Gus Bilirakis Felt Indivisible!

Rep, Gus Bilirakis and his ally got an earful from protesters.

Republican congressman Gus Bilirakis from Florida felt the Bern. He saw his town hall erupt into a heated discussion with his constituents. The Republican lawmaker got to talking about his goal to repeal the Affordable Healthcare Act. His right hand man made an "alternative fact" about how the law (known as Obamacare) having "death panels".

There were boos and shouting matches between Bill Akins and a man who was a supporter of the healthcare law.

He was called a lair by the constituent.

"You called me a liar," said Akins.

"You are a liar...Own up to it!" said the protester.

Akins the secretary of the Pasco County Republican Party was making the claim as well.

Soon as the crowd got rowdy, Akins went on to insult them.

"Ok children, all right children," said Akins.

Many Republicans claim that the protesters are paid agitators. Of course, when they got the love and support of the Tea Party, the Democrats called them paid protesters as well.

See Republicans now figured that they had the wind in their sails. Well I hope that many Americans rise up and show the party that we oppose their agenda and we're going to fight throughout the entire four years of the fuhrer's presidency.

Take Your Medicine!

Repeal Obamacare with.....still wondering what they're doing.

You must enroll in the healthcare marketplace by January 31. Visit healthcare.gov for more information on how to sign up for affordable insurance.

Republicans spent nearly a decade trying to defeat healthcare reform. The Affordable Care Act or best known as Obamacare has been a thorn for Republicans. Now that they have control of the state governorships, the state legislatures, the Congress and the White House, Republicans are all but certain willing to repeal the healthcare law and find a "replacement" to it.

There's just one problem.

They don't have a replacement.

The Washington Post obtained recorded audio from the Republican retreat in Philadelphia. The Republicans are figuring out ways to repeal the massive law without taking away millions of Americans who signed up for it.

By law, you must enroll into a healthcare marketplace if you can't get insurance from an employer or face a tax penalty on your next filing. If you refuse to get enrolled for health insurance, you could face a hefty fine.

Some Republicans feared that for all the bluster and talk, they can't figure out how to replace a law that is actually working. The members scramble for ideas as the fuhrer is demanding a full repeal of the law.

Donald J. Trump's first week in office was marred by controversy. It has gotten major attention from world leaders fearing that his unpredictable and volatile behavior could cause tensions globally.

Republicans have long complained that the law was intentionally making healthcare expensive.

They cite private healthcare insurers opting out of the exchanges as an example.

The law signed by then President Barack Obama went into effect in 2010. The Republicans and their extremist allies have long sought to have the bill (ah law) repealed.

When the insurgency bubbled up, Democrats cautiously walked across the Capitol holding hands while a bunch of rancorous White folks belittled them and one even spat on Rep. Emanuel Clever (D-MO).

They took it to the Supreme Court in 2012 and 2015. They sought to strip out some of the healthcare by a court ruling. Under the John Roberts court, the Supreme Court ruled that the law is valid and it cited state laws requiring car insurance as a factor. Although some of the law lost a tad bit of luster, the law still mainstream and people are signing up for it.

House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) continue to lay out a plan to repeal the law but are uncertain if they have enough support from fellow Republicans who just want the law gone in its entirety.

When asked about the plan, most Republicans revert to the talking points and the same old shit that was underhanded pitched by the likes of agitators like Sean "Softball" Hannity.

"One of the flaws with Obamacare ---there were many -- was that Nancy Pelosi literally wrote the bill in a room with maybe two or three other people the night before the vote and nobody read the bill before they voted on it," said Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA).

Mind you Scalise is a moron and devout White extremist.

The law in its entirety is massive and it was carved into nearly 2,000 pages identifying all the elements to the law. Scalise choose not to read it. He and many Cracker Belt Republicans have no intentions on strengthening the law or finding suitable replacements.

All they believe is the law is killing Whites and their mission is to stop it. Because good and health Black, Hispanic, Native and Asian Americans means White minority.

Yeah, I said it.

I believe that Republicans are determined to preserve the little power they have on White America.

Trump's victory is a setback to progress.

Think about how many votes we could have if people went out to vote. It takes a village to make a city and believe me the young voters are people like my inept younger co-workers and manager who refuse to vote but in turn pout that we have this guy as the leader.

Women's March On Washington!

Expect more.

Massive protests happened today and it's grabbed the attention of the junk food media.

This protest was huge. It may have overshadowed the fuhrer's inauguration.

The protests against Republicans and their fuhrer will be ignored. The only way this is ignored is the protesters may find no interest in getting people out to vote. If they were capable of being out after the fact, why the hell they couldn't show up at the ballot box?

I am not a concern troll, but it sure would be nice to see this type of action in 2018 and 2020.

Nonetheless hundreds of thousands attended the big cities to call out Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence for winning on the negative. Many women are vowing to oppose Republican attempts to defund Planned Parenthood, repeal Obamacare and limit access to choice.

Major entertainers and politicians came out to the DC event to rally progressives to resist the government.

The Women's March is the sign of how many American women oppose policies proposed by Republican lawmakers. It also assures that Hillary Clinton supporters aren't going away quietly.

I refuse to tolerate hate. I refuse to tolerate intolerance. I refuse to tolerate sexism, favoritism, nepotism, Islamophobia, homophobia, and xenophobia.

I reject White extremism.

I reject Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence. I reject the notion that "we should get over it!"

And for the next four or eight years, I am going to be unrepentant. I will oppose Republicans if they decide to take us back to the "good ol' days!"

I support the Women's March and I hope to see more activism during the four years of Trump.

Dems Vow Unrepentant Opposition Towards The Fuhrer!

Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) isn't attending the fuhrer's ceremony.

I will be watching something else on television if possible. I will not watch any events in honor of this man.

Nearly 40 Democratic lawmakers vow to oppose the fuhrer. They refuse to give credence towards a man who engaged in the most divisive man to ever run this country.

Jennifer Holliday bows out after many of her supporters vowed to boycott her shows. She cited that she had a scheduling rearrangement. The B Street Band backed out. They said they bowed out outta of respect towards Bruce Springsteen. The pressure is on 3 Doors Down and Toby Keith.

