Chelsea Manning On Her Way Out!

Chelsea Manning's sentence commuted. She will be out in May. President Barack Obama decided the time served for leaking classified documents was dully served.

President Barack Obama won the day once again. For the LGBTQ community this is a huge victory!

For the conservatives, it's a disgrace to the military. After all, they believe that anyone who leaks to the foreign threats are criminals and deserve to be locked up. Unfortunately when foreign threats are attacking Obama, Hillary Clinton and the DNC, it's patriotic. The military is sacred according to the concern trolls of the white extremist movement the junk food media labeled the "alt-right".

The Army private who leaked classified documents to the controversial document dump website Wikileaks was granted a commuted sentence. Chelsea Manning was serving at least 35 years in the federal military time out for deliberately leaking classified documents that endangered the lives of her fellow soldiers.

Facing a court-martial and a death card, Manning decided to take a plea deal. She was sentence to serve her term in Fort Leavenworth.

While in federal time out, they allowed her to blog and share thoughts and prayers to her supporters.

When the solitary confinement was issued for not following the rules about internet access, Manning was placed in the hole.

She almost committed suicide twice while in the federal time out.

Before she was Chelsea, she was born Bradley Manning. She grew up in Oklahoma and later the country of Wales as a boy wanting to be a girl. She thought the best way to rid herself of the urges was to join the military.

Chelsea was not happy being in the field. She was taunted for being "gay" and "girly". He was standing at 5'1" and was sexual harassed by men.

She found herself facing gender identity disorder. She felt that as a guy she couldn't cut through the military's strict code of conduct. So she was hoping to find an out. She wanted to let her superiors know about her sexuality. At that time, the Don't Ask Don't Tell would immediately throw you out and you wouldn't be able to retrieve your benefits. So she backed out the idea at one point.

But somehow she wanted to attract attention. She was introduced into the hacker community where she found interest in community of anonymous hackers willing to bring attention to issues she felt weren't addressed in the military.

Well in the spring of 2010, Wikileaks would publish many cables and classified videos showing the U.S. doing some really fucked shit. It was an embarrassment. The U.N. and many other nations condemned the U.S. for brutal attacks on civilians.

While on duty, Manning was detained. He was immediately sent back to the United States and placed in the FBI/Marine Corps Base Quantico facility. She was immediately placed on suicide watch and was stripped of many items including her clothes to prevent her from using it as a noose.

As Bradley, she was subjected to many routine checks. She was getting frustrated with being held in confinement. So she started a hunger strike and wrote letters to many in the junk food media. She said that the walls were closing in on her and felt that the U.S. wouldn't give her a fair shake.

During trial, Manning made a deal to take the Death Card off the table. Manning would apologize for her actions. She would also remind the public that the U.S. should focus on the people in the ranks who committed war crimes instead of leaking documents.

For at least seven years, Manning was placed in protective custody. She was constantly being watched for suicide attempts.

Being denied for early release also stressed her out.

By that time, she was allowed to at least have hormone pills to at least have feminine body features.

President Barack Obama at first was not willing to commute Manning. It seems like for the actions done, she shouldn't have served a harsh sentence. Obama felt that the sentence was too harsh and he spared her.

Manning's fellow supporters include Edward Snowden, the NSA leaker who is trying to seek asylum in the Russian Federation and Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks who is stuck in the Ecuadorian embassy awaiting an extradition to Sweden on allegations of rape. They thanked Obama although they asked for the president to spare them as well.

Manning hasn't spoken out on the commute sentence. But certainly she will thank the president for sparing her life. She is slated for release in May.

The Fuhrer hasn't spoken on the issue. But I am not sure if Donald J. Trump will fight the sentence or just ignore it. We don't know how an unpredictable pussy grabber acts around a transwoman.

For now, Chelsea Manning is a free woman.

Veterans Day!

To all those who served in the U.S. Military, thank you!

The men and women who served our military don't get the respect they deserve. I am truly proud of you. You served the country in times of war and peace.

Today is Veterans Day.

Say thank you to those who served in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, the National Guard and U.S. Coast Guard.

Even though, I will not show any support towards your future commander-and-chief, I will at least give you the credit you deserve for making this country safe.  I don't want to sound mean spirited but you gave us the right to protest injustice.

As the reality television star and bombastic agitator becomes our 45th President of the United States, I want to thank President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden for their service to our nation.

They don't get the credit they deserve for all the hard work they've done in Washington, DC.

When the reality television star and his foreign born wife occupy the White House, I will be prepared to go after them the way the alt-right went after the Obamas.

I dare any of these alt-right bastards call me anti-American. I don't have to support their president.

Now the ball is in their court. I promise you no mercy towards the Republican controlled government and their allies in the junk food media.

Americans Disarm Mass Shooter On Euro Train!

