joe Andrews, said in a statement the new Ohio law is consistent with those views.

"The Ohio Department of Health has at least 150 other sub-grantees and contractors for the affected grants and projects addressing such issues as new born babies, infant mortality, expectant mothers, violence against women, and minority HIV/AIDS," the statement said. "ODH will reallocate funding from ineligible providers under the new law to other currently eligible providers, ranging from local health departments and community organizations to hospitals and universities. These organizations will be required to submit proposals in order to receive funding."

Many Republicans have said Planned Parenthood should be defunded, after controversial videos featuring group officials purportedly discussing the sale of fetal tissue surfaced last summer.

But about a month ago, a Texas investigation into Planned Parenthood culminated in an indictment -- of the organization's accusers instead of the group.

The Harris County District Attorney's office announced that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast had been cleared in the two-month-long investigation.

But the grand jury did indict two individuals who were involved in making secret recordings of the group that were released to publicly discredit the group, which provides health services and abortions.

David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were indicted for tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony, and Daleiden was also indicted on the count of prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs, a class A misdemeanor, according to the Harris County district attorney.

Republicans sure love to get into the business of people. They will deny women access to health care.

They want to drug test Americans who are living from paycheck to poverty for a slither of the safety net. So if you want food stamps, financial aid, student loans, earned child credits and emergency shelter, pee in a cup and lose a portion of your hair.

They want to monitor a person practicing a religion that's not Christianity. So if you're an atheist, Muslim, Mormon or Scientologist, be prepared to have the feds looking into your place of worship or your non-beliefs.

Republican Congress Still Threaten Shutdown Over Planned Parenthood!

Cecile Richards testified in Congress. Many pundits think it was a big sideshow.

If fixing stupid was easy, Washington edition.

While I don't support abortions, I don't believe it's my right to tell a woman whether to keep an unwanted pregnancy. I think women should have the right to make this difficult choice. I learned that a few years back when I dated a woman who I had gotten pregnant with my child. She had an abortion.

Matter of fact, that was probably one of the worst experiences in my life. And most recently, a woman I've dated hid her pregnancy from me. She was pregnant with another man's child.

I learned that I'm too damn nice and I've almost given up on finding love.

The Republicans may stall the government shutdown. Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) is weeping his last role as the House Speaker. His sudden resignation from Congress sparked a major civil war between the establishment and the insurgency.
Finger wagging from lawmakers. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is an insurgent.
The insurgency continues to push Republicans further to the right. They still are fighting battles they'll never win.

Women rights is a very important issue. Planned Parenthood is a women's health clinic that assist women in family planning, women cancer screening, sexual disease treatment, and provide assistance to abortions.

Republicans who hate "big government" believe it's their business to be in a woman's legs.

These Republicans are so fucking stupid.

A majority of Americans polled said that Planned Parenthood is needed. A majority of single issue Republican voters support stripping funding from Planned Parenthood and every abortion provider.
Rep. Mia Love (R-UT) and many of her insurgent members were disrespectful to Planned Parenthood CEO.
Cecile Richards, the CEO of Planned Parenthood was called to testify at a majority Republican committee.

Many of the insurgent lawmakers were interrupting her and tossing around baseless claims about the Planned Parenthood CEO. Matter of fact, they gathered their talking points from the secretly recorded videos provided by an extremist group masquerading as a firm.

The videos that were released in this year were heavily elected and doctored. These videos haven't stopped the Republicans from stripping Planned Parenthood.

They vow to shut down the government if they can't take away a woman's right to choice.

Any thoughts on this controversy.

By the way, insurgent Black lawmaker Rep. Mia Love (R-UT) got a chance to show the country how truly crazy she is.

Riding Clean Gets Woman Held In Psyche Ward!

Kamilah Brock was put in the crazy house after they believed they determined her story about owning a BMW and having President Barack Obama following her was a joke.