Keith is unapologetic. He said that he's done it for the two previous presidents. He will perform for the fuhrer.

Now the inaugural tickets are being passed out for free. It's not going to be HUGE event as he once promoted.

Trump's rhetoric has turned people off. He will not respect the polls or the public opinion about his policies.

Do you miss Barack Obama already?

We've taken a step forward putting a person of color in the White House. The Democratic Party has overcome the racist past. Now it's got to get away from the corporate capitalism that keeps the rich richer and the poor poorer.

The Republican Party was then the party of change. Yet, it's only change is the color of the hair on most of the White men and women who represent the party as a whole.

ACA Supporters Stand By The King!

Going backwards. Republicans continue to push for a full repeal of the Affordable Healthcare Act despite not having any reasonable replacement. In order to spite President Barack Obama, Republicans would obstruct his nominees and now his legacy.
Again, we're never find peace in the world if we're divided. Assured that we'll never have peace regardless of the holiday. Today is Martin Luther King, Jr, Day. It's a federal holiday that pays tribute to the African American pastor and civil rights leader who fought for change in the South.

He was assassinated in 1968 in Memphis.

Martin Luther King, Jr.'s dream of a colorblind society will never come to fruition because we have Donald J. Trump.

We have Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Fox News, Breitbart News, Matt Drudge, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Ann Coulter, Alex Jones, Tomi Lahren and many others devoted to keeping the country divided. They will live their lives in the cesspool of bigotry and white extremism.

We have the first African American president leaving in four days. He will continue his fight for change and I hope he becomes a harsh critic of the fuhrer.

Barack Obama made Black America more aware. He may have inspired some or left some out in the cold. Regardless, Obama made a difference in my life and I will use him as an inspiration to my growth and success.

He couldn't get the things he wanted done because of a constant obstruction from Republicans.

Now Democrats vow to obstruct Trump and Republicans regardless of what happens.

This weekend was full of protest. A nonviolent protest against the Republicans and their continued effort to repeal the law despite it helping Americans.

The End Is Near For Obamacare!

The Democratic Party can't win the battle against stupidity. Republicans vow to repeal Obamacare despite the possibility of causing a backlash against those who enrolled and the agencies that need it. Minority Leaders Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) do their presser blasting Republicans.

Stupidity continues to plague the American government. Republicans passed a budget resolution early morning sealing their pledge to repeal the Affordable Healthcare Act.

So if you have pre-existing conditions, be prepared to pay out of pocket because the morons in Washington allowed their egos drive their votes. And they dismissed the anger from constituents as "scare tactics".

51 to 48 members of the Senate gave way to Republicans taking away 20 to 30 million enrolled Americans from having health insurance. Whereas lawmakers can get healthcare for their families, you won't get affordable health coverage for your family.

Now eight years later, Republicans are making good on their promise to "repeal and replace" the law.

It comes as no surprise that the fuhrer has nothing to worry about. He's got the best doctors to take care of him and his family. House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) can literally have health care at the drop of a dime. The Republicans are allowing their egos get in the way of making good on helping the American people.
Two cocks in a barrel of monkeys.
Regardless of the scare tactics, Democrats seething from their defeat are promising "no compromise" with the fuhrer. The spineless Democrats (yeah, Heidi Heitkamp, Joe Manchin, Jon Tester, Bob Casey, and Bob Menendez) will stand in the way of getting things done. They want to protect their healthcare and their jobs. They can't even take a bullet for the team. I mean what worthless bunch of lawmakers we elect.

I guess the concern will be now getting rid of liability coverage for drivers of motorized vehicles.

If they repeal the healthcare law, maybe we should strip out liability insurance. After all most states require you to have liability insurance when you operate a vehicle.

The fuhrer wants Republicans to get something out the gate quickly, because they can't pass this law without having a backup. Because if they repeal a law without making any replacement, it's going to be a complicated mess created by ___________!

They'll began blaming President Barack Obama for their decision to repeal the healthcare law.

The Republican Party shut down the government and caused such uproars while in power and now they're rewarded for it.

Rand Paul Blocks Obamacare Repeal!

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) resorts back to this Don Quixote nonsense.

Republicans threaten to repeal Obamacare. It may hurt over 30 million who signed up to the healthcare exchanges. The law is controversial. But Republicans still fixated on the past are willing to hurt Americans to please their hateful base of idiots.

We have the fuhrer Donald J. Trump coming to power in mid-January.

President Barack Obama urges Democrats to not lose faith. He says stay strong and fight.

Democrats vow to fight Trump and Republicans all the way.

Kentucky senator and failed Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul pissed off Republicans today. He said that he will support the repeal of the Affordable Healthcare Act only if the law doesn't hurt the budget.

"I won't vote for a terrible budget just to repeal Obamacare," said Paul.

Paul's refusal to support the Republican resolution was not acceptable to him.

"Republicans won the White House. Republicans control the Senate. Republicans control the House. And what will the first order of business be for the new Republican majority? To pass a budget that never balances. To pass a budget that will add $9.7 trillion of new debt over 10 years. Is that really what we campaigned on? Is that really what the Republican Party represents? Our first order of business will be a budget that never balances... and they tell us, 'Oh, but it's not a budget.' If you listen, they tell us, 'Oh, but it's not a budget.' If you listen, they will say, 'No, no, it is a vehicle to repeal Obamacare.' And yet I have the title in front of me. It says a concurrent resolution for the budget of 2017."

The latest accomplishment for a senator with no historical achievements is the grandstanding over principles.

The cautious tale of Republicans fight to repeal President Barack Obama's first term.

Republicans now want to be the grown-ups in room. After nearly 8 years of opposing about 95% of President Barack Obama agenda, Republicans are now eager to rollback the laws that helped stabilize the economy.

This vote on repealing Obamacare could be a dangerous move. If they kick millions off the insurance exchanges, it could lead to insurance providers to raise rates on everyone.

The resolution passed 51 to 48 vote. Republicans will gamble repealing the law without any replacement or alternative.

Republicans begin the 115th term with skepticism and distrust among themselves. They already faced a huge backlash when Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) was trying to get a House vote on rolling back the policies of the Office of Congressional Ethics. He was trying to strip the OCE of its independence and ability to investigate anonymous claims.