Heroes pictured from left to right: Alek Skarlatos, Spencer Stone and Anthony Sadler who disarmed the gunman on a train at Arras, France. The terrorist was beaten unconscious by the US servicemen and a British man after he opened fire on a Paris-bound train
Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler will meet French president François Hollande. President Barack Obama praised the Americans for stopping a terrorist from carrying out his mass murder plot.
Americans were praised by the French government after they disarmed a terrorist who tried to shoot up a train bound for Paris.

As it left Belgium, the train was traveling through the rural side of the country. After it enter France, the Morocco-born man picked up his piece and began firing.

The passengers were caught off guard by this and were fearing the end was near. Well three Americans and one Brit were there to stop this from becoming a tragedy.

Some witness said that the train staff turned chicken and left the passengers to fend for themselves.

These men gave his a five finger knuckle roll with a side of toe jam seasoning. The Americans put their fear aside and went to action. Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler were passengers on the train and they along with British IT worker Chris Norman handled business. They subdued the shooter and put him in the hospital. He is expected to face criminal charges.

The suspect’s motive was not immediately known, but French prosecutors said counter-terrorism investigators were launching an inquiry. According to early briefings, the gunman was known to French intelligence services and was Moroccan or of Moroccan origin.
The 26-year-old Moroccan national, who was known to security services, got on the train in Brussels and attempted his attack soon after crossing the French border. He was beaten unconscious by three men on board
Knockout punch served with a side of toe jam seasoning.
Belgian prosecutors said on Saturday they had formally opened an anti-terrorism investigation. “We have opened an inquiry as the suspect boarded the train in Brussels,” Eric van der Sypt, a spokesman for the prosecutor’s office, said.

The shooting happened just before 6pm in the last carriage of the train, which was carrying 554 passengers. The man had several weapons in his luggage, including a Kalashnikov, an automatic pistol and razor blades.

The attacker was taken into custody as the train was stopped in Arras, about two hours northeast of Paris. He was being interviewed by French counter-terrorism officials Saturday, said French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve.

Cazeneuve said the attacker, Ayoub El-Qahzzani may be a 26-year-old Moroccan national who was flagged by Spanish authorities last year for links to Islamic extremist movements, but his identity was never confirmed.

World News Today send our prayers to the victims of this tragedy. But we also send our praise to the brave men who disarmed this terrorist.

Marine Catches Wife With Their Best Friend!

Marine catches his wife cheating. He shames her on social media.

I feel you man! I had a woman cheat on me and it was a painful experience. I have feelings for a young woman who comes into my job a lot. But I am still stuck in the mode where it's hard to trust people. So I'll be patient and when I'm ready, I'll pull. But in the meantime, we'll keep it cordial.

I have to give it to Brian May. He keeps a cool head as he films his wife on the toilet with another man pecking her on the check.

This man was the neighbor and it was pretty damn embarrassing.

Brian, who served five years in the United States Marine Corps before being honorably discharged, he returned home to Hawaii to find himself peeping another vehicle in the driveway.

So in order to catch some crazy stuff going on in his home, he whips out the camera phone and quietly enters the house.

As he passes his daughter, she is on the computer watching cartoons. She yells for her daddy, as he quickly rushes up the stairs. As he opens up his bedroom door, he heads to the master bathroom.

He sees his wife naked with a guy watching her take a dump. He was caught pecking her on the check.

Just when you thought this Marine was going to serve him up a five finger roll with curbside toe jam side order, Brian calmly told the dude to get the fuck out of his home. He told the wife, "You're busted, buddy". In other words, "You're fucked!"

Brian posted on the social media his thoughts on the matter.

I flew in and took a taxi to my house. First thing I notice is that there is an unfamiliar vehicle in my driveway and none of my vehicles are there. I go inside and start recording and immediately notice my 3 year old daughter down stairs, alone, watching a show on the computer. I go upstairs and into my on suite bathroom and find a man leaning over kissing my wife who is naked and drunk on the toilet. I escort him out, being very careful not to be violent toward him and he literally runs away! I tell my wife that I’m going to her command with the video as adultery is against the uniform code of military justice for people in the armed forces.

He said that his wife is in the armed forces. He threatened to tell her superiors with this. Will he stand by his word?

Obviously, he posted on social media to shame her. It's likely its a done deal.

The story, per May’s GoFundMe page, becomes more and more complex. He alleges that, based on evidence found throughout the Hawaii house and from discussions with neighbors, his wife would often throw alcohol-fueled parties and neglect their daughter. Meanwhile, she has apparently been pursuing legal action against May since just after he left for Florida.

An update on Thursday suggests that Brian's wife, her lover, and an associated Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) allege Brian is “psychotic,” “abusive” and cannot be trusted with her, their daughter, or himself. Brian, however, denies these claims.

"You're Busted, Buddy" is a nod to Brian Bates, The Video Vigilante (JohnTV). You can catch him on YouTube and Vine.

I feel sorry for them all. Love has no bounds. I kind of wish him well on his journey. It's hard to deal with a spouse cheating on you. I mean it's really heartbreaking.

Sad reality.

Chuck Hagel Out!

Chuck Hagel is resigning from the Defense.

