A Dairy Queen Worker Got A Homicide Charge After Worker Killed Himself!

Looks like Harley Branham will now face a lifetime of ridicule from the public. As with most idiots who feel entitled to be assholes like Fuhrer Donald J. Trump, be prepared for death threats. Be prepared for social media ridicule. Be prepared for a cannon firing from your job.

Don't feed the trolls. Don't give a troll a reason.

Kenneth Suttner was a good person. Why would the world treat him so cruelly? I mean it's unfortunate that in this world, we still continue to advocate bullying.

Anyway, a teenager commits suicide after he was tormented by his school and his employer. He was being mocked for being fat and having a speech impediment. He probably was being taunted for being fat. He probably was called gay, retarded and dork by many of his fellow peers.

Even at Dairy Queen, his employer, this manager Branham would demean him by cleaning the floor with his hands. She would throw food at him if it was made wrong by him. She would treat him with such disrespect, he would go home crying.
Branham could face a nickel and pennies in the iron college.
One night, he had enough. Poor Kenneth would get his family firearm. He would make a call to his family and friends about how he's tired of the world being so cruel. He was sitting on a log with the firearm.

That cold night in December ended with a bullet in the head.

Now his former boss will face charges with involuntary manslaughter. This is a serious felony. This is a result of a law made in honor of Megan Meier. The young teen was chatting with a boy who she feel in love with. It turns out to be a former friend and her mother playing a cruel hoax on her. Megan would kill herself. The mother Lori Dew and her daughter Sarah were charged with involuntary manslaughter. It sparked a law in honor of Megan Meier.

Anyway, the suspect is innocent until proven guilty. Dairy Queen representatives have no comment at the time.

Rand Paul Blocks Obamacare Repeal!

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) resorts back to this Don Quixote nonsense.

Republicans threaten to repeal Obamacare. It may hurt over 30 million who signed up to the healthcare exchanges. The law is controversial. But Republicans still fixated on the past are willing to hurt Americans to please their hateful base of idiots.

We have the fuhrer Donald J. Trump coming to power in mid-January.

President Barack Obama urges Democrats to not lose faith. He says stay strong and fight.

Democrats vow to fight Trump and Republicans all the way.

Kentucky senator and failed Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul pissed off Republicans today. He said that he will support the repeal of the Affordable Healthcare Act only if the law doesn't hurt the budget.

"I won't vote for a terrible budget just to repeal Obamacare," said Paul.

Paul's refusal to support the Republican resolution was not acceptable to him.

"Republicans won the White House. Republicans control the Senate. Republicans control the House. And what will the first order of business be for the new Republican majority? To pass a budget that never balances. To pass a budget that will add $9.7 trillion of new debt over 10 years. Is that really what we campaigned on? Is that really what the Republican Party represents? Our first order of business will be a budget that never balances... and they tell us, 'Oh, but it's not a budget.' If you listen, they tell us, 'Oh, but it's not a budget.' If you listen, they will say, 'No, no, it is a vehicle to repeal Obamacare.' And yet I have the title in front of me. It says a concurrent resolution for the budget of 2017."

The latest accomplishment for a senator with no historical achievements is the grandstanding over principles.

The cautious tale of Republicans fight to repeal President Barack Obama's first term.

Republicans now want to be the grown-ups in room. After nearly 8 years of opposing about 95% of President Barack Obama agenda, Republicans are now eager to rollback the laws that helped stabilize the economy.

This vote on repealing Obamacare could be a dangerous move. If they kick millions off the insurance exchanges, it could lead to insurance providers to raise rates on everyone.

The resolution passed 51 to 48 vote. Republicans will gamble repealing the law without any replacement or alternative.

Republicans begin the 115th term with skepticism and distrust among themselves. They already faced a huge backlash when Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) was trying to get a House vote on rolling back the policies of the Office of Congressional Ethics. He was trying to strip the OCE of its independence and ability to investigate anonymous claims.

The fuhrer warned the Republicans to support the vehicle that helped his victory.

Again I say fuck Donald Trump, Mike Pence, Melania Trump, Rand Paul, Republicans, this white extremist movement they labeled the "alt-right" and those who support them. Fuck this country and the systematic bullshit they masquerade as patriotism.

Hog Wild At Louisville Mall!

It's ugly. These are the bigots who voted for Fuhrer Trump.

The antics of this bloated bigot rest on the feet of Fuhrer Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Matt Bevin, Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell.

It's out in the open and it's getting worse.

In the red states of Fuhrer Trump, a old White woman was berating a Latina woman standing in line at a Louisville-area mall. The Jefferson Mall and JCPenney are very pissed off about the encounter.

The woman goes into a tirade.

"It starts back there," said the woman. "And it don't bother me if I say it and I don't care if everybody hears me. I think everybody here probably feels the same damn way I do."

"Just go back wherever the fuck you came from," she screeched. "Hey (pointing to the cashier)!"

"Tell 'em to go back where they belong, You know, they came here to live and they act like they'ere everybody else. Get in the back of the line like everybody else does."