The fuhrer warned the Republicans to support the vehicle that helped his victory.

Again I say fuck Donald Trump, Mike Pence, Melania Trump, Rand Paul, Republicans, this white extremist movement they labeled the "alt-right" and those who support them. Fuck this country and the systematic bullshit they masquerade as patriotism.

I Dare You Take Away My Healthcare You Chickensh*t Republicans!

The inept Republican leaders will attempt another repeal of the Affordable Healthcare Act despite high enrollment and positive results.  Fuhrer Trump wants the law scrapped. Republican congress can't figure out an alternative. They could kick 30 million people off health insurance.

I dare you Republicans to repeal my healthcare.

The fuhrer and the Republican mafia continue to push forward their repeal and replace Obamacare objective. Even though it survived a Supreme Court ruling, millions of new enrollment, and working state mandated healthcare exchanges, Republicans rather see you lose your insurance and place you in a position where the healthcare industry will put you in the poor house for a just a simple visit.

With the 115th Congress having a Republican president, a Republican controlled Congress and the possibility of a Supreme Court pick who can rollback the law, it's likely Obamacare will be repealed.

Democrats are seething with revenge but no real plan to stop the Republicans from accomplishing their long held objective.

I certainly will waste no time burdening Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH), my local congressmen Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) will signs calling a bunch of "pussies".

I mean signs and name calling won't do much. Death threats will earn you federal time out. Harassing them could lead to you being banned from government properties or events that host lawmakers.

Calling in to a radio show won't help much either. It only gets your voice heard and ease frustration.

What can you actually do with these pussies?

These pussies along with the rest of the Republican controlled Congress get healthcare for life. They get perks for being elected. They spend about 1/3 or less of their time actually doing their jobs. They spend most of their time taking earmarks and trying to get reelected despite having no reasonable accomplishments.

I mean think about how Turner's pork benefited the cities of Dayton, London and Xenia.

Think about how Jordan's pork benefited the cities of Urbana and Sandusky.

Think about how Davidson's pork benefited the cities of Eaton, West Chester and Troy.

They have no real accomplishments respectfully. The only real accomplishment is the fact that Jordan gets airtime on Sean "Softball" Hannity's show. Turner and Davidson are rank-in-file Republicans who vote with the herd.

Each of them show nothing but contempt for the status quo.

In my opinion, Turner and Davidson are likely to be the ones to be caught in a sex scandal.

Yet they are rewarded with another term and it's like nothing ever happened.

Some of Fuhrer Donald J. Trump's promises is to build a border wall that Mexico will pay for. He wants to have a Muslim ban. He wants to keep refugees from war torn nations from entering the U.S. until they go through extreme vetting. He wants to have Keystone XL and Dakota Access Pipelines built. He wants to tear up the Iranian nuclear deal. He wants the Dodd-Frank banking regulations repealed. He wants to sue his alleged accusers of sexual harassment. He wants to replace the healthcare law because in his opinion it's a disaster. He believes that if we bomb the shit out of the Islamic State, we can win this endless war on terror. He wants punish companies that move out the United States despite some of his affiliates and his own brands being made in foreign countries. He wants to exit NATO. He wants to make our allies pay for military defense (but give special privileges to Israel). He also wants to keep the press from knowing what he's doing by regulating who gets press access to the White House (and Trump Tower).

He wants to grab the world by the pussy. Republicans are willing to give him what he wants.

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) and the Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) are willing drop their pants and let Trump get him some.

Republicans signal a fast repeal of the law.

Despite having no suitable replacement, the Republicans are playing their bets on a fickle voter base.

Obamacare as its called by the Republican mafia is actually known as the Affordable Healthcare and Patient Protection Act. The law was signed in two portions in 2010. The law requires Americans to enroll for primary health insurance. In order to keep cost low, the federal government gives exchanges to states to help low income or newcomers the opportunity to enroll for insurance without going through private providers. Some private providers pulled out because of the Republican kill switch. The switch allowed private providers to opt out when their costs outweigh the government's costs. You must enroll into a healthcare exchange before January 31 of the following year. If not, you might be penalized on your federal taxes.

BREAKING: SCOTUS Knocks Down Texas Anti-Abortion Law!

The Supreme Court rules in Texas anti-abortion law.

The Supreme Court struck down the anti-abortion law that the state of Texas passed in 2013. The 5-3 decision was a blow to conservatives. This decision eliminates a state's attempt to pass restrictive laws to curb a woman's right to choice.  This is the biggest ruling since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

The Texas statute was to close up a handful of abortion clinics in the state. The Court ruled it unconstitutional.

The Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt is the most significant ruling for pro-choice activists. If the ruling went the other way, states would impose stricter laws preventing abortion.

Texas insisted that the HB 2 law was constitutional. Ruth Bader Ginsburg questioned the state's law.

She wondered how this bill would help women who wanted a safe term. Texas was mandating that abortion clinics undergo costly upgrades to look like hospitals and abortion providers must get "special privileges" at hospitals. It was a backdoor plot to eliminate abortion clinics.

Stephen Breyer wrote in his decision that "the surgical-center requirement, like the admitting privileges requirement, provides few, if any, health benefits for women, poses a substantial obstacle to women seeking abortions and constitutes an 'undue burden' on their constitutional right to do so".

Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott wasn't pleased about this decision. Lila Rose and her allies in the anti-choice movement were hoping to gain momentum.

The Center for Medical Progress was partly involved in this as well. The ringleader of the anti-choice group tried to infiltrate Planned Parenthood facilities to expose executives taking pride in terming live fetuses.

Former state lawmaker Wendy Davis got some vindication. She fought this all the way to the Court.

Her failed bid for governor was a downer but to watch Abbott fail at his job is probably the sweetest revenge she's gotten so far today.

Anthony Kennedy joins Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Sonia Sotomayor in the decision to spare abortion rights.

Chief Justice John Roberts, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented the decision.

This polarizing decision comes a week after the Court struck down President Barack Obama's executive action on immigration. Conservatives were happy Obama was handed a defeat. Now this decision will have conservatives concerned.

With an evenly split court, most of the rulings conservatives supported could be at risk of being tossed out or stuck down. Republicans continue to delay the nomination of Merrick Garland.

