Racist Rant/Hate Crime in Charlotte

Another day in Trump's America.

A white man in Charlotte, North Carolina, stormed into the territory of a family and began shouting at the homeowners because they had a “F*** Trump” sign displayed in their lawn.
An expletive-laden video of the incident showed the man in the family’s lawn. At first, he argued with the homeowner and absurdly said the sign upset him because he didn’t like the fact that his children saw the word “F***” as they drove by his house.
The man then bizarrely claimed that he is a Bernie Sanders’ supporter and voted for him in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. However, just seconds later he adopted a racist tone – something that Sanders has repeatedly denounced.
Along with the sign that criticized Trump, the homeowners had several other boards pinned in their lawn which included slogans such as, “Black Lives Matter” and “Refugees welcome home.”
“It smells like g*ddamn weed in your entire f***ing house, that’s why the cops are coming right now, motherf***er! I’m gonna get you, n****r! N****r, n****r, n****r!” he yelled as he went towards his truck.
A female member of the family who was recording the video then went outside in an attempt to capture the number plate of the truck on camera while the man continued with his racist tirade.
“I built this country! And y’alls’ house smells like f***ing weed! I smelled it when I was walking up here!” said the racist man.
He then hopped in his truck and drove away.
As the video went viral, information regarding the man started coming up and the hash tag #LawnSignLarry emerged on Twitter.
People on social media tracked down the number plate and identified the bigoted man in the video as Cullen Heald. It was also reported that the truck the man had is reportedly registered in the name of his father.

The bigot's name Cullen Heald
Protesters held a vigil at the couple's house in Charlotte this week.  Thank goodness for that.

Here's the video of the racist bigot:

Many years ago, a Filipina by the name of Keely chronicled a list of racist and sexist incidents toward her while living in Charlotte for seven years between 2004 through 2011.  Here's her story:

Posted On: 8/11/2012 9:19:45 AM
I lived in Charlotte for 7 years and even finished college there. Horrible place if you're Asian or just not prejudice. I once worked somewhere where my favorite clients, a couple, told me they were moving. I was shocked. They told me it's because they didn't want their newborn growing up in such a racist city. They were both Caucasian, and your average middle to upper-middle-class family. It pained me to see how real it was when people of the same race as the majority who were ignorant toward me for years, saw the same thing I had. In many ways it was quite refreshing too. In 7 years living there, I had 1) a suited and well-dressed Caucasian male (I'd call him a man, but a real man wouldn't be racist) with two other professionally dressed of the same, all with long, trench coats, pass by me as I left The Fox and Hound restaurant and actually say to me, "That must be a hard job!" I didn't pass them until a few blocks away from the restaurant and I wore a very modest close to the knee skirt and a nice modest top that didn't even show cleavage. That a** made me feel low, bringing himself up. He wanted to think Filipinas, even one born and raised in the South in the US, were all mail order brides and prostitutes. 2) I walked in a commercial tire/oil shop and the guy on the phone was speaking at regular pace, normal, not too fast not too slow, just normal. Suddenly, he gets off the phone and says, "Maaaayyyy Iiiiiii heeellllllpppp youuuuuuuu???" I wrote the company, they called me back, I told them I didn't want to sue just wanted to let them know how stupid he was, and they fired him, and gave me several discount coupons...but I never returned. Not even to this day to another one. But I was glad for their formidable attitude. 3) I brought my then boyfriend's dog into a vet, I walked in and no one greeted me. I sat thinking they're busy in the back, even hearing voices and not even muffled. The door chime even rang and it was a very small clinic. Then a Caucasian enters, same door, same chime sounds, and out comes the receptionist. 4) I was in a grocery store. Quick stop. I see two well-dressed, in suits again, gentleman across the aisles looking over at me. They had to be in their 50's. One looked over his shoulder at me and then back at his friend and started saying, fairly loudly, "Ching chang chong..." I was so appalled, I walked halfway over to him and asked loudly in clear English, "DID YOU JUST MAKE FUN OF ME?" Tail between his legs, he said a stupid answer of "No." 5) I was at the mall, and as soon as I stepped on an escalator, a man passes me and says, "Konichiwa"...I'm so American, I guess, that I probably didn't even spell something he believes I know, correctly. 6) I was in a restaurant, they had karaoke, I was asked by someone who was pointing to the karaoke DJ, "Oh, is that your husband?" 7) I was in another restaurant, a former military guy sits at my table without asking, mind you, I grew up around military people and never once had anything remotely of this calibre happen to me...I tell him I just came to eat alone and if he'd mind not sitting down with me. He threw the chair a few feet, slammed it back and left the table. 8) I was seated with a colleague who invited me out with his friends. Halfway through dinner, the question of what to do came up for after dinner. When I ran down a list and mentioned karaoke, one of his friends said this, "Us white people, we Caucasians don't like karaoke, we don't do that!" My colleague never breathed anything to me during or after, or while at work. I asked him later why not, he still didn't know what to say. It was the worst stunner I had as it was within the first few months of moving there for college. I probably have a few more events, but you get the picture. I gave it 7 years, with 3 being after college. I couldn't take it any longer, when the last straw was with a different company and my stand in manager while our manager was out of town yelled at me to "SIT DOWN" when I was tired of her yelling at me and I had to stand up to leave and quit. I had enough of this that racist town, I married a Caucasian, I have a half-Chinese/half-Caucasian step son, and I now live in what turned out to be another very white community, but with no racist remarks whatsoever. Must be because I am up North! Thank God for that!