"You're a nobody," said the woman. "Just because you come from another country, it don't make you nobody! Nobody, as far as I'm concerned. You're probably on welfare, the taxpayers probably paid for all that stuff."

The rant went on and the women nervously ignored the woman. The woman says, "Speak English, this is America!" While the women spoke to each other in Spanish, she ranted "If you don't know it, learn it."

The mall was not happy about this encounter. They plan on banning this scum once they find out her name.

The woman who posted the video on social media was outraged over the action of this woman.

Renee Buckner said to the junk food media that the woman angrily berating the woman at the register using racial slurs while alleging another shopper cut in line.

"This Hispanic lady was purchasing items and the transactions was almost complete, then her friend brings up some shirts to be added to her purchases instead of getting in line. And this lady went off!"

"We are aware of the video posting online today from inside JCPenney. Jefferson Mall strives to create a comfortable and convenient experience for all of our guest and we absolutely do not condone this type of behavior. We will work with JCPenney to identify this woman and once identified, she will be permanently banned from Jefferson Mall, per our Behavioral Code of Conduct."

Ah, The Holiday Mass Shootings! Louisville, Kentucky!

President Barack Obama was notified of the mass shooting today. The governor of the state was notified as well. No statement from the Republican governor.

The blood of these people lie on Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell, and Kentucky governor Matt Bevin hands. Another mass shooting in America and your inept lawmakers in Congress refuse to pass comprehensive gun control.

I normally blame the shooter for every mass shooting. Now that political correctness is off the table, I will blame Republicans for the genocide of America.

By allowing firearms in the hands of everyone, it pretty much gives individuals the power to be executioner of those who wronged them. No matter what the reason!

Two people were killed and four others were injured after a mass shooting in Louisville, Kentucky.

Some will survive this encounter. Others may not survive the night.

This is the Juice Bowl. This event was held at Shawnee Park. This is an event where families come together to enjoy a game of youth football. This terrorist took that away for some petty bullshit.

On Thanksgiving of all things, a terrorist opened fire on a youth football game where many people were in attendance. Even worse, the mayor of Louisville Metro was there and was totally shocked and angered by the rash of violence on a day where we're supposed to be family.

Given that controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/reality television star will take office in January, the thoughts of coming together are over. There's no such thing as unity in Trump's America. He will make America great again on the

Wonder if disgraced news agitator Lauren Podell will hop on social media to rant about being tired of hearing about NIGGERS killing each other? After all she doesn't value the Black lives lost to gun violence.

Louisville Metro Police asks for tips to nab the terrorists involved in this mass shooting.

Republicans Signal Fight With Clinton!

Hillary Clinton is working to help down ticket candidates. Will it help

Hillary Clinton celebrates her 69th birthday by campaigning in the crucial swing states. Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona and North Carolina are the key to her victory. She sees an advantage in plucking away three states that normally goes to Republicans.

Republican in the Congress are by far the most inept ever to run government. Running on the narratives of agitators in the junk food media, these lawmakers are determined to create scandals where none existed.

Take for example, the John Podesta emails. I don't give a damn about those emails. They are not really important to me. Yeah, this is a scandal for the Democratic nominee, but this is cake compared to the nonsense coming out of Donald Trump's mouth. The Republican nominee and his party are determined to make life miserable for Clinton if she does win.

Right now over 200 days and counting since President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland for the Supreme Court. Republicans said that they will not take up any nominee until a new president is sworn in.
The most inept members of the Republican controlled Senate will fight President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to the bitter end.
Now that it's looking likely Clinton got this in the bag, Republicans are taking back their pledge.

Embattled Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is leading by five in state polls. The senator and former presidential nominee in 2008 said that he and Republicans will oppose any nominee Clinton lines up in her administration. He walked back the comments after the junk food media called him out on his bullshit.

He already let the cat out the bag. Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Sen. Ted Cruz already planning an opposition tour. Lee will likely win his senate race. Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) also likely to win signaled his opposition to a potential Clinton nominee.

Now Clinton, Obama and Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick have seized upon those comments as a way to prove that Republicans can't govern. Democrats are hoping his "senile" moment will hurt him.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) the Majority Leader has been awful stubborn about getting Garland through. Matter of fact, there are a handful of federal appointees wrangled up. It will Obama without most of his nominees confirmed.

Why Is Florida Still Riding With "Little Marco?"

Pathetic lawmakers Marco Rubio and Rand Paul will try for 2020 if the Republican nominee Donald Trump fails at beating Hillary Clinton. The two lawmakers failed at winning the Republican nomination. Now as a consolation prize, the two are looking to be reelected to the senate to protect their worthless leader Mitch McConnell's hold on the chamber.

It looks like they're cruising to victory in their bid for reelection. These two are the most polarizing and least productive members of the Senate. I don't understand why so many people are willing to elect these guys, knowing that they're planning on running for president again.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) are failed Republican presidential candidates who were defeated by Trump. They (along with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC)) were hoping that they could defeat President Barack Obama's policies and the Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton at the ballot box.

Trump reluctantly gave his blessings to Rubio, Paul and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) in their bid to keep the Senate in Republican hands.