They believe that Obama's pick could swing the Court in a progressive direction. It's too late.

Truly, this was a blow to conservatives and the anti-choice movement.

Women have a right to choice. Although I am no fan of termination, I do support a woman's right to do so. It's a freedom that helps protect a woman's health.

Would you allow a woman to carry a rapist's baby?

Would you allow a woman to die if the baby was causing her health to decline?

An unwanted pregnancy is a dangerous experience for women. If the Court was to deny women a right to choice, the black market abortion providers would be on the rise.

Equally Hated!

Donald Trump is leading in some polls against Hillary Clinton. The public equally hates them and Bernie Sanders.

In hypothetical polling, Donald Trump leads Hillary Clinton by five points. The Republicans are seething with joy knowing that Clinton's prolong fight with Bernie Sanders is hurting her in the general. Sanders leads Trump by a seven points in a hypothetical poll.

Trump also got some praise for his very mention of possible Supreme Court nominees if he becomes the president. Trump's picks for the court already cause a great deal of controversy.

The Republicans have ignored their constitutional duties to confirm President Barack Obama's nominee for the Supreme Court Merrick Garland. The death of conservative justice Antonin Scalia gave the Republicans more enthusiasm to winning. They prolong the nomination of Gerrick because they hate the fact that Obama is still in office. They fear that if Obama gets his pick confirmed or Clinton wins, conservatism will lose. The Democrats warn Republicans if Trump wins, they will do him like they've done Obama.

Republicans know that the changing demographics aren't in their favor. So in order to gain a little bit of support, they'll rehash old news to stop Clinton. The allegations thrown at Clinton have started to stick. Matter of fact, Trump's "crooked Hillary" name is now a Republican talking point.

Sanders is also getting flack for having no control over his supporters. Many in the junk food media claim that he's acting like a sore loser. Conservative agitators (i.e.The Drudgelist, Old fart Rush Limbaugh and Softball Hannity) are spewing kookspiracies theories about Clinton "stealing" the nomination from Sanders.

Sanders's supporters are starting to get riled up. Now you're hearing that they'll vote for Trump over Clinton. Of course, liberals who support a sexist, Islamophobic, narcissist asshole are not really supporters of Sandres. They're just trolls who want to create chaos in the Democratic Party.

If you agree that Muslims should be banned from the United States and you're a Bernie Sanders supporter, then you're head is screwed on wrong.

If you agree that illegal immigrants are bringing in drugs, crime, disease and you're a Bernie Sanders supporter, then you're head is screwed on wrong.

As you know, Bernie Sanders joins Clinton and Trump as heavily disliked. His supporters kind of pissed off the Democratic Party. And with good reason. In their minds, they believe that Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) was rigging the primary for Clinton.
Bernie Sanders's negatives are going up.
I agree that the congresswoman is inept. For the sake of the party, she should bow out.

Sanders's problem is the informed public. Most of the public isn't familiar with socialism and they aren't familiar with him. They know enough about Trump and Clinton and they're not really inspired by their messages.

Although Trump gets most of the attention, Republicans seriously believe that the junk food media is in the tank for Hillary Clinton.

Softball Hannity is feeding Trump these allegations of Bill Clinton cheating in another desperate attempt to distract the public from Trump's inept responses to policies. Softball Hannity is a huge concern troll and the most annoying person to ever have a radio or television show. He ignores the allegations of cheating from Trump and hasn't asked the Republican about how to fix the economy or bring back jobs. All Trump's stated so far is platitudes and Republicans are soaking it up. He stuck on this notion that being politically incorrect is the key to winning elections.

Republicans have no real ideas. The Republicans in Congress wasted two session of Congress demonizing Clinton over Benghazi, Obama over the Affordable Care Act, his executive orders, the IRS, the TSA, unions, Planned Parenthood, NPR, and Facebook.

Republicans in control of Congress enacted only 14% of the laws. The current job approval of Congress is 9% job approval. That's terrible and I believe that if Clinton, Sanders or Trump become the 45th President of the United States, they will have the most unproductive Congress ever.

Obamacare Repealed!

The clean shaven House Speaker managed to repeal Obamacare. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) had used a reconciliation tactic to pass a full repeal of the law and defunding of Planned Parenthood. None of the bills will become law as long as President Barack Obama is in office.

Normally, I wouldn't even give this attention. This has been the 64th time that the Republican Party tired to repeal Obamacare. This tactic used by the reconciliation has finally helped them succeed.

The Republican-controlled Congress managed to pass the repeal of the Affordable Care Act on party line vote. This time it heads to President Barack Obama where it's expected to be vetoed.

The House of Representatives is expected to pass a budget reconciliation bill that guts the Affordable Care Act, pulls roughly $450 million in federal assistance from Planned Parenthood and prevents Medicaid recipients from getting reimbursed for their visits at Planned Parenthood clinics.

Many in the junk food media believe that its classic showboating.

The Obamacare debate has been active since 2009. The Republicans vow to take down the historic health care law. It's been signed into law since 2010. It face two Supreme Court hearings and it was ruled in the favor of the president. But that hasn't stopped the inept Republicans from continuing their promise to scrap the law. They have no reasonable alternative at this moment and Democrats call this another excuse for why they are inept in governance.

The Republicans made this and terrorism their primary objectives. They want to repeal everything that the president has done. They plot on vilifying organizations they claim are going against their agenda.

Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) have cited these issues as reasons to their rise in popularity among conservatives.

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) has told the junk food media the president finally is responsible for governance.

"It's up to the president to decide if he wants to side with the people whose health care costs have skyrocketed out of control, or the abortion industrial complex whose profits have skyrocketed out of control," Ryan bitched about to the junk food media Wednesday. "Congress is holding President Obama accountable."

Of course, Planned Parenthood dismissed Ryan and the Republicans. They said that the organization hasn't done anything unlawful and the 2015 videos that sparked their obsessive attacks are worthless.

Republicans are seething at Ryan for passing the massive budget overhaul that kept in place some of the issues Republicans wanted stripped out. Many conservatives see Ryan as worthless. It's only been less than three months since he's been the House Speaker and conservatives are tired of him.

The Bluegrass Gubna's Race!

Insurgent Matt Bevin shakes hands with Democrat in name only Attorney General Jack Conway.