S.C. Lawmaker Serves His Wife Knuckle Style Chili!

South Carolina lawmaker sees the law for himself. He gets served a court date after this thug served his wife a knuckle style chili with toppings.

A lawmaker who supported the losing side of the Civil War was caught up in a sex scandal. He gets busted by his wife. She taps him. He serves her knuckle style chili. Now he will face felony aggravated domestic violence charges. It could give him a couple of dimes in the iron college.

Former South Carolina state representative Chris Corley is accused of serving a couple of helpings of knuckle style chili to his wife.

Corley facing an expelling from the statehouse decided to take a knee before taking a permanent ban.

Republican House Speaker Jay Lucas read Corley's one sentence resignation letter to his fellow Republicans.

Lucas is working on replacing the disgraced lawmaker in a special election.

Corley a Republican who supported keeping the losing side of the Civil War flying on state grounds won reelection without opposition. Of course, gerrymandering also played a huge role.

His public shaming came at the cost of a 911 call from his daughter. A day after Christmas, a call to the 911 with the screams of "Please Stop,"
State lawmaker gets served a court date.
Aiken County boys released the portions of the 911 audio. "Just stop daddy. Just stop .... Daddy, why are you doing this?"

Corley's wife accused him of charging his player's card at the expense of her and the children. Corley claims that she gave him a line across the face. So he said he had to defend himself from her.

The children witness their dad serve their mommy, knuckle style chili. He also gotten a taste of flesh when he bit her nose. He even grabbed his Second Amendment remedies together. He pointed his piece at her and shove the musket across the head.

Corley's thought he could prevent her from dialing up 911. His wife seems to understand that technology works with digital watches. Her Apple Watch was activated and recorded the children crying to their dad not to kill their mommy.

Corley got a night in county lockup. He posted his $50K get out free card. He was ordered to surrender his firearms, his passport and his perk card. He was banned from state grounds and will appear in court.

Corley was also banned from contacting his wife, their children, his mother-in-law and those who helped them.

Looks like he's on the losing side of the marriage.

Anyway, this fool is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Corley better ask the fuhrer for a pardon.

In other South Carolina news, Nikki Haley is confirmed as the United Nations Ambassador. She will take office in the coming days. Haley was the governor of South Carolina. She was term limited.

Haley was then a harsh critic of Fuhrer Donald J. Trump. Now she is a-ok with him. She became a face of civil rights by standing up against her fellow Republicans in removing that damn flag.

She took sympathy after pressure mounted. The Charleston massacre thrusted Haley into the spotlight. She is the first woman of Indian-American/Asian American decent to be appointed to that position.

If Republicans do pass the membership removal from the United Nations, then she would be out of a job.

North Carolina Cop Slams Teen!

Cop slams a teen into the ground in North Carolina.

Would you want this done to your child?

Hopeful that law enforcement agencies finally root out the corruption within their ranks. They have to rid themselves of the perception, the corruption, the racism, the nepotism and the sexism within their agencies.

With fuhrer Donald J. Trump and vice fuhrer Mike Pence coming to power in 15 days, their Attorney General in waiting could make it easier for a person to obtain a firearm. This beady eyed bigot named Jeff Sessions will ignore systematic racism within the police. He might toss out the recommendations from Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder. He could instigate profiling of Black, Hispanic, Native American and Muslim activists who protest injustices.

This Sessions guy will not pursue any federal charges against police officers who violate the constitutional rights of people of color.

Let's head to Rolesville, North Carolina. The city is 30 miles from Raleigh and it's the scene of a brutal attack by the city police on a young teenager.
Cop in the freezer after video showed him brutally taking a female student to the ground.
A police officer was caught on video assaulting a teen. The teen was body slammed by a high school resource officer for the city police. The resource officer was

The video circulated online showing now identified officer Ruben De Los Santos body slamming a young female student on the ground. She was picked up by the torso and then tossed on the ground hard.

The 9-second video shows the teen picked up by her right arm and being lead away by the body slam.

Jasmine Darwin was the victim in the video. She tells the junk food media, that she was defending her sister from being assaulted by another teen.

The police released a statement on the matter. They immediately placed De Los Santos in the freezer.

"We will work diligently to review any and all pertinent information so that we can provide an accurate account of the events," said Rolesville Police.

Pat McCrory Exits Stage Left!

One bigot goes down but there's plenty more left.

Republican governor Pat McCrory has conceded. The inept governor of North Carolina was defeated in the recount. It marks an unique feat. The Republican governor doesn't cruise along with the fuhrer in waiting Donald J. Trump and Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC).

His defeat to Roy Cooper was a nailbiter. McCrory's legacy will be tarnished by the Bathroom Law that he supported. The bathroom law led to a boycott of the state.

The Republican incumbent had filed for a statewide recount last month, but lost virtually all hope of eking out a reelection victory when Cooper's lead had surpassed 10,000 votes last week -- and the threshold whereby state law allows McCrory to ask for a recount. As of Monday, Cooper was up by 10,563 votes, according to the North Carolina Board of Elections.

The concession marks the end of a drawn-out process that saw McCrory's campaign and supporters raise multiple questions about the legitimacy of the election results -- accusations his critics saw as an attempt to undermine the will of the voters.

McCrory filed complaints in about half of the state's 100 counties but no evidence of widespread voter fraud ever came to light. All of those complaints were rejected by McCrory's own Republican appointees serving on local county election boards.