Rubio is leading in some polls. But he is still being mocked as being robotic and inconsistent. He is taking on a Florida congressman who has little accomplishments other than defeating the one term asshole Allen West.

Here's the debate.

Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL), is a lawmaker who refuses to embrace President Barack Obama and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. He's running on "I'm the independent" in the room nonsense.

However, Murphy was endorsed by The Miami Herald, The Orlando Sentinel, the Tampa Bay Times, and the Sun-Sentinel.

The newspapers say that Rubio being an opportunist. They called him out on flip-flopping about retiring from the Senate. They said that he and the Republicans are deliberately delaying the confirmation of Merrick Garland, Obama's choice for the Supreme Court. He blocked recommended nominees for the federal court. One candidate he personally asked the president to look at is being held up. Rubio refuses to support measures that could stop mass shootings.

"Floridians deserve a full time Senator who will show up and work hard for them for a full six-year term," said Murphy. "From fighting the spread of Zika to addressing gun violence, and strengthening our middle class, the issues facing Florida are just too important for part time leadership. Marco Rubio abandoned this state to run for President and has the worst voting attendance record of any Florida Senator in nearly 50 years. Floridians deserve a commitment from Marco Rubio that he won’t just use them as a stepping stone to run for President again in 2020."

"Unlike Senator Rubio, I love working hard for Floridians and I am humbled to serve in Congress. Floridians can trust that I will show up and fight for them for the full six years in the U.S. Senate. I have signed this pledge and made a commitment to Florida. I hope Marco Rubio will do the same."

The Pulse nightclub shooting, Jordan Davis and Trayvon Martin's deaths were examples of reckless people contributing to gun violence. The newspapers gave him some credit. He did support Zika funding after the mosquito threat was declining. He did support immigration reform before he retreated from it.
Little Marco (R-FL) shakes hands with Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL)
His lukewarm support of Trump is a double edged sword. He said that Trump has "little hands" and is a "con man" who has no business being near the nuclear codes. Not to mention that failed presidential candidate New Jersey governor Chris Christie tore him apart. Christie said that he's robotic. Christie went on to endorse Trump for president bucking Rubio, the Republican's last hope for winning.

The memorized 30 second stump caught Rubio off guard. Christie put a huge dent in his presidential bid. Donald Trump buried him in the dirt after that.

Mind you that South Florida is the only place in Florida where Marco Rubio won in his failed presidential bid. He's hoping to court on Cuban Americans and dissatisfied Floridians.

He's talking the same game as Rubio. Both candidates are flawed.

Given that Murphy was the serious candidate at the time. He roundedly beat Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) in a bid for the Democratic nomination. He is considered a moderate Democrat. He was formerly a Republican. He got tired of the party shifting from its practical base. I had him beating Rubio by 3 points in the previous postings. But so far I am going to correct myself on this. I will say that Rubio will win his reelection by 1.4 points.

Clinton is leading in Florida polls. She and the Democrats are going after Rubio and McCain.

Murphy baits Rubio by writing a pledge to not run for president after becoming a senator.
McCain said that if Clinton becomes the president, he and the Republicans will continue oppose nominees for her administration and nominees for the Supreme Court.

Obama went to Miami to aim at Rubio for his inept work as a senator.

"How can he call him a con artist and dangerous, and object to all the controversial things he's said, but then say, 'I'm still going to vote for him?'" Obama said to a boisterous crowd at a Hillary Clinton rally at a historically black college in this swing state.

"C'mon, man," he said.

"If you're willing to be anybody just to be somebody, man, you don't have the leadership that Florida needs in the United States Senate," said Obama.

Now if Florida does elect this turd back to Congress, he will spend more time preparing for president than doing his job.

Why Do Arizonans Support That Old Fool?

John McCain is worthless. The "Maverick" said he and his fellow Republicans will oppose Hillary Clinton's nominees if she wins the election.

This is why Democrats need to retake Congress. Republican obstruction is too much. They have wasted over seven months holding off President Barack Obama's Supreme Court pick Merrick Garland.

Garland who was selected shortly after Antonin Scalia passed away was roundly praised for being fair but the Republicans fear that his confirmation could tip the Court to the left.

When Scalia passed away, Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) remarked that no nominee will come forth until the next president is in office. That led to Republicans rallying around this notion that if they can delay the nominees of Obama, they score a victory.

The president is none too pleased about the hold up. He urges Democrats to come out swinging.

In private, he wants Republicans to buried. Donald Trump has single handedly fucked up the Republican Party. He is openly saying things that Republicans say when the cameras are off.

And by the look of things, it's going to be a longer wait for the ninth spot if Hillary Clinton wins the presidency.

The failed 2008 presidential nominee clapping his choppers. And it may put his crucial seat up for grabs.

He and his fellow Republicans will oppose any Supreme Court nominee, a President Clinton brings to the Senate.

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) distances himself from Donald Trump after the tapes were released earlier this month. Trump, the Republican nominee was pressured by RNC chief Reince Priebus to support McCain in his tough primary against Kelli Ward, a former state senator endorsed by many Republicans.