The New York Police Department once again under fire for locking up a woman who told them constantly that she owned the ride. They didn't believe her. They put her in the psychological ward of a hospital. Once released, they hit her up with a $13,000 bill for service.

She is filing a complaint and probably a lawsuit against the police department.

Kamilah Brock is a Black woman who is a professional. She was riding her BMW around Harlem when she was pulled over by the law. The law accused her of blowing in the wind. They observed her "dancing" to the music and taking her hand off the steering wheel (i.e. distracted driving).

She was cited and forced to let her to relinquish her ride.

"I said I was dancing, I am at a light," says Brock. "He asked me to get out of the car." She was taken into custody that day and freed without charges, Brock says, but things got worse when she arrived at a police substation the next day to pick up her 2003 BMW 325Ci.

"I just felt like from the moment I said I owned a BMW, I was looked at as a liar," she says. That's when police apparently put her in handcuffs and had her taken to Harlem Hospital.

According to medical records, she was held at the hospital for eight days, injected with lithium and strong sedatives, and told she could only leave after denying three things: that President Obama followed her on Twitter, that she worked in banking, and that the BMW was hers (all of which she still says are true). The final insult, says Brock, was her $13,000 medical bill. But in its court filings, the city says she was "acting irrational, she spoke incoherently and inconsistently, and she ran into the middle of traffic on Eighth Ave.," the New York Daily News reported in July.

The lawsuit says it was these three assertions that were the basis for the city determining that Brock was delusional and to diagnose her with bipolar disorder.

But according to her lawyer Michael Lamonsoff, Brock had no history of mental illness. She did own the BMW. At the time, she was employed as a banker and had worked at Citibank, Chase and Astoria Bank. And Obama does follow Brock on Twitter, just as he follows 640,000 other people.

When Brock was finally released from the hospital, the lawsuit states, she was slapped with a $13,000 medical bill.

A white woman would not have been treated like that, Lamonsoff argues.

"If a white woman was trying to reclaim her BMW impounded by police, would she have been made a victim?" he said to HuffPost. "Would she have been questioned? Would she have been subject to sarcastic comments? Would she be made to justify who she was in order to ask for help? I don't think so. I do think race played a part in this."

Institutional bias against African-Americans is well-documented and contributes to the racial disparities in how laws are enforced. Just this week, James Blake, formerly the fourth-ranked men's tennis player in the world, was tackled and handcuffed at a midtown Manhattan hotel by police officers who confused him for a suspect in a crime. Blake, who is black, suffered cuts and bruises and was detained for about 15 minutes, until officers realized who he was.

"In my mind, there's probably a race factor involved, but no matter what, there's no reason for anybody to do that to anybody," Blake said after the incident.

High Five For The Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare)!

A moment in history could be stripped away if the Supreme Court rules against the Affordable Care Act. It celebrates five years and the Republicans are even more determined to repeal the law.

This is a big f--king deal, says Vice President Joe Biden when he was caught on the hot mic.

As the Supreme Court decides on the Affordable Care Act, the signature law of Barack Obama's presidency celebrates five years in action.

The Supreme Court could rule on the rule that deals with healthcare incentives. About 2/3 of the country haven't participated in healthcare incentives.

King v. Burwell is closed watched by observers. If the Justices side with the plaintiffs, then over 10 million people could lose their healthcare coverage. The conservative wing includes Chief Justice John Roberts, Anton Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Anthony Kennedy.

The liberal wing includes Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, Stephen Breyer, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Most of these decisions came down on 5-4 decisions with Kennedy or Roberts being the swing.

The challengers argue that the text of the ACA only allows for subsidies on state-run exchanges, and that the regulation as implemented by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), providing for subsidies on state-run exchanges as well as federal exchanges, exceeded the authority Congress granted to it. All of the "v. Burwell" cases were originally titled "v. Sebelius" until Kathleen Sebelius was replaced by Sylvia Mathews Burwell as United States Secretary of Health and Human Services. The Competitive Enterprise Institute is providing support for the challengers, including financial support for the King plaintiffs' challenge.