Last week, the State Board of Elections -- also Republican-controlled -- ordered a recount in Durham due to a delay in the county's returns being added to the statewide tally. According to the Raleigh News & Observer, the delay came because election workers entered information from ballot tabulators' paper tapes after they were unable to read data from six memory cards that also came from the tabulators.

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory conceded the close gubernatorial race on Monday to his Democratic challenger, Roy Cooper, concluding one of the last outstanding contests of the 2016 election nearly a month after voters cast their ballots.

In a YouTube video released Monday, McCrory said it was "time to celebrate our Democratic process" and respect "the ultimate outcome of the closest North Carolina race in modern history."

"Despite continued questions that should be answered regarding the voting process, I personally believe that the majority of our citizens have spoken, and we now should do everything we can to support the 75th governor of North Carolina, Roy Cooper," McCrory said.

Cooper released a statement in response, thanking McCrory for his service to the state and noting, "while this was a divisive election season, I know still that there is more that unites us than divides us."

Experts on the equipment told Durham officials that the paper tapes were reliable, and several political watchers believed the results would be unchanged after a county recount. Durham is one of the strongest Democratic counties in the state, and Cooper won it by a wide margin of 79 percent to 20 percent.

Having signed a spate of unpopular legislation that restricted voting, reproductive and LGBTQ rights, McCrory was greeted with a number of cheers following his decision to accept defeat on Monday.

"Pat McCrory's reign of discrimination is finally over," said the Human Rights Campaign president Chad Griffin in a statement. The HRC had aggressively campaigned against House Bill 2, a measure McCrory signed that blocked transgender people from using government building bathrooms in accordance with their gender identities.

HB2 sparked a national backlash, with numerous boycotts from businesses, musicians and sports organizations. In one of the biggest repercussions for a state where college sports is almost a religion, the NCAA and ACC earlier this year relocated several championship games out of North Carolina over the discriminatory legislation.

"McCrory's stubborn and reckless support of HB2 cost him this election, and his defeat sends a powerful warning to lawmakers across the country that targeting LGBTQ people will not be tolerated," added Griffin. "We look forward to working with Governor-elect Roy Cooper and fair-minded lawmakers to repeal HB2. It's way past time to repair the harm inflicted on North Carolina's people, reputation and economy."

Cop Walk In The Keith Lamont Scott Case!

No charges for the cop who killed Keith Scott.

When will we see justice?

No charges will be filed against Brentley Vinson, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Metro Police plain clothes detective who killed Keith Lamont Scott. Keith's death set off a few nights of unrest.

The Mecklenburg Co. District Attorney Andrew Murray said at a press conference Wednesday that Vinson acted lawfully when he shot and killed Keith.

Vinson and other officers were after another man when this encounter happened. They found Scott and confronted him instead.

"After a thorough review, and given the totality of the circumstances and credible evidence in this case, it is in my opinion that Officer Vinson acted lawfully when he shot Mr. Scott," said Murray.

What happened at the scene merited two different theories. One saying that he was minding his business and he didn't have a gun. Rakeyia Scott said to the cops he was on his medicine and he wasn't doing anything to them.
Charlotte plains clothes officer Bentley Vinson got off a murder charge.
When asked about if Keith had a gun, the district attorney ducked it.

"The videos show that Mr. Scott did not comply with those commands. In interviews, an officer described Mr. Scott's behavior during this incident. Those descriptions included that he had a blank stare as if he was in a trace-like state. This behavior is consistent with the known side effects of medication prescribed to Mr. Scott. Additional side effects are aggression and behavior abnormalities," said Murray.

The family isn't happy about this.

"We wish to express our thanks and gratitude to the Mecklenburg County District Attorney Murray, his office and the [North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation] for the respect they shown the Scott family and for their willingness to explain how they conducted their investigation and the conclusions they reached.

We are profoundly disappointed in their decision not to criminally charge Officer Bentley Vinson for actions in taking the life of Keith Lamont Scott.

While we understand that many in the Charlotte area share our frustration and pain, we ask that everyone work together to fix the system that allowed this tragedy to happen in the first place.

All our family wanted was justice and for these members of law enforcement to understand that what they did was wrong.

We respectfully aks that you please keep any protest that may occur peaceful. Responding to violence with violence is never an appropriate response. This is just one more step in our quest for justice."

So, I am going to be blunt in this. I am getting fed up with this. I am tired of cops getting away with murder.

Nate Silver: Your Guess Is Good As Mine!

Don't expect a blowout for Clinton says Nate Silver.

Going into the last three days of the presidential election. Hillary Clinton has a 60% chance at winning the presidency. A big drop from 85%. Mainly due to James Comey's FBI memo to Republicans over them goddamn emails.

Clinton is confident. She built a good ground game with the GOTV (get out to vote).

Florida, Nevada, Ohio, New Hampshire, North Carolina and Iowa are up for grabs and the Republican nominee Donald Trump needs these states to win the White House.

Nate Silver, the genius of stats is stomped by his own calculations. Fivethirtyeight.com is the best indicator of who's likely going to be president. Today, he's says that it's anybody's game and the Democrats are panicking.

I conclude that Donald Trump has 40% chance at winning the presidency. It's driven the narrative that Trump is anchoring the emails around Hillary Clinton's neck. Also Republicans who were on the fence are "coming home" as Mike Pence puts it.

Silver is being criticized by Huffington Post editor in chief Ryan Grim for allegedly "putting the thumb on the scales."

It sparked a brief feud between the two.