McCain roundly beaten her and is now facing a battle against Democratic challenger Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick (D-AZ).
The Democrats are pouring money into the Arizona race with senate candidate Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick (D-AZ). She is taking on worthless Sen. John McCain (R-AZ). Hillary Clinton hopes to pick off Arizona from Donald Trump.
And unfortunately he's leading by eight in polls.

McCain who brands himself as a maverick and a bipartisan leader. McCain is hoping that his distance from Trump. He wants to win those who aren't familiar to Kirkpatrick.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) who is also facing reelection is mum on the comments. He believes that the president and future presidents deserve their nominee. However, he and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) held Obama's federal judges and Garland up for months.

The federal courts are in emergency crisis. Republicans on pace of having the fewest confirmations in the final term of Obama.

Ah Sh*t, You Really Can't Fix Stupid! [NSFW]

Sonic Restaurants were none too happy about this "you can't fix stupid" moment. The Oklahoma City-based restaurant corporation operates over 3,500 restaurants in 43 states.

In Middletown, Ohio, a young woman is fired out the cannon after the city health inspector saw a disturbing post on social media. A woman and her crew posted on social media of the employee inside an ice machine.

The behavior of this employee was pretty stupid. She was smiling and acting pretty.

The manager self-reported the incident on Monday.

Carla Ealy of the Middletown city health department said that the actions of this employee is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Before the health department could contact Sonic, the Middletown manager promptly fired the employee out the cannon and disciplined the employees who took the picture.

Kristin Davis, director of communications for Sonic said all workers will be retrained and the facility will be monitored for progress.

The drive-in's management retrained all employees on the proper handling of ice and equipment use as this type of behavior is “unacceptable” and against company policy, Davis said.

Ealy said the incident occurred sometime Friday. Ealy said the goal of the Health Department is to follow up on potential health violations within three days of notification.

She inspected the ice machine on Tuesday and determined it was clean and operating appropriately.

Still, Ealy said, the actions of the employee "concern" her, and she's worried about the confidence of Sonic patrons. On one Facebook post about the incident, there were 56 comments, mostly negative, and the photo had been shared 238 times.

Gary Johnson Got Dis-Jointed!

As a former governor, twice elected, I can honestly admit that I make mistakes.

This is what former New Mexico and perennial candidate Gary Johnson told the junk food media today after he done some "soul searching".

It seems like the Libertarian presidential nominee failed at geography. He ended up getting ridiculed by both the left and the right for his disastrous appearance on Morning Joe today.

When asked about the crisis in Syria, one of the agitators mentioned the city of Aleppo.

Johnson boldly, said, "What is Aleppo?"
Stoner's fail.
The look on Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski's faces were priceless.

Many in social media criticized Johnson for failing at addressing the Syrian refugee crisis.

Johnson and his running mate Bill Weld are running on the Libertarian ticket. They are trying to court disgruntled Republicans and Democrats who upset over Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton winning their nominations respectively.

Johnson appeared on The View to explain his horrible gaffe.

Also Jill Stein, the Green Party presidential nominee is facing an unfortunate situation as well.

There's a huge fight over a pipeline being built on Native American land in North Dakota. Stein who is opposed to the building of a pipeline wrote graffiti on the construction equipment.

Reminder: Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Gary Johnson and Jill Stein are perennial candidates. Each of these candidates ran for president.

Respect Your Elders!

Flip-Flop: John McCain and Marco Rubio won their Republican primaries.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) survived an insurgency attack. The two failed presidential candidates of 2008 and 2016, respectively have beaten their Republican primary challenger.

Conservatives were mounting a challenge against them.

The most notable is Kelli Ward. The insurgent was getting backing from major conservative groups. It wasn't enough. Donald Trump's last minute endorsement of McCain kind of killed the chances of Ward knocking him out.

In the beginning, Trump said that he loves the veterans, not the ones who were caught. The comment was aimed at McCain. McCain called Trump's supporters a bunch of lunatics. He said failed presidential candidates Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) were wacko birds.
Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) lost his bid for the U.S. Senate. Defeated by Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL) in Democratic primary.
McCain who is dubbed himself as a "maverick" even said that Ward was more of a challenge than J.D. Hayworth, a former lawmaker turned conservative agitator.

Ward slipped by calling McCain old. You know Republicans are old, White and out of touch. A whipper snapper like Ward should have been more careful with attacking an elderly man.

McCain is a Vietnam veteran.

Rep. David Jolly (R-FL) was going to run for the seat but dropped out at the last minute given that Rubio was being coached into running against one of the two ethically challenged Democrats.

Rubio, the least productive lawmaker in the Senate claimed that his consideration into the race was motivated by the Orlando massacre. But actually it's the political expediency of his fellow Republicans leaders that drove him back into the race.

Mind you that Little Marco said he would retire from the senate if he failed to win the presidency. He changed his mind when Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) saw Florida being the firewall between a possible Clinton administration.
Former Democratic chairwoman, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is forgiven by the voters. She beats Tim Conva, a law professor who was endorsed by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), the failed Democratic presidential candidate.
Trump's support for Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) came just in time. The House Speaker handily beats his rival in a landslide.