The state is Cook Political Voting index value +13 Republican. The state supported George W. Bush, John McCain and perennial loser Mitt Romney. The last Democrat in national office to win this state was Bill Clinton. The state has a term limit governor. And now is it possible that Democrats can hold on to a state that supports Republicans in 2:1 ratio?

Democrats in Kentucky are voting for Republicans.

These so-called Reagan Democrats exist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

There's a razor thin lead for the Democratic nominee against the Republican nominee. The nominees are both worthless. They are also-rans who lack charisma.

But one thing could impact this election: Medicare. Kentucky voters support the state's health care exchange. They don't see it as Obamacare. They see it as "healthy Kentucky".

Republicans didn't pour a lot of money into insurgent Matt Bevin's campaign. Bevin is a perennial candidate for House, Senate and now the governor's race. Bevin is determined to make a name for himself.

Conway is a perennial candidate who lost to Rand Paul in 2010. He just kept a low profile for the time and decided that it could better choice to run for governor than a rematch against Paul.

The conservative agitators have ignored Bevin. Even during the Kim Davis fiasco, Republicans haven't put much into this race.

Many see Bevin as out of the mainstream. But does it mean it's not capable of pulling it off?

Hell Bevin could win this.

Democrats ain't really got much to celebrate. Whether Conway wins or not, they can't rely on him.

I can picture Conway being a thorn in President Barack Obama's skin. He will find ways to blame the president for "attacking the coal industry".

The Circus Comes To Cleveland!

A crowded room. Marco Rubio, Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal, Jim Gilmore, George Pataki, Rick Santorum, Lindsey Graham, Carly Fiorina, Mik Huckabee, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Donald Trump, Scott Walker, John Kasich, Ben Carson, Chris Christie and Rand Paul will all meet in Cleveland to see who's going to bring up Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama's name the most.

The Republicans will gather in Cleveland for a trial run. The city is hosting the 2016 Republican convention and nomination. And it's the first city to host the Republican debates. There will be sanctioned nine debates. The chief Reince Priebus was pissed that they've held 20 debates and it created a mess. The fewer the better, right!

NOPE. It's a mess. Some of the candidates are crying foul. The network that claims that President Barack Obama gives free phones to people in Cleveland will host a forum and then the big debate.

The candidates are complaining that the network is looking for ratings rather than advocating candidate policies.

Matter of fact, the debate could generate up 20 million viewers through the network, radio, social media and print. One reason is the biggest target in the room. That target is a real estate and media mogul.

Here's the rundown. The junior league and the majors.

The junior league has candidates who are considered second tier. Joining the list of second tier is the pouting mouth former Texas governor Oops. Rick "Oops" Perry didn't make the cut. Perry, Bobby Jindal, Carly Fiorina, Lindsey Graham, Rick Santorum, George Pataki and Jim Gilmore will do the minor league debate.

It will be held today at 5pm.

The big league who are considered the top tier. Joining the list of top tier are Marco Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, John Kaisch, Rand Paul, Chris Christie, Scott Walker, Jeb Bush, and Donald Trump.

Of the latter, some were contributors to the network.

Kasich was a host of Heartland. Left the network to successfully become governor of Ohio. Host of the Republican debate and convention.

Huckabee was a host of Huckabee. Left the network to run again.

Santorum was a contributor to the network. Left the network to run in 2012 and 2016.

Carson was a contributor to the network. Left the network to run.

Of the latter besides Kaisch, some are currently governors. Christie, Walker, Jindal, and Kasich are term limited and they won reelection handily despite being extremely controversial lawmakers.

Of the latter besides Huckabee and Santorum, some are perennial candidates running. Perry, Gilmore, Fiorina, Huckabee and Santorum have tried to run for higher office. Perry successfully won three terms as governor of Texas but failed at winning the nomination. Gilmore won a term as governor but failed in winning the nomination for president and nomination for senator. Santorum won as congressman and senator but failed in winning the nomination for president. Huckabee won two terms as a governor but failed in winning the nomination for president. Fiorina is a failed nominee for the senate.
It could be the most watched debate ever.
Some are considered political dynasty. Paul is the son of perennial candidate Ron Paul, a former Texas congressman. Bush is the son and brother of the 41st president George H.W. Bush and 43rd president George W. Bush.

Some are considered the establishment. Bush, Kaisch, Graham, Gilmore, Pataki and Christie are the establishment.

Some are the new generation. Jindal, Fiorina, Carson, Cruz, Rubio, Paul and Walker are the new generation of conservative politicos according to the agitators.

Some are of the religious right. Jindal, Huckabee, Santorum, and Carson are extremely religious.

Of the latter, Donald Trump is the only one who doesn't want to practice. He believes that being told what to say and being political correct will be disastrous. The Republicans will zoom in on him because of accusations of being a plant.

Republicans will meet at the Quiken Loans Arena for the debate and the Republican nomination.

What will be the topics they'll discuss. Okay get a glass and start drinking because obviously there will be mentions of policies, name-drops, fear tactics, and baseless lies. If you look at the list of what I believe will be discussed given that the network that's hosting the debate, you clearly know what's coming up.

BREAKING: OBAMACARE STAYS AGAIN!

Republicans must accept the healthcare law.

The Supreme Court ruled in the King v. Burwell case.

And it looks like the president's signature health care law stays put.  The AP breaks the news and it looks like it's going to make Republicans and conservative agitators even more angrier.

The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the nationwide tax subsidies under President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, in a ruling that preserves health insurance for millions of Americans.

The justices said in a 6-3 ruling that the subsidies that 8.7 million people currently receive to make insurance affordable do not depend on where they live, under the 2010 health care law.

The outcome is the second major victory for Obama in politically charged Supreme Court tests of his most significant domestic achievement.

Chief Justice John Roberts again voted with his liberal colleagues in support of the law. Roberts also was the key vote to uphold the law in 2012. Justice Anthony Kennedy, a dissenter in 2012, was part of the majority on Thursday.

"Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them," Roberts wrote in the majority opinion.

Nationally, 10.2 million people have signed up for health insurance under the Obama health overhaul. That includes the 8.7 million people who are receiving an average subsidy of $272 a month to help pay their insurance premiums.