Silver is right. The Democrats should take nothing for granted. It's still toss up. Clinton doesn't need Ohio and Florida to win. She needs to hold on to states she already carrying.

So far Trump has studied the trends and his campaign felt an opportunity is ahead in states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Minnesota.

Now The Vote Suppression Attempts!

Vote early at your local precinct.

The alt right decided to play dirty bull in an attempt to disenfranchise voters in North Carolina and Florida. Social media pointed a posting that allegedly comes from the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.

It says that you can skip the lines and vote by text.

No you can't.

Here's two other versions.
Deliberate attempt at discouraging Black vote.
There's no such thing as voting by text message and for those who are willing to push this, this is the signs of desperation.

The ads circulated on Twitter recently would have you believe otherwise.

Lifting imagery directly from Hillary Clinton's campaign materials, the ads encourage supporters of the Democratic nominee to "vote early" and "vote from home" by texting their candidate's name to a five-digit number.

"Save time. Avoid the line," one reads.

"Vote early. Text 'Hillary' to 59925," says another.

At least four such ads began making rounds on social media this week, each containing the Clinton campaign's "H" logo and a line saying they were "paid for by Hillary for President." Some featured images of Clinton that appear to be pulled from actual campaign marketing materials, while others showed a black woman and a Hispanic woman, in what may be an attempt to dupe to minority voters specifically. One was written entirely in Spanish.

We're approaching the final days of this god awful presidential election. Donald Trump is closing in on Hillary Clinton. The polls are "tightening" and Clinton is slipping in Ohio, Florida and North Carolina.

It's up to the American voter to put either the former first lady or the media mogul in the White House.

First Ladies Unite!

First Lady Michelle Obama lends her hand to former First Lady, now Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton at a huge rally in North Carolina.

The first African American woman to hold the title is giving Clinton a boost of energy.

Obama is probably the most popular first lady in history. She was disturbed by the infamous tapes that made Donald Trump's presidential campaign in free fall.

In Winston-Salem, Obama gave her most passionate speech for Clinton. The two blasted Trump and his campaign for fanning the flames of despair.

North Carolina is crucial for Trump. Right now he is trailing by 3 points in the state.

It comes as no surprise Obama got the most thunderous applauses at the rally.

Clinton is gonna need everyone on her team. They are encouraging early voting.

It would be nice if the Democrats pick up the seat of Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) and defeat the controversial Republican Gov. Pat McCrory.

Terrorist Firebombs North Carolina GOP Office!

Trump campaign office was firebombed. FBI investigates.

The FBI and state authorities are investigating an incident at a local Republican office in North Carolina. There was a firebombing at the Orange County Republican headquarters in Hillsborough, a town that's about 40 miles northwest of Raleigh.

The bombing of a Donald Trump office has conservatives up in arms. Could it be liberal terrorism?

There was flammable material in the vicinity of the office. It was also damaged with graffiti.

A spray painted swastika was found on the windows and walls of the facility.

A local business owner who discovered the damage found words like "NAZI Republicans leave town or Else."

Dallas Woodhouse, the executive director for the North Carolina GOP said that the office is a total loss. "This is an attack. It's an utter act of political terrorism".

"The important thing is nobody was killed. People could have been killed," he said. "This is a horrifying situation. When you think you have volunteers and offices all across the state, in all kinds of place,s and these kind of acts are intended to intimidate, and they are intended to terrorize."

Didn't take long before Donald Trump and the conservative agitators started the blame game.

Yeah, Hillary Clinton responded to the act.

The North Carolina Republicans put aside the partisanship to thank Clinton for her thoughts and prayers.

Know that I seen this story before. I remember Ashley Todd. The white female who was allegedly mugged in Pittsburgh by a Black guy. She got her face carved with a backwards B after he saw she was a supporter of John Mccain and Sarah Palin. It turned out that she deliberately harmed herself, filed a police report and got media attention.

I don't want to assume this act of terrorism is staged.

But given how desperate Republicans are, I wouldn't be surprised.

That's why it's not my place to blame on Republicans or Democrats. I place the blame solely on the individuals involved.

Hopefully the FBI apprehends those involved.

Kookspiracy Nut Got B*tch Slapped By Obama!

Agitator for the alt-right gets bitch slapped by President Barack Obama.

The alt-right or whatever it's called flock to Breitbart, WikiLeaks, InfoWars and PrisonPlanet for their daily fixation of anti-Obama and anti-Clinton rhetoric.

They seriously believe that if Donald Trump loses the election, the "end of the world" is a coming.

Alex Jones, a for-profit kookspiracy agitator called President Barack Obama the "devil".

On Monday, Jones, host of his eponymous show on the Genesis Communications Network, said the two were literally the devil, Media Matters reports.

He called Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton a "psychopathic demon."

"I'm sure of that, and people around her say she's so dark now, and so evil, and so possessed that they are having nightmares, they're freaking out," Jones ranted

President Barack Obama in Greensboro, North Carolina struck back at the agitator.

He didn't mention him by name but he clearly knocked Jones for being an asshole.

"Now, I mean, come on, people!" he quipped after sniffing his hand for any sulfuric odors.

Jones, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Matt Drudge, Rush Limbaugh and Fox News are going to take the Republican Party down with them. Donald Trump's presidential campaign is hurting Republicans.

If Trump does lose this election, conservatives will engage in an all out civil war with the Republican Party.

So let's get out there and vote. Vote for Hillary Clinton. Lets make things move forward.

Greensboro Police Fired Two Out Cannon After They Roughed Man Up!