Also the Democrats in Florida seem to like the former DNC chairwoman. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) survived an insurgent attack from the progressive Tim Conva.

Conva who was endorsed by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was hoping to upset an embattled Wasserman Schultz. She was facing harsh criticism over the handling of the DNC's debate schedule and perceived favoritism towards Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

Wasserman Schultz resigned from the DNC after Wikileaks illegally obtained the emails of members.

Some of the emails were criticizing Sanders and his supporters for being sore losers and nuisances.

Rubio's challenger will be Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL). Murphy defeated scandal plagued Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL). Grayson and his own wife were defeated in the Democratic primary. Dena Grayson, a medical doctor and activist was defeated in the seat Alan Grayson gave up to run for the senate.

Grayson once again heads back to Florida a defeated man. Now he will be labeled perennial.

By the way, former Texas governor and perennial loser Rick Perry will be on Dancing With The Stars along with disgraced Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte.

Lyin' Ted Is A Do-Nothing!

HUD Secretary Julian Castro and twin brother Joaquin Castro, U.S. Congressman from Texas. One of the Castro brothers is considering a run against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

Lyin' Ted may find a real challenger in the 2018 U.S. Senate reelection bid.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), the failed 2016 presidential candidate took a nosedive after he spoke at the Republican National Convention.

He refused to endorse Donald Trump and Mike Pence as the Republican ticket. He got roundly booed and hissed at for this. Conservative agitators are pissed that Cruz and many others in the #NeverTrump movement are basically giving Hillary Clinton the win.

Now in his own state, Texas, many Republicans are tired of him. While there's no real challenger on the Republican side to take him on in the primary, he may face a challenge from the Democrats.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Julian Castro or his brother Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) may consider running for the seat. Julian was mentioned as a top tier in Hillary Clinton's presidential bid. If she fails at winning the presidency, the junk food media will zero in on Julian as the top-tier for 2020.

Joaquin who is the twin brother of the HUD secretary is tired of the do-nothing showboating Cruz.

He said that it's a strong possibility that he may jump into this. He wants to see if Texans are willing to finally give a Democrat a chance.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) are up for reelection. These two are failed presidential candidates as well.

Paul who was running for reelection and president is soured upon Kentuckians. He is a do-nothing who showboats like Cruz and Rubio. However, he's facing the Democratic mayor of Lexington, Jim Gray who is an openly gay man. The Kim Davis scandal and Matt Bevin already signals that Kentucky will reluctantly vote for Paul over the Democrat.
Ted Cruz saw his political fortune fall.
Rubio changed his mind and is facing two Democrats who are just as bad as he is. Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL) is a better contender than Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL). Grayson is scandal plagued. Murphy has ethics issues. Rubio is a do nothing lawmaker and has bad blood with Floridians.

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is the 2008 failed presidential nominee. He's facing a challenge from the right and a tough Democratic opponent in the general. While Arizona is a likely Republican, if McCain loses this will be the first time in modern history a failed presidential candidate loses his bid for the senate.

Given the circumstances, I don't want to bet on who controls Congress. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are both equally disliked by a majority of Americans. President Barack Obama is at least in positive territory among the American public.

When Pigs Squeal!

Iowa's Joni Ernst is in the running.

Freshman senator Joni Ernst of Iowa is being vetted by the Donald Trump presidential campaign.

The senator along with freshman senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas are in the running of being Trump's running mate.

Ernst went to Fox News to say that she's had a good conversation.

"I will continue to share my insights with Donald about the need to strengthen our economy, keep our nation safe, and ensure America is always a strong stabilizing force around the globe."

The Iowa senator who did a campaign video about castrating hogs is seriously being vetted. She hasn't accomplished much in one year of being a senator. She's kept a low key profile. I was expecting her to be a bombastic agitator like failed presidential candidates  Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).

Ernst is a retired National Guard lieutenant colonel and veteran of the Iraq war.

Ernst previously endorsed Rubio for president.

Trump is also heading to Indiana. He's talking with Governor Mike Pence. Pence who endorsed Cruz for president is making peace with Trump. Pence who is facing a reelection bid is trying to score some political points by embracing the Republicans presumptive nominee he distanced himself from earlier.
Trump needs a brain to move his body.
Pence faced a backlash after he passed a religious freedom bill that could discriminate against LGBT residents of Indiana. He looks the other way when Indiana mosques are firebombed and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) is being slandered by agitators for being a "ISIS-sympathizer".

Spokesman Marc Lotter said that Ernst and Pence will do all they can to help Trump win.

Also on the Trump veepstakes is Newt Gingrich, the former House Speaker who is a washed up politico. Gingrich ran for president in 2012. Chris Christie, the failed 2016 presidential candidate is in the running.

Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) are also on the list of potential Trump veeps.

One insurgent who isn't showing up for the Republican National Convention is Utah's Mia Love.

Love who is the first woman and African American elected in Utah. She said that she's going to focus on the residents of Utah and skip the convention. Love endorsed Rubio for president.