Timothy Jost, a health law professor at the Washington and Lee University School of Law, has written that if the challenge is successful, approximately 5 million Americans who obtained coverage through federal exchanges could lose their tax credits and, in all likelihood, their health insurance coverage. According to Jost, the individual mandate, employer mandate, and tax credits for employers to provide health-insurance coverage might also be overturned in states with federal exchanges. However, insurers would likely still be required to cover all applicants regardless of pre-existing conditions, which could destabilize the insurance market in states with federal exchanges and lead to rapid rises in premiums and the possible collapse of the insurance market in those states.

The Urban Institute estimated that a decision in favor of King would result in 8.2 million more uninsured people in 34 states.

Only 14 states have set up their own exchanges.

If the mandates and subsidies are struck down in the other 36 states, many think that the economic foundation of the ACA would be undermined, putting the entirety of the legislation at risk.

Supporters of the plaintiffs, as well as some politicians, argue that the effects of striking down the mandates and subsidies would be mitigated by government action (including the possibility of states setting up their own exchanges in response to a ruling in favor of the plaintiffs).

The highly contested law has been the Republican Party's fixation for the last six years. They've tried and failed to repeal the law. They've tried to repeal the law over 55 times.

It's funny though. For every attempt to repeal the law, Obamacare, as its called by the junk food media continues to enroll millions of Americans. They couldn't repeal in Congress, so they've taken it to court and hope the Justices could strike it down.

This obsession with repealing Obamacare is one of the themes of Stallmigo Ted Cruz (R-TX).

He is the first declared clown for the Republican nomination.

By law, you must enroll for health insurance or face a penalty on your taxes. The federal government offers reasonable health insurance through their exchanges. The Healthcare Marketplace is officially on after a year of delay. It's operational and offering the best coverage for those who can't afford the national brands.

Ke$ha's Producer Called Her Fat!

KeSha battles an eating disorder. She claims her producer Dr. Luke pushed the bar lower than the beltline.

Ke$ha is one of the country's most popular entertainers. She is known for her raunchy behavior on and off the stage.

Dr. Luke is popular producer. He's credited for bring her into the spotlight.

He is credited for bringing hits to B.o.B, Juicy J, Nicki Minaj, Flo Rida, Miley Cyrus and others.

He's the manager and executive producer of pop singer/rapper/model Ke$ha and her latest albums.

As he's bring her the hits, she's bring him the bucks. But her success came with a price. The producer is being blamed for Ke$ha's nervous breakdown.

The pop singer checked herself into rehab this week over an eating disorder. Some are blaming Dr. Luke for criticizing her weight and even going as far to say that she's not attractive enough.

Ke$ha (aka Kesha Rose Sebert, born March 1, 1987) started as a background vocalist and writer for some of the chart toppers.

KeSha's breakthrough came in early 2009 after appearing on rapper Flo Rida's number-one single, "Right Round".
Ke$ha with producer Dr. Luke
Her debut album, Animal, and her first extended play, Cannibal, were released in 2010. Kesha's irreverent music and image propelled her to immediate commercial success, with Animal debuting as the number-one album in the US. She also achieved two number-one singles, "Tik Tok" and "We R Who We R", and a string of top ten hits from the album and its re-release. At the same time, she continued to write songs for other artists, including "Till the World Ends" for pop singer Britney Spears. Warrior, her second studio album was released in December 2012, spawning Kesha's eighth top-ten hit with "Die Young". "Tik Tok" is among the best-selling digital singles in history, selling over 14 million units internationally.

Nowadays, Ke$ha is getting a lot of flack for antics on her reality television show on MTV. I guess that and the combination of slut shamming from Dr. Luke made her feel like she was "too fat".