The city of Greensboro had to publicly apologize to a man after two of its officers roughed up a resident sitting on his porch.

Dejuan Yourse was roughed up for no reason.
Two officers are off the beat this week after the city released body camera footage of the two arresting a man who was sitting on his own porch. The situation elevated to a point where the officer actually put his hands on the man and took him down violently.

Dejuan Yourse was arrested for assaulting a police officer. The charges were dropped when the video determined that the situation didn't merit the use of force. Now the officer now identified as Travis Cole was censored and stripped of his badge. He resigned in September.

The city condemned the two. They had no business doing what they did. The provoked the situation.

The arresting partner C.N. Jackson quickly resigned before the city could fire her out the cannon.

As seen in body camera footage from both officers, combined below, Yourse explains that he's waiting for his mom, who has lived in the neighborhood for 10 years, and visits her house every day.

Yourse is seen on the video attempting to phone his mom so she can speak to the officers. He gives the officers his ID, which lists the address as his residence, and he suggests the officers ask a neighbor to verify that he lives there.

The exchange escalates when Cole places his hands on Yourse's chest to stop him from walking away. After Yourse sits back down, Cole snatches Yourse’s phone from his hand while Yourse is talking to someone, asking the person to come to his house because “the police is over here and they harassing me.”
Greensboro Police violently shoved Dejuan Yourse.
Cole then throws Yourse to the floor and struggles to handcuff him. Amid the scuffle, Yourse repeatedly asks Cole why he’s punching him. When Cole yells, "I’m going to hit you again," Yourse yells back, "Why?"

The cops charged Yourse with resisting arrest and assault on government officials. The charges were dropped

The city want its prosecutor to charge Cole with felonious assault. The prosecutor said it won't stand.

Now there's calls for the prosecutor to be fired out the cannon for this.

The need for accountability doesn't stop at the body cameras. It has to stop when those who use force without reason to charged with a crime.

Charlotte Police: Yeah, He Had A Gun!

BE WARNED THE VIDEOS CONTAIN GRAPHIC LANGUAGE AND DISTURBING IMAGES.

BE ADVISED WHEN VIEWING THIS.

Looks like the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police brings their "ace in the hole."  On Saturday, the police department released portions of the video footage of the police shooting of Keith Scott.

Keith was killed by the law on Tuesday. This shooting sparked nights of unrest in which the mayor of the city imposed a curfew and the governor deployed the national guard. The junk food media is covering it from an angle that the protesters see as bias. The conservative agitators and the trolls are already licking their chops for a Donald Trump victory over these latest events.

The police were forced to release the video after the family of Keith Scott released their version to the junk food media.

The police video released shows the officers (who weren't identified) engaging with Keith. The incident shows one of the officers trying to gain access to Keith's vehicle. It captures the moments after Scott goes down, but the shooting itself was not seen.

The videos do not show Keith with a weapon. All I see from the videos is Keith getting out his vehicle walk backwards, hands at his sides. Four shots heard and then he drops.

Chief of the police Kerr Putney said that he was causing a threat to the lives of the officers.

There were two plain clothes officers. They were in an unmarked vehicle waiting to serve a warrant to another person. Keith just happened to park next to them.

Brently Vinson, the officer who shot Keith claimed that he held up a firearm. They withdrew to a spot nearby and put on their vest and then yelled, "POLICE" so they would identify themselves as officers.

Vinson claimed that Keith was ordered to drop the weapon. They call for a police uniform officer to assist them in making an arrest. An officer starts pounding on the front passenger window.

Keith would get out with the gun and back away from the police.

Police also released a more detailed explanation of the incident, claiming that Keith was wearing an ankle holster and had a marijuana blunt, photos of which they provided.

“He absolutely was in possession of a handgun,” Putney said. “There was no definitive visual evidence that he had a gun in his hand and that he pointed it at an officer. That I did not visually see in the video ... When [my officers] see a weapon and they see the marijuana they say ‘uh oh, this is a threat to the public.’”

Rakeyia Scott, the widow released her own cellphone recording of the shooting on Friday, pressure grew for the city to release footage from cameras mounted in police cars and worn by officers.

In Rakeyia’s video, she can be heard telling officers that her husband has a brain injury and that he isn’t carrying a weapon.

Protesters marched through Charlotte Saturday, chanting “no tapes, no peace” and “take our lives we’ll keep our money.” Just as activist groups gathered at Marshall Park for the procession, word came down through the grapevine that Charlotte City Council was bending to pressure releasing the tapes alongside the state Bureau of Investigation.

Of course, these items merit his death, right?

North Carolina is an open carry state.

It reeks of a cover-up!

Keith Lamont Scott's Family: It's A F**king Cover Up!

BE WARNED THE VIDEOS CONTAIN DISTURBING AND VIOLENT IMAGES

TAKE DISCRETION IN VIEWING THIS.

Looks like the victim of a fatal police shooting had enough of the delay. They released the encounter filmed from the victim's wife. This video went viral.

The wife of Keith Lamont Scott recorded the final moments of her husband's life. He was shot and killed by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg metro police after they claimed he refuse an order to drop a gun.
Keith Scott's wife yells at the cops that he has no gun on him.

The wife screams at the officers telling them that he didn't have a gun. He had a TV guide. The video lasted 2 minutes and 12 seconds show the officer pointing at Keith's direction.

"Don't shot him, he has no weapon," said Rakeyia Scott. She tells the officers he has a traumatic brain injury and then assures them, "He's not gonna do anything, he just took his medicine."