BREAKING: SCOTUS Knocks Down Texas Anti-Abortion Law!

The Supreme Court rules in Texas anti-abortion law.

The Supreme Court struck down the anti-abortion law that the state of Texas passed in 2013. The 5-3 decision was a blow to conservatives. This decision eliminates a state's attempt to pass restrictive laws to curb a woman's right to choice.  This is the biggest ruling since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

The Texas statute was to close up a handful of abortion clinics in the state. The Court ruled it unconstitutional.

The Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt is the most significant ruling for pro-choice activists. If the ruling went the other way, states would impose stricter laws preventing abortion.

Texas insisted that the HB 2 law was constitutional. Ruth Bader Ginsburg questioned the state's law.

She wondered how this bill would help women who wanted a safe term. Texas was mandating that abortion clinics undergo costly upgrades to look like hospitals and abortion providers must get "special privileges" at hospitals. It was a backdoor plot to eliminate abortion clinics.

Stephen Breyer wrote in his decision that "the surgical-center requirement, like the admitting privileges requirement, provides few, if any, health benefits for women, poses a substantial obstacle to women seeking abortions and constitutes an 'undue burden' on their constitutional right to do so".

Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott wasn't pleased about this decision. Lila Rose and her allies in the anti-choice movement were hoping to gain momentum.

The Center for Medical Progress was partly involved in this as well. The ringleader of the anti-choice group tried to infiltrate Planned Parenthood facilities to expose executives taking pride in terming live fetuses.

Former state lawmaker Wendy Davis got some vindication. She fought this all the way to the Court.

Her failed bid for governor was a downer but to watch Abbott fail at his job is probably the sweetest revenge she's gotten so far today.

Anthony Kennedy joins Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Sonia Sotomayor in the decision to spare abortion rights.

Chief Justice John Roberts, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented the decision.

This polarizing decision comes a week after the Court struck down President Barack Obama's executive action on immigration. Conservatives were happy Obama was handed a defeat. Now this decision will have conservatives concerned.

With an evenly split court, most of the rulings conservatives supported could be at risk of being tossed out or stuck down. Republicans continue to delay the nomination of Merrick Garland.

They believe that Obama's pick could swing the Court in a progressive direction. It's too late.

Truly, this was a blow to conservatives and the anti-choice movement.

Women have a right to choice. Although I am no fan of termination, I do support a woman's right to do so. It's a freedom that helps protect a woman's health.

Would you allow a woman to carry a rapist's baby?

Would you allow a woman to die if the baby was causing her health to decline?

An unwanted pregnancy is a dangerous experience for women. If the Court was to deny women a right to choice, the black market abortion providers would be on the rise.

Remember Little Marco Hates His Job!

The dim witted Marco Rubio decides at last minute to run for reelection for the U.S. Senate. He is a failed presidential candidate who lost his own state of Florida.

The only lawmaker with the worst voting record ever has decided he'll run for reelection for the senate seat he said he'll give up. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has decided to run for reelection.

He and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) spent a lot of time running for president. They couldn't win the nomination so now they want to focus on helping the Republicans continue to hold the Senate.

They want to be rewarded for failure.

Little Marco was the permanent nickname given to the failed presidential candidate. It was given by the controversial billionaire Donald Trump.

Trump labeled Rubio that name after the Republicans plotted to have a contested convention and urged Rubio to start laying into him. When Rubio mocked Trump for having little hands (and a little package), Trump decided to play the words and hit him where it hurts.

Rubio had a meltdown. New Jersey governor Chris Christie, another failed presidential candidate said that Rubio has the same robotic stump speeches and has little accomplishment as a senator.

Rubio released his statement.

In politics, admitting you’ve changed your mind is not something most people like to do. But here it goes.

I have decided to seek reelection to the United States Senate.

I understand my opponents will try to use this decision to score political points against me. Have at it. Because I have never claimed to be perfect, or to have all the answers.

Still, the people of Florida deserve to know why I’ve changed my mind.

I have often said that the U.S. Senate can be a frustrating place. And it’s true. After witnessing the gridlock that grips Washington, I think just about every American – Democrat or Republican – would agree.

But the Senate is also a place from which you can perform great services for the people you have the honor of representing. And I am proud of the work we have done to help thousands of Floridians over the last six years.

The Senate can also be a place from which great policy advances can be made. I am proud that we have done that too.

But as we begin the next chapter in the history of our nation, there’s another role for the Senate that could end up being its most important in the years to come: The Constitutional power to act as a check and balance on the excesses of a president.

Control of the Senate may very well come down to the race in Florida. That means the future of the Supreme Court will be determined by the Florida Senate seat. It means the future of the disastrous Iran nuclear deal will be determined by the Florida Senate seat. It means the direction of our country’s fiscal and economic policies will be determined by this Senate seat. The stakes for our nation could not be higher.

There’s also something else. No matter who is elected president, there is reason for worry.