He had the nerve to cause the entertainer a "refrigerator" after a bad video shoot.

Many fans fault the producer taking the entertainer through a downward struggle.

There's been rumors going around that Ke$ha is getting ready to part ways with the producer. Is that time now for the entertainer?

She took to the social networks letting her fans know that she appreciate their support and hopes that her return will be better.

“I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am. – k”

No additional information about the eating disorder was given.

The singer will be heading to Chicago's Timberlake Knoll facility.

We here at Journal de la Reyna wish Ke$ha well on her recovery.

Obamacare Is Here!

Big day for the president's signature healthcare law. Starting today, many Americans will be able to apply for affordable insurance for healthcare and the insurers can't deny a person insurance based on pre-existing conditions.

The Affordable Healthcare and Patient Protection Act (AHPPA or ACA) or Obamacare was signed into law by President Barack Obama in 2010. The law is a groundbreaking milestone. It prevents Americans from being dropped from insurance and requires millions of uninsured Americans to have at least coverage for medical bills. The cost of rising coverage for people who have emergency room visits is skyrocketing.

You can visit Healthcare.gov for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Please note that due to the government shutdown and possible high traffic, it may take a moment to apply for the enrollment.

The ACA aims to increase the quality and affordability of health insurance, lower the uninsured rate by expanding public and private insurance coverage, and reduce the costs of healthcare for individuals and the government. It provides a number of mechanisms—including mandates, subsidies, and insurance exchanges—to increase coverage and affordability.
It's the law.
The law also requires insurance companies to cover all applicants within new minimum standards and offer the same rates regardless of pre-existing conditions or sex.

Additional reforms aim to reduce costs and improve healthcare outcomes by shifting the system towards quality over quantity through increased competition, regulation, and incentives to streamline the delivery of healthcare. The Congressional Budget Office projected that the ACA will lower both future deficits and Medicare spending.

In 2012, the United States Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of most of the ACA in the case National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius. However, the Court held that states cannot be forced to participate in the ACA's Medicaid expansion under penalty of losing their current Medicaid funding.

Since the ruling, the law and its implementation have continued to face challenges in Congress, in federal courts, and from some state governments.

Yeah, Vice President Joe Biden: This is a big "f**king deal!

Some of the photos were during the healthcare debate. The president and vice president celebrating the passage of the law. The Democrats walking in unison towards the U.S. Capitol. Senators Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) at the repeal Obamacare rally. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) talks to the press during a rally to protest the vote. Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio) when he was then the Minority Leader made the "Hell No You Can't" speech in the final hours of the vote.

Michele Bachmann: Obamacare Kills The Children!

Republican congresswoman Michele Bachmann from Minnesota continues to open that mouth. The former presidential candidate is often mocked for her outrageous comments about policies and President Barack Obama.

If the health care law kills the children, then I guess the firearms keeps them healthy!

She's so fucking dumb it's unbelievable. It's no wonder, why her presidential campaign was destined for complete disaster.

Democrats have singled her out as a potential pickup if they line up a candidate who could be viable against a politico who is well funded and known for awful gaffes while in the spotlight.

I'm sure that Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) is a good representative in her district, but are people frustrated with this constant agitation from her?

In her latest attempt to repeal the historic American Healthcare Reform law, Bachmann goes to the floor.

She makes the outrageous claim that hypothetically claims that if Obamacare isn't repealed, women, senior citizens, and children will die!

This would be the 36th attempt by Republicans to repeal Obamacare. Former vice presidential nominee, Congressman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin) and his austerity bill passed the House of Representatives with Republicans fully embracing. The Democratic-controlled senate passed a budget plan that advocates equal cuts and tax increases. That bill will have trouble making it through the House of Representatives. The House bill will not make it to the Senate floor.

President Barack Obama congratulated the Senate for passing a bill. It took them over four years to pass one budget bill. The Democratic budget bills would often die because of the unprecedented filibustering from Republicans.