Rakeyia yells at Keith saying "Keith, don't you do it!" It's not clear if she was telling not exit the vehicle.

Police then fired on him. He would be on the ground bleeding and the cops would cuff him.

"Did you shoot him?" Rakeyia says while recording the encounter. "He better live. He didn't do nothing to them."

The cops were marked with their bulletproof vest and they had the plain clothes. Now there's a portion of the video where an object was dropped on the ground. Some are claiming its a gun.

Others claim it's a glove.

Nonetheless the calls are growing for the law to release the body camera and dash camera footage.
The family demands the officers involved to be held accountable for Keith's death.
The chief of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg metro police Kerr Putney said that he's not ignoring the cell phone footage but he's determined to get to bottom of this tragedy.

The lawyer for the family express that the police are trying the public's patience.

"The family is still hopeful that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the city of Charlotte will release all available video of the incident to the public so that people can draw their own conclusions about Keith's death,"

More developments are on the way. Another night of unrest continues in the city.

The mayor issued a mandatory curfew for the city from 12am to 6am. The Republican governor Pat McCrory activated the national guard to restore order.

GOP Lawmaker: Charlotte Protesters Hate White People!

Republican lawmaker insults his constituents.

Rep. Robert Pittenger (R-NC) is walking back his comments about the unrest in Charlotte. The lawmaker represents the city and the suburban south. He said these comments on a foreign news channel. He insulted 1/3 of his constituents yesterday on the BBC.

When asked about the unrest in the city, Pittenger basically said that the protesters "hate white people because white people are successful and they're not."

Newsflash: There are White people involved in the protest.

This the sixth fatal shooting by the police. The police refuse to release the body camera and dash camera footage for fears it may spark more violent protests.

The family of Keith Lamont Scott saw the video. They demand the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police release the full encounter. They continue to stand firm that Keith didn't have a firearm on him.
Pittenger with Donald Trump.
The law said that a firearm was retrieved on the scene. According to the law, they were serving an arrest warrant to another figure when they stumbled across him.

The Republican Party is desperately trying to win over non White votes. Donald Trump boasts he is winning with Black, Hispanic and the youth vote. Will this set him back?

This is the deplorable behavior of the Republican Party. This is how Republicans think of President Barack Obama and Black America.

The governor Pat McCrory ordered the National Guard to Charlotte.

Tulsa Cop Heading To County Lock-Up!

This is the mugshot of the Tulsa cop who killed an unarmed man. They're so determined to smear, slander, besmirch the name of a Black man who was fatally shot by this cop's reckless call. She turned her ass over to authorities overnight. She was released on a $55,000 out of a $500,000 get out free card.

A man with his hands in the air, mind you being shot while walking towards his car.

Tulsa Police officer Betty Shelby is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. She was the officer who is facing manslaughter charges in the first degree. That charge could put her in the iron college from four years to LIFE.

The mugshot will be shown soon. But in the meantime, we'll see how this play out. Of course don't hold your breathe for a conviction. After all, many officers usually get off a murder charge. The indictment alone isn't enough.

The only way the public will be satisfied is the cop being indicted for the charges.

District Attorney Stephen Kunzweiler announced today that this officer will face a judge.

Her attorney and the police union will speak on this latest development in the case.

Shelby's attorney said that she opened fire because she feared that Terence was grabbing a weapon.

Yeah right. She was surrounded by at least five officers. Tulsa Police failed to find a weapon on him.

The junk food media reported that the Shelby had two bad marks on her record as a Tulsa Police officer.
Terence Crutcher was gunned down by a Tulsa cop who made a reckless call.
The suspect's family said that she's feeling remorse and sympathy for the family. The suspect's husband was a part of the police helicopter unit. It's revealed that one of the pilots of the helicopter said that "he was a bad dude, probably on something." The name of the pilot isn't revealed yet.

When Sean "Softball" Hannity tried to claim that Terence Crutcher was wanted for numerous charges, the local agitator shut that shit down. The most annoying conservative agitator in the junk food media had this Black America town hall in Cleveland this week. This is a flop. Donald Trump spoke to a mostly White audience. Trump raised eyebrows when he said he endorses a national stop-and-frisk policy.

The softball tried to lump all of Black America's problems on Barack Obama, the first Black president. He tries and fails so miserably it's laughable.

Now he's back to his old tricks again. He tried to smear Terence by saying that he "had a long criminal history and appeared to be under the influence."
The junk food media trying to paint this officer as a "good guy".
The softball would say to a local agitator if Terence had any warrants for his arrest.

Russell Mills, a local agitator from KRMG-TV said that he has no evidence of Terence being a wanted criminal.

"Well I read that there was numerous warrants out for his arrest including one assault on an officer and drug trafficking," said the softball.

Well I'll tell you I looked up his history and I'm not seeing a lot of criminal history. We have something called the OSCN, the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network. I was able to find a protective order from 12 years ago that was dismissed. I found a couple of financial things. There's no violent criminal history for Mr. Crutcher that I've been able to uncover."

The softball would keep pressing on saying that these reports about no criminal history being false.

"Are those reports incorrect?" Hannity continued.

"As far as I know they are. I have not seen any reporting on any warrants for Mr. Crutcher and I certainly haven't uncovered any myself," Mills told the softball.

"There has been some misinformation floated," Mills said to knock down the softball's attempt to cast a dead victim as a criminal thug.