With Hillary Clinton, we would have four more years of the same failed economic policies that have left us with a stagnant economy. We would have four more years of the same failed foreign policy that has allowed radical Islam to spread, and terrorists to be released from Guantanamo. And even worse, if Clinton were president and her party took control of Congress, she would govern without Congressional oversight or limit. It would be a repeat of the early years of the current administration, when we got Obamacare, the failed stimulus and a record debt.

The prospect of a Trump presidency is also worrisome to me. It is no secret that I have significant disagreements with Donald Trump. His positions on many key issues are still unknown. And some of his statements, especially about women and minorities, I find not just offensive but unacceptable. If he is elected, we will need Senators willing to encourage him in the right direction, and if necessary, stand up to him. I’ve proven a willingness to do both.

In the days ahead, America will continue to face serious challenges – the possibility of terrorist attacks at home and abroad, a declining military, anemic economic growth and low wages, assaults on our rights and values, outdated health care, education and pension programs in desperate need of reform – that face backward or uncertain responses from either Clinton or Trump.

No matter who wins the White House, we need a strong group of principled, persuasive leaders in Congress who will not only advance limited government, free enterprise and a strong national defense, but also explain to Americans how it makes life better for them and their families. I ultimately changed my mind about this race because on that front, and in that fight, I believe I have something to offer.

In the end, this was a decision made not in Washington, but back home in West Miami over Father’s Day weekend, with my wife and our four children.

There were two paths before us. There was one path that was more personally comfortable and probably smarter politically. But after much thought and prayer, together we chose to continue with public service; to continue down the path that provides the opportunity to make a positive difference at this critical and uncertain time for our nation.

In the end, there was simply too much at stake for any other choice.

The opponents will use his little accomplishments as a senator against him. And to make things more interesting, will the constituents support him now that he's changed his mind?

After he was trounced in the Florida primary, the odds of him winning reelection in the U.S. senate race dimmed to 49%.

In a match up against Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL), Rubio would win 48% - 45%.

In a match up against Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL), Rubio would lose 49% -48%.

Republicans hope Florida would give Rubio a second chance. Hopefully the Democrats takes the seat and send Little Marco back to West Miami with his wife, children and the mistress he's allegedly had an affair with.

Congress Continues To Be Inept!

Time to go..! Republicans are extremely bad at what they do.

In the wake of a mass shooting, the Congress continues to be inept.

Congress continues to support terrorism by allowing them access to firearms. The four amendments that could prevent access to firearms if you're on a terrorist watch list failed.

Sens. Jon Tester (D-MT), Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) and Joe Manchin (D-MT) aided the Republicans in crashing the bills.

The background check amendment failed, the terrorist watch list amendment and the semi automatic weapons ban were dismissed by the senate.

The GOP and those spineless Democrats have once again failed in passing reasonable gun control in the wake of terrorism, mass shootings and grieving families.

Is it time for the voters to dismiss the inept lawmakers?

Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) voted for the bills. He said this opportunity missed shows that Congress is totally inept and the National Rifle Association once again wins the battle.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

CONGRESS ALLOWS THESE SENSELESS ACTS OF VIOLENCE TO CONTINUE!

I am really tired of the Republicans in control of Congress. They can't pass laws, they stall President Barack Obama's nominees and continue to waste taxpayer money grandstanding.

Little Marco Thirsty For Another Run!

Rubio is considering running for reelection despite saying he's done. The Orlando massacre and the weak field has Republicans begging for him to stay.

Could he win?

Does Florida wants a candidate who doesn't really want the job?

Who knows? The race is still TOSS UP and the Democrats are hoping to embarrass Republican once again.

Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL) and Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) and about half a dozen Republicans are competing candidates for the open seat being vacated by the most thirstiest senator in the state.

Marco Rubio, the failed Republican candidate for president had the backing of most of the establishment. He had a halo around his head. The Republicans were banking on either Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio securing the nomination.

Unfortunately, Donald Trump stepped into the arena and knocked Little Marco out.

Rubio went back to Florida in disgrace. Now this terrorist attack in Orlando has gotten major attention. The Republicans fear this controversy could help Democrats win a crucial seat.

Rubio is seriously considering running. Rep. David Jolly (R-FL), the freshman lawmaker who replaced coke boy Trey Radel was a favorite among the Republicans. But with little name recognition and lack of interest, Jolly decided to bow out clearing the way for Rubio to jump in if he choose to.

Rubio has the worst voting record in the senate. Since he started in 2011, the Republican has been gearing up for a presidential bid.

The Republican Controlled Congress Is Inept!

Sen. Chris Murphy  (D-CT) laid into the Republicans yesterday on their inept actions in the wake of the terrorist attack in Orlando in which this cat laid into 50 people in aneed act of hate against the LGBT community.

Unlike the worthless filibusters from failed presidential candidates Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) this one really gets the ball rolling on gun control. This issue has been ignored with prayers and silence. The distraction from Republicans and their conservative agitating allies is the tired "Obama is taking your guns excuse" to rile up gun buyers.

President Barack Obama has said that these mass shootings have gotten out of hand. Why would we continue to have those with mental issues and possible terrorists obtain these powerful weapons?