Of those receiving subsidies, 6.4 million people were at risk of losing that aid because they live in states that did not set up their own health insurance exchanges.

The challenge devised by die-hard opponents of the law, often derided by critics as "Obamacare," relied on four words - established by the state - in the more than 900-page law.

The law's opponents argued that the vast majority of people who now get help paying for their insurance premiums are ineligible for their federal tax credits. That is because roughly three dozen states opted against creating their own health insurance marketplaces, or exchanges, and instead rely on the federal healthcare.gov to help people find coverage if they don't get insurance through their jobs or the government.

In the challengers' view, the phrase "established by the state" demonstrated that subsidies were to be available only available to people in states that set up their own exchanges. Those words cannot refer to exchanges established by the Health and Human Services Department, which oversees healthcare.gov, the opponents argued.

The administration, congressional Democrats and 22 states responded that it would make no sense to construct the law the way its opponents suggested. The idea behind the law's structure was to decrease the number of uninsured. The law prevents insurers from denying coverage because of "pre-existing" health conditions. It requires almost everyone to be insured and provides financial help to consumers who otherwise would spend too much of their paycheck on their premiums.

The point of the last piece, the subsidies, is to keep enough people in the pool of insured to avoid triggering a so-called death spiral of declining enrollment, a growing proportion of less healthy people and premium increases by insurers.

Several portions of the law indicate that consumers can claim tax credits no matter where they live. No member of Congress said that subsidies would be limited, and several states said in a separate brief to the court that they had no inkling they had to set up their own exchange for their residents to get tax credits.

The 2012 case took place in the midst of Obama's re-election campaign, when he touted the largest expansion of the social safety net since the advent of Medicare nearly a half-century earlier. But at the time, the benefits of the Affordable Care Act were mostly in the future. Many of its provisions had yet to take effect.

In 2015, the landscape has changed, although the partisan and ideological divisions remain for a law that passed Congress in 2010 with no Republican votes.

The Affordable Healthcare Act was passed. It's ruled constitutional. The Republicans have tried over 60 times to repeal the law despite the court telling them that everything in the law is correct.

Time for the Republicans and their allies to move forward. Take down the Confederate Flag. Pass comprehensive immigration reform. Pass reasonable gun control. Give gay couples the right the marry.

Let's move the country forward.

Lions, Tigers And Toupees: Oh My!

Donald Trump is a business mogul and reality television star. Now you can add a presidential candidate to his roster.

Trump declared his intentions to run face first into the clown car.

Today at the Trump Enterprises, the mogul decided the time is now for him to jump into the clown car.

"Our country needs a truly great leader," says Trump. He added, "We need a leader that wrote The Art of the Deal". That was plug for his book.

He declared that the Republican candidates are worthless. He said that the Democrats and Republicans are not doing enough for America and he said that he would love to "fire" them.
The Donald wants to fire everyone in Washington.
He saved his best for President Barack Obama. He banned the president from his properties after Obama mocked him during the White House Correspondence Dinner. Since the president takes up time doing the golf courses, Trump went right into him.

He would lift the ban only if Obama would leave office effective immediately.

He took a populist form. He told that the need to save Medicare and Medicaid are essential. He said that the ACA (Obamacare) is a disaster and he wants it repealed. He declared that China is a threat.

Trump also made it clear: "If I get elected president, I will bring it back, bigger and better than ever".

Trump is a notorious birther. He has attack the president on this for years. He was a headache for the Republicans. They were looked upon as a joke. And now this carnival barker is in the race.

It's going to be a real cabal of candidates now that Trump is in.

SCOTUS Rules In The Wannabe Eminem Case!

I can't be touched. Anthony Elonis got redemption after the Supreme Court ruled that his imprisonment and conviction invalid. He went to social media to rap a verse about killing his ex-wife in Eminem fashion.

If I want to say "I'm a kill you" in a musical verse, is it a threat?

Well the Supreme Court says "no". It's not a threat if you're expressing frustrations about killing without preemptive attack. It has to be the actions done and not said. The court ruled in favor of a man who spent time in the prison after he took shots at his estranged wife after he found out she cheated on him.

Elonis v. United States is a decision that ruled in favor of plaintiff Anthony Elonis.

The court invalidated his conviction. He is no longer an active felon in the state of Pennsylvania.

Anthony Elonis (formerly known as Tone Dougie) was convicted on four counts of threats to local law enforcement, his estranged wife, an FBI agent, and a kindergarten class, relayed through interstate communication. He was sentenced to 5 years in federal time out. He posted his lyrics of violence on Facebook.

There you go.........!

Remember what you post on social media can be seen by everyone. Just because you keep it private, doesn't mean it's private. Your friends and their friends and strangers can exploit you. Once its online, it's forever.
Big rulings are coming. Obamacare and gay marriage on the way.
In his lyrics he would say:

Did you know that it's illegal for me to say I want to kill my wife?

It's illegal.

It's indirect criminal contempt.

It's one of the only sentences that I'm not allowed to say.

Now it was okay for me to say it right then because I was just telling you that it's illegal for me to say I want to kill my wife...
Elonis said that his rap verse were similar to Eminem.
He would also post that he would take out others. That caught the FBI's attention.

"...Took all the strength I had not to turn the bitch ghost

Pull my knife, flick my wrist, and slit her throat

Leave her bleedin’ from her jugular in the arms of her partner..."

Elonis' conviction was based on multiple public Facebook posts he wrote, including the following about his wife: “If I only knew then what I know now... I would have smothered your ass with a pillow. Dumped your body in the back seat. Dropped you off in Toad Creek and made it look like a rape and murder.”

Elonis fought the state of Pennsylvania to regain his freedom. After a few appeals, he got it to the Supreme Court.

.
In a 7-2 decision, the court ruled that it was wrong for the federal authorities and state of Pennsylvania to assume that Elonis had the intentions of planning a domestic attack through social media. They knew it was rap lyrics and not an inspired attack.

Justices Samuel Alito and Clearance Thomas were the dissenting opinion.

This ruling means that even if its distasteful and threatening, the court believes that if it's written by song or in poetic form (and not a plot to carry out a domestic attack), it's freedom of speech.

Elonis wanted to think like Eminem.