"He did not have any warrants. He had not done anything wrong. He had a malfunctioning vehicle, and he should have been treated accordingly," Crutcher family attorney Melvin Hall told the Chicago Tribune this week. The paper reported, however, that Crutcher did serve four years in prison from 2007 to 2011 on a Tulsa County drug-trafficking conviction.

Nonetheless, this divisive agitator is once again playing this game of blaming the victim for his own death. He's been on this kick of attacking President Barack Obama for the unrest in America.

Blame Game: Charlotte Uprising!

The shiny coin theory. When the junk food media covers the story, it drives the emotions, the partisan bickering and the politicians licking their chops hoping these incidents benefit them in an election.

The junk food media leaves New York/New Jersey. They head over to Charlotte to cover the unrest.

The unrest started after allegations of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Metro Police shooting Keith Lamont Scott. Some of the residents believe that the police murdered an innocent man. The police said that he was strapped to the tee and he failed to obey an order.

This comes a few days after a Tulsa officer shot and killed Terence Crutcher.

Regardless, the tensions were high and it's been brewing for a long time.

If you're a Black man, a woman who is pregnant, a worshiping Muslim, a child of an immigrant or refugee, you're really starting to see the country you're a part of come apart at the seams.

Barack Obama's final year as president has been contiguous. Republicans opposed him every step of the way.

The junk food media is responsible for the tension. Agitators on the cable networks have promoted this narrative that cops aren't the bad guys. They push the blame on the president, Hillary Clinton, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson for the uprising. And the agitators on the right have constantly blamed him for flaming racial tensions.

There was a person who was severely injured in this event.

One person was shot dead on Wednesday in a second night of unrest in Charlotte, North Carolina, officials said, as riot police fired tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse unruly protesters after the fatal police shooting of a black man.

Charlotte Police Chief Kerr Putney confirmed that a person shot during the protest had died but did not identify the individual or the origin of the gunfire.

However, city officials said in a Twitter message that the fatal gunshot was fired by one civilian at another, not by police. A police officer was also being treated for injuries suffered during the protests, the city said.

Putney told Fox News: "We’re trying to disperse the crowd. We’ve been very patient, but now they’ve become very aggressive, throwing bottles and so forth, at my officers, so it’s time for us now to restore order."

"We are tired of people, especially police, killing our black men," Blanche Penn, a longtime community activist, said at Wednesday evening's rally, where the mood had begun as resolute but peaceful. "Charlotte has always been quiet. But now it's time to be loud."

Sixteen officers were injured late on Tuesday and early Wednesday as police in riot gear clashed with demonstrators who hurled stones, set fires and briefly blocked an interstate highway.

Tuesday's disturbances in Charlotte unfolded as demonstrators in Tulsa, Oklahoma, demanded the arrest of a police officer seen in a video last week fatally shooting an unarmed black man who had his hands in clear view at the time.

The deaths were the latest incidents to raise questions of racial bias in U.S. law enforcement, and they stoked a national debate on policing ahead of the presidential election in November. President Barack Obama spoke by telephone on Wednesday with the mayors of Charlotte and Tulsa, a White House official said.

What Happened To Keith Scott?

BE WARNED THE VIDEO CONTAINS GRAPHIC VIOLENCE AND DISTURBING CONTENT.

TAKE DISCRETION IN THIS VIDEO.

Here's how the police and junk food media justify a shooting of an unarmed Black man.
  • He refused to comply to an order
  • He had been pulled over numerous times.
  • He has a criminal record (for felonies or traffic violations).
  • He had drugs on him.
  • He had a firearm on him.
  • He had served time in prison.
  • He took off running.
  • He looked like he was up to no good.
  • The cop feared for his (or her) life.
  • The cop deserves the benefit of the doubt
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are on high alert after a fatal shooting of an unarmed man who was disabled. The live stream from the daughter of the victim sparked unrest in the city of Charlotte.

The officer was Black and the victim was Black. He was allegedly a plainclothes officer.

The death of Keith Lamont Scott has driven the junk food media to Charlotte to cover the "riots".

The incident happened around 4 pm. The Metro Police claimed that Scott had a weapon.
Keith Lamont Scott was bucked by Charlotte metro police. His death sparked a night of violent protests.
The police claimed they were searching for an individual who had an outstanding warrant at the Village at College Downs apartment complex.

They claimed the subject exited the vehicle armed with a firearm. Officers observed the subject get back into the vehicle at which time they began to approach the subject. They claimed the subject got into the vehicle armed with a firearm and posed an imminent deadly threat to officers who subsequently fired their weapon striking the subject.

The name of the officer who fired on Keith, was Charlotte officer Brentley Vinson.

Vinson served the force for nearly two years. He's in the freezer pending a state and federal investigation of this situation. Police have not released the body camera or dash camera footage.

The witnesses who filmed the shooting haven't post it on social media as of yet.

It's recommended that you do not turn over footage to the police without a warrant. They could destroy evidence and try to arrest you for interrupting a police investigation (aka disorderly conduct).

The family claims that Keith was reading a book waiting on his son getting off the school bus when this incident occurred.
Brentley Vinson was the officer who fatally shot Keith Lamont Scott.
The video that set off the night of unrest is from Lyric Scott. She went to Facebook lives stream to vent about how the junk food media and the police tarnish victim's name. Scott said that her daddy was killed by plainclothes.

"The police just shot my motherfucking daddy four times for being Black," she says. "They Tased him first and then shot him".

Police claimed that a firearm was recovered. Detectives are currently interviewing witness who saw this.