The calls for a semi automatic weapons ban will likely go nowhere with this inept Congress.

Republicans and Donald Trump are looking forward to distancing themselves from gun control. They already made the focus on "radical Islam" and the president being "weak" on terrorism because he doesn't say it.

Republicans are really unpopular right now. With Trump as their leader, the party is going to likely suffer in the polls. Trump's rhetoric isn't helpful at all.

He doubles down on calling the president a terrorist sympathizer.

Conservative attack the president for calling for an assault weapons ban, saying Islam isn't the enemy and telling Americans that the LGBT community is loved.

If the good guy had a gun while the bad guy was shooting is a pathetic argument. It's likely the gunman or the law would shoot you knowing that you have a gun. It doesn't matter to the law if you a concealed carry, they see you as a threat. Also you could miss and shoot a hostage or an innocent victim. You could be charged with a crime.

World News Today continues to cover the Orlando massacre.

Worthless McConnell Writes A Book About Being Inept!

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is pathetic.

The most inept leader in Washington, DC goes to CBS This Morning to promote a book about how he can't do his job as leader of the U.S. Senate.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is the Majority Leader. He's been in office as the senator of Kentucky for over 30 years and hasn't really accomplish much. The only thing he's done as a senator is basically get on the president's nerves and the state of Kentucky continues to elected him to office despite him not really doing much for his state.

McConnell is by far the most dirtiest, corrupt and ignorant person in the country. His stubborn stances are dooming the country.

Right now, he's bragging about not doing his job as a senator by delaying President Barack Obama's pick for the Supreme Court. In February, Antonin Scalia passed away and immediately the politics kicked in.

Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) fired off the "I won't support anyone Obama picks" nonsense and soon McConnell followed by saying that during a...whatever man!

When all Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) all decided to waste taxpayer's money to run for president, McConnell was hoping for a rational leader like Jeb Bush to win. He couldn't stand the senators. He basically stayed down until Donald Trump emerged as the winner.

McConnell now embraces the controversial billionaire and his radical proposals.

In an interview on "CBS This Morning," the inept lawmaker was asked what he would like to see Donald Trump do differently as the 2016 race shifts toward the general election.

"I'd like to see a more studious approach," said McConnell, who suggested that Trump should use prepared texts more to deliver speeches instead of delivering them off-the-cuff.

"I think that winning the White House is about more than just entertaining a large audience," he added. "I think the American people would also like to see him fill in the blanks."

Trump's list of potential Supreme Court nominees, McConnell said, was "excellent" and "well-thought out and reassuring."

McConnell explained that he endorsed Trump because he says Hillary Clinton would mean four more years of President Obama's policies.

In reality, eight more years of polarizing and divisive bullshit from McConnell.

"The country is yearning for a change," he said. "I'd rather take my chances on somebody new, particularly with regard to the Supreme Court."

McConnell said that the GOP is uniting despite the fact that House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-KY), has not yet endorsed Trump and a number of top Republicans like Mitt Romney and John McCain plan to skip the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this July.

At the same time, McConnell admitted that both Clinton and Trump are unpopular.

"Neither one of these candidates is likely to get a big wet kiss from the American public," he said.

Republicans loved Clinton when she was criticizing the president. They figure that Benghazi and emails are more important than infrastructure and the economy. Matter of fact, McConnell is probably one of the reasons to why Benghazi happened. His eagerness to cut funds for embassies lead to the deaths of four Americans.

McConnell, you are a piece of shit and you know it. Hopefully, the FBI don't unearth those shady deals you've been running.

Clinton Pulls A Win In The Bluegrass!

A small victory is a still a victory!

The Kentucky Democratic primary goes to the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. She ended up beating Bernie Sanders in a nailbiter.

If Clinton would have face another defeat, it would have made the race more complicated.

Sanders didn't pour a lot of money into this race. He figured that her comments about coal country would have doomed her chances at winning the state.

Given the state elected a right wing bigot governor named Matt Bevin and the Kim Davis fiasco, Democrats would have not supported either Clinton or Sanders.

The Sanders campaign was hoping for an upset. Hopefully the Oregon primary could be a victory for Sanders.

Clinton has also invested time and money in the bluegrass state in an attempt to blunt Sanders' recent surge of primary victories and strengthen her position in the general election if she's nominated. Her 300-strong lead in pledged delegates, along with an advantage among party officials and superdelegates, almost assure her the nomination.

Clinton isn't expected to win in Oregon's Tuesday primary, which will be decided by an electorate that's mostly white, liberal, and seemingly pro-Sanders. The Oregonian reports on voters coming up to the polls saying they prefer Sanders because he focuses on income inequality or because, says one, Clinton is "criminal." Oregon is actually holding Tuesday primaries for both parties, with 61 Democratic delegates and 28 Republican delegates up for grabs, but hasn't posted any returns yet. Like all Democratic primaries, Oregon and Kentucky will divvy up delegates proportionally, so Sanders isn't likely to make much of a dent in Clinton's delegate-lead, Five Thirty-Eight notes. Follow the latest results at the New York Times.