Marshall Mathers III, 42 is the world's greatest rapper. He comes from the city of Detroit and told his tales of hardship through his alter ego Slim Shady. The rapper released eight albums, five collaborations and starred in a blockbuster movie. He is one of the very few rappers to earn a Oscar for best song. He is the most recognizable White rapper. He is a controversial talent. He is criticized by some for rapping verse that may seem sexist, homophobic, violent, demonic, sadistic, and too commercial.

Eminem is also founder of Shady Records, the label that host his group D12, hip-hop collective Slaughterhouse and Alabama rapper Yelawolf.

Eminem is signed on Interscope Records through Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment.

Dr. Dre left the label to join Apple via his Beats Audio.

Bigger rulings coming soon. The decisions on executive powers, Obamacare and gay marriage will be decided on in the coming weeks.

Uncle Ben Rice Being Served In Detroit!

Dinner time is memorable with Uncle Ben's. Politics gotten a whole lot interesting. Ben Carson is running for the nomination.

Yeah, I said it. What are you going to do about it?

The former neurosurgeon and conservative agitator decided the time is now for him to put the makeup on and jump into the clown car.

As a political novice, Benjamin Carson is assuring the supporters that he's not an insider and he wants to make sure you are aware of that.

He vows to defeat the establishment.

He is one of the many agitators who believe that Obamacare (Affordable Care Act) is a disaster and as president Carson wants to repeal the whole law.

Carson gain notoriety for being the guy who "put Obama in his place". Yeah, the carnival barker told the president off. Funny.

Now he's using his notoriety to run for the White House.

He went to Detroit to make the announcement. He grew up in the city and wanted this as his backdrop. In a packed Detroit Music Hall, he tells his supporters that he's in for the win.

The Detroit Free Press reports that Carson shared his life. He grew up in the city, the son of a house cleaner and a father who left the family when Carson was 8. His mother, Sonya, had only a third-grade education, but didn't let on to her sons.
Speak volumes, Carson is hoping to score supporters.
In remarks to about 100 people at the museum, Carson talked about everything from the nation's economy, to his belief in creationism to the racial unrest that's been erupting in the wake of deaths of black men in cities across the country.

"People have lost hope and therefore an opportunity arises for them to break into a place and to loot it and stuff your pocket with things," he said of the unrest in Baltimore. "Some people actually find it easier to collect benefits than to work a minimum wage job. So can you really blame someone who decides to take that? But what it is doing is extinguishing the can-do attitude."

In speeches around the country, as well as in his autobiography "Gifted Hands," the Republican who now lives in Florida often tells of his mother demanding that her two sons turn off the TV, read two books each week from the Detroit Public Library and write a report on those books that she would mark up — even though she couldn't read the words.

"The main thing I'm hoping is that a lot of young people will recognize themselves in me, recognize that they themselves are the most influential factor in achieving their goals," Carson told the Free Press in an interview when a movie based on his book was being shot in Detroit. "Know that it is not enough to just wish, that it takes a lot of hard work and dedication, but it can be done."

Carson did it, turning what he calls his hated life of poverty, horrible temper and lack of enthusiasm for learning into earning high honors when he graduated from Southwestern High School in Detroit, a scholarship and psychology degree at Yale University and a medical degree from the University of Michigan.

The Detroit Free Press covers the campaign.

Carson is African American. So with that being said, you have the rainbow of extremism.

You got a Black man, two Hispanic men, one woman, and mostly White men running for the Republican nomination. You have four senators, five current governors, three former governors and one former senator. You have a former doctor and a former business executive.

There are five active campaigners for the Republican nomination. Soon there will be more.

Weeper John Boehner Is A Scarecrow Without A Brain!

Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) sits down with Chuck Todd to discuss the first 100 days of the 114th Congress.

The House Speaker (or I meant the Weeper) appears on GOP Sundays to pat himself on the back after a contentious 100 days. He pats himself on the back for stalling President Barack Obama's second term agenda.

Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) is the currently doing his best to say it's not his fault for the turmoils in Baltimore, the lack of progress in Congress, and the legislative split between him and the Republicans.

Of course, all fingers goes to President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. He can't muster enough responsibility to say that Republicans slow walking is causing friction within the party.

He is opposed to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

He is opposed to the Six Party talks proposal to Iran.

He is still invested in Benghazi because of revelations of Hillary Clinton scrapping her server. The weeper knows that Hillary had to wipe the server clean because of her CIA files and the fact that consulate was a part of the clandestine organization. Boehner knows that there's no evidence of a stand down order in the 2012 attack. But in order to continue this farce, he will try to force her off the campaign trail to speak openly about CIA secrets.

He ain't got any ideas to repeal the ACA. He ain't got a plan for Baltimore despite the protesters outcry towards Washington, DC's failure to invest in urban centers.

He also has to answer to the allegations of one of his Secret Service detail leaving a loaded in the men's restroom.

Boehner has to juggle his tissue boxes to appeal to the base, the insurgency and the disgruntled Democrats who are spineless and worthless. He needs Democrats to pass some of the most controversial bills. Such as funding the Department of Homeland Security.

Boehner took a lot of flack for allowing its passage despite the insurgency's outcries of trying to stop the president's executive order on immigration.

Boehner is from West Chester, Ohio. The 8th Congressional District represents the areas surrounding suburban Cincinnati, Dayton and Springfield.

He claims that he's for the American people. Wrong!

Boehner doesn't listen to his constituents.

He and his lobbyist buddies are the crown jewel of Washington, DC.

Indiana Passes The "I Can Turn Your A** Away Because Of Religion" Law!

Indiana governor signs a law that may discriminate people based on religious grounds.

Holy Water, the state of Indiana passed a controversial law that can discriminate on religious grounds. The Republican governor Mike Pence signed it into law and its expected to be challenged in courts. This "religious freedom" law isn't telling you that religions are outlawed. It's a law that gives the business owners and they may have the right to deny a customer based on religious beliefs.

I can't figure out whether we're in America or them "evil" countries these cable news agitators bitch about.

C'mon friends. The United States Constitution (via The Bill Of Rights) advocated a section that devoted to all citizens the freedom of religious indoctrination.