The shooting brought the more than 100 people converging at the scene chanting anger at the police and denouncing the junk food media. Several individuals were injured and the police unions blame BlackLivesMatter, and outside agitators for destroying police vehicles.

The law is now in riot gear and they're throwing tear gas at the protesters. Rocks and bottles were thrown at the law. This the sixth time in the past year where the Charlotte metro police have killed an individual.

A 43 year old man who had 7 children. He was married and took care of his family. He waits on his children to get off the bus stop every day.

All these officers began wearing body cameras.

Chief of the metro police, Kerr Putney said that the officer's life were endangered and at least one officer shot Scott, the Charlotte Observer said.

Pat McCrory, the controversial Republican governor of the state signed off a state law limiting the public from viewing dash and body camera footage.

Mind you that North Carolina is an open carry state and if Keith had a firearm on him, he was well within his right to do so without being considered a "thug" or "criminal".

The concern trolls will comment on the unrest. They will name call, finger point, blame President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump for the unrest. They will claim that Black on whatever crime is being ignored and cops are not the bad guys. They will say the ridiculous hypotheticals about being armed or if it happened here....the usual word vomit of delusional conversation.

As expected, the folks over at Fox News, old fart Rush Limbaugh, internet creeper Matt Drudge, the most annoying conservative agitator in the junk food media Sean "Softball" Hannity, racial agitator Colin Flaherty and the most dumbest gay conservative blogger out there, Jim Hoft will find ways to make these incidents look good for their "beau" Donald Trump.

Obviously we'll expect the conservative Black extremists to attack the character of Keith or Black Lives Matter. Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke, Jesse Lee Peterson and Kevin Jackson will find some reason to say to blame Keith for his death. They blame Obama for "Black males living in fatherless homes" or his policies "hurting Black America."

They will demonize protesters and say that it's best to get the information before blaming the cops.

When the law bucks Black men, they probably killed a father. So it's pretty disingenuous to say that Black fathers aren't taking care of their children. Keith was a father who took care of his children.

Now his children will be fatherless. Will they justify the fact that the law took away their father?

ITT Technical Institute Closes Up Shop!

The end of  ITT Tech.

The college world is rocked by the federal government's sanctions of one of the oldest for-profit trade schools. The ITT Technical Institute is closing all its locations including the one in my community of Dayton, Ohio.

With approximately 130 campuses in 38 states of the United States, this bit of news hurts the people who enrolled for this session. In August, the company was barred from enrolling new students who use government loans and has chosen to cease enrolling any new students at all.

ITT Tech announced that it was immediately ceasing operations and closing all of its campuses.

In 2014, Time magazine ranked ITT Technical Institute No. 2 on its list of "The 5 Colleges That Leave the Most Students Crippled By Debt". Among ITT Tech graduates with loans due in 2011, 22% had defaulted by 2014. According to the Time magazine report, ITT Tech's default rate ranked second; the for-profit University of Phoenix had a lower default rate by percentage (19% at Phoenix versus ITT Tech's 22%), but the total number of students in default from Phoenix was much higher (45,123 Phoenix students versus 11,260 ITT Tech students).

According to the College Scorecard, as of March 2016, 39% of ITT Tech graduates are paying off their debt, compared to the national average of 66% among all schools nationwide.

This percentage represents the number of graduates who were able to repay at least $1 in student loan debt in the three years after their graduation.

The U.S. Department of Education banned ITT Tech from enrolling students who receive federal aid and at the same time doubled the surety funds that ITT Tech was required to have, and to produce those funds within 30 days. Stock markets reacted with a punishing 35% drop which triggered a halt in trading, raising concerns about whether ITT Educational would be able to survive this latest decision

Carousel Beauty College also shut its doors in the Dayton, Ohio area. The five locations are gone.

This came without any warning as well. Many students attending the Dayton-based hair school are without a place.

The for-profit schools are on the way out.

What Happened To Daniel Harris?

North Carolina State Police trooper kills unarmed man with a hearing impairment.

#BlackLivesMatter activists are bringing attention to the death of a man who was shot and killed after a traffic stop. It's another fatal police encounter in the city of Charlotte. The fatal police shooting of Daniel Harris sparked outrage and a state investigation.

Daniel was a man who had hearing impairments. The trooper was Black and the victim was White.

Daniel was being pursued by the North Carolina State Police. The trooper observed Daniel allegedly speeding on Interstate 485, a beltway that circles Charlotte. He followed for seven miles until Daniel made it all the way home.

The trooper ordered Daniel out the car. Daniel who is deaf and mute was unaware of the order exited his vehicle and as soon as he tried to sign to the trooper, he was shot. He was immediately killed upon the shooting.
Trooper Jermaine Saunders is in the freezer after he shot an unarmed man.
Daniel was the father of a 4-year old son. His family who is also hearing impaired is calling for the trooper to be indicted for murder.

The trooper Jermaine Saunders is in the freezer pending a state and federal investigation. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety which the state police is a branch of says that their troopers are required to have training for Spanish and sign language. They are to recognize those who have disabilities such as blindness, Autism, Alzheimer's disease, and hearing impairments.

Daniel was unarmed and had no major criminal history.

His death once again bring attention to training. This trooper may have recklessly killed a man over a minor traffic violation.

A minor traffic violation shouldn't result in death.

The need for police reform is necessary. It's time for Congress to pass justice reform.

If a person with hearing impairments could shot by police, who know what could happen if the person was blind?