That traitor and Black loving playboy Tommy Jefferson wrote the Establishment clause and the Free Exercise clause. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof".

So why are the Republicans and possible clown running Mike Pence passing a law that goes squarely against the Constitution?

The Indianapolis Star reports that the measure, Senate Bill 101, could allow business owners to refuse services to same-sex couples and has set off a firestorm of controversy. Supporters say it's needed to protect those with strong religious beliefs from government overreach, but opponents say it would allow discrimination, particularly against gays and lesbians.

Pence has been under intense pressure from opponents. In the past two days, two major Indianapolis conventions have threatened to look elsewhere if Pence signed the bill, and a group of technology executives, including the CEO of Salesforce, have written to the governor to oppose the measure.
Mike Pence, the Republican governor of Indiana signed this bill despite threats of an economic boycott. Pence is talked about by the agitators as a possible candidate who might jump into the clown car.
Also Pence almost immediately began defending the law, saying at a news conference that the law was not a consolation prize for conservative groups who failed to pass a bill last year to add an amendment to the Indiana constitution banning same-sex marriage.

""I think there's a lot of misunderstanding," Pence said about the religious freedom law. "This has never undermined anti-discrimination laws."

When asked by one reporter whether sexual orientation should be a protected class, the governor answered that the matter was not on his agenda.

The governor spoke for about 30 minutes about the religious freedom bill during the news conference, which also addressed his temporary needle exchange program to stop an HIV epidemic in Scott County, before it came to an end.

"Today I signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, because I support the freedom of religion for every Hoosier of every faith," he said in a statement. "The Constitution of the United States and the Indiana Constitution both provide strong recognition of the freedom of religion but today, many people of faith feel their religious liberty is under attack by government action."

He cited as an example the University of Notre Dame's objection to a provision of the Affordable Care Act requiring insurance coverage for contraceptives.

Pence took issue with accusations that the measure would allow discrimination.

"This bill is not about discrimination, and if I thought it legalized discrimination in any way in Indiana, I would have vetoed it," he said. "In fact, it does not even apply to disputes between private parties unless government action is involved. For more than twenty years, the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act has never undermined our nation's anti-discrimination laws, and it will not in Indiana."

Many believe that this law is backdoor discrimination. The governor can say that he doesn't support a bill that denies service. But why the hell would he sign it?

Now Pence is probably going to hear talk about boycotts from the non religious, Muslims, LGBT activists and atheist community. Even the NCAA which is hosting the National Basketball Championship in Indianapolis is concerned that the law could damage tourism and revenue.

Is this a gateway for him to take his leadership further?

I mean he was once a lawmaker in Washington, DC. He was the former House Majority Whip before he decided to run for governor. Then he became immediately presidential buzz. Pence and neighboring state governor John Kasich of Ohio both have acknowledge their interest in it.

Another thing. Pence is dealing with a crisis in his state. He's calling upon the federal government to assist him in treatment of residents in Scott County. There's a rise in HIV cases after reports of residents being infected by needle sharing. This is spread by heroin and prescription medication being shot through needles.

Scott County is 40 miles from Louisville, KY and 70 miles from Indianapolis.

High Five For The Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare)!

A moment in history could be stripped away if the Supreme Court rules against the Affordable Care Act. It celebrates five years and the Republicans are even more determined to repeal the law.

This is a big f--king deal, says Vice President Joe Biden when he was caught on the hot mic.

As the Supreme Court decides on the Affordable Care Act, the signature law of Barack Obama's presidency celebrates five years in action.

The Supreme Court could rule on the rule that deals with healthcare incentives. About 2/3 of the country haven't participated in healthcare incentives.

King v. Burwell is closed watched by observers. If the Justices side with the plaintiffs, then over 10 million people could lose their healthcare coverage. The conservative wing includes Chief Justice John Roberts, Anton Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Anthony Kennedy.

The liberal wing includes Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, Stephen Breyer, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Most of these decisions came down on 5-4 decisions with Kennedy or Roberts being the swing.

The challengers argue that the text of the ACA only allows for subsidies on state-run exchanges, and that the regulation as implemented by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), providing for subsidies on state-run exchanges as well as federal exchanges, exceeded the authority Congress granted to it. All of the "v. Burwell" cases were originally titled "v. Sebelius" until Kathleen Sebelius was replaced by Sylvia Mathews Burwell as United States Secretary of Health and Human Services. The Competitive Enterprise Institute is providing support for the challengers, including financial support for the King plaintiffs' challenge.

Timothy Jost, a health law professor at the Washington and Lee University School of Law, has written that if the challenge is successful, approximately 5 million Americans who obtained coverage through federal exchanges could lose their tax credits and, in all likelihood, their health insurance coverage. According to Jost, the individual mandate, employer mandate, and tax credits for employers to provide health-insurance coverage might also be overturned in states with federal exchanges. However, insurers would likely still be required to cover all applicants regardless of pre-existing conditions, which could destabilize the insurance market in states with federal exchanges and lead to rapid rises in premiums and the possible collapse of the insurance market in those states.

The Urban Institute estimated that a decision in favor of King would result in 8.2 million more uninsured people in 34 states.

Only 14 states have set up their own exchanges.

If the mandates and subsidies are struck down in the other 36 states, many think that the economic foundation of the ACA would be undermined, putting the entirety of the legislation at risk.

Supporters of the plaintiffs, as well as some politicians, argue that the effects of striking down the mandates and subsidies would be mitigated by government action (including the possibility of states setting up their own exchanges in response to a ruling in favor of the plaintiffs).

The highly contested law has been the Republican Party's fixation for the last six years. They've tried and failed to repeal the law. They've tried to repeal the law over 55 times.

It's funny though. For every attempt to repeal the law, Obamacare, as its called by the junk food media continues to enroll millions of Americans. They couldn't repeal in Congress, so they've taken it to court and hope the Justices could strike it down.

This obsession with repealing Obamacare is one of the themes of Stallmigo Ted Cruz (R-TX).

He is the first declared clown for the Republican nomination.

By law, you must enroll for health insurance or face a penalty on your taxes. The federal government offers reasonable health insurance through their exchanges. The Healthcare Marketplace is officially on after a year of delay. It's operational and offering the best coverage for those who can't afford the national brands.