The Secretary of Defense is resigning CNN confirms. The Associated Press reports that Chuck Hagel has submitted his resignation to President Barack Obama. He will stay on until the inept Senate confirms a successor.

Chuck Hagel who has been with Obama for a year has faced criticism over the handling of foreign terrorist groups like the Islamic State taking its reign in Iraq and Syria. Hagel is the first senior Obama adviser to leave the administration following the sweeping losses in the midterm elections.

Republicans who won control of Congress this month vow to fight and stall nominations because their upset the president promised executive order to ease regulations on immigration.

The official said both Hagel and Obama "determined that it was time for new leadership in the Pentagon," adding that they had been discussing the matter over a period of several weeks.

Obama was to announce Hagel's resignation Monday. The president is not expected to nominate a new Pentagon chief Monday, according to one official.

The senior defense officials insisted on anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter by name ahead of Obama's official announcement.

Hagel is a Republican who served as senator from Nebraska and became a critic of U.S. involvement in Iraq. Obama nominated him to succeed Leon Panetta as Defense Secretary in his second term.

Hagel served in the Vietnam War and received two Purple Hearts.

Heads Roll And Partisans Crow!

steven sotloff
American journalist Steven Sotloff (center) was beheaded by an extremist group.

The agitators of the American junk food media are going to coverage of the second beheading of an American journalist. The agitators have went to their respectable corners to point fingers at not only the man who beheaded Steven Sotloff but President Barack Obama for not doing enough to combat the Islamic State, an extremist group with ties to Iraq and Syria.

Of course, I want you to understand that we here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Steven Sotloff. First and foremost, the American journalists who cover the impacts of war and crisis knew the risks. It's a dangerous job to cover war from the front lines.

The American media doesn't show everything that happens in a war, Sotloff and James Foley done the best they can to inform the public of things outside the beltway and outside the "good v. evil" narrative.

Steven Sotloff and James Foley gave their lives to cover the news. They also knew the risk of being captured by the extremists.

I don't understand why Americans are so disgusted with this. There's more violence towards our own in the United States than overseas. The American military have caused so many causalities towards innocent men, women and children overseas, so I don't understand for one American, thousands died.

The agitators can't stop bitching. With the president and Congress on vacation, the world continues to move.

On GOP Sundays, Senators Diane Feinstein (D-CA), John McCain (R-AZ), Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Representatives Mike Rogers (R-MI) and the arm chair quarterbacks have denounced ISIS and demand Obama to take action.

The United States and United Kingdom does not negotiate with terrorist groups.

Sotloff was kidnapped in March 2013. The video was distributed through S.I.T.E. on August 28.

Ohio Woman Kills Marine In Hit-Skip Accident!

Monica Plank and her husband were struck by a hit and run driver. The driver was caught. Plank was killed after the vehicle struck her while she was walking near the road.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Monica Plank.

A marine and her husband got into an argument near a restaurant. They walk down the road and all of a sudden a vehicle ends up hitting her and killing her. For nearly two weeks, there weren't answers until the break came Sunday.

A vehicle struck 34-four-year-old Monica Plank of Stafford, Va., on Sunday shortly after midnight as she walked from a restaurant in Bellefontaine.

The Bellefontaine Examiner  reports video shows two cars and a sport utility vehicle passing near where Plank was hit.

Police Chief Brandon Standley says investigators hope those drivers come forward because they may have seen something that could help resolve the case.

A funeral was scheduled on Saturday in West Liberty for Plank, who was married to a fellow Marine gunnery sergeant. They were in Bellefontaine to visit family.

The Dayton Daily News and the Associated Press report that Bellefontaine police arrested a woman Saturday night in relation to the Feb.16 hit-and-run fatal crash that killed Marine Gunnery Sergeant Monica Plank.

26-year-old Holly Fowler of Urbana is in the Logan County Jail and faces felony failure to stop after an accident and tampering with evidence charges
.
Bellefontaine Police were following leads at a local bowling alley, located four blocks from the crash scene, when they interviewed Fowler and examined her vehicle. The burgundy Chevy Malibu had evidence of damages consistent with the damages from the hit-skip scene, police said.
Holly Fowler is in Logan County lock up after evidence proved that she was the hit and run driver.
Fowler initially repeatedly denied any involvement in the fatal crash and denied knowing how the damages to her car occurred, but in a later interview at the Bellefontaine Police Department, she admitted responsibility for striking Plank on Feb. 16.

"We are relieved that we have been able to bring this case to some sort of closure for Mr. Plank and his family," said Bellefontaine Police Chief Brandon Standley.

"Our investigators have worked tirelessly to bring this case to a close, and we are confident we have built a solid case," he added.

Fowler is expected to appear in court Monday morning.

Dems See One Thing In Common With The Stallmigos!

Senator Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY) along with Stallmigos Rand Paul (R-KY), Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ted Cruz (R-TX).

Senator Kristen Gillibrand (D-New York) is taking on a very serious issue.

She along with two of the Stillmigos are finding common ground to this issue. This bill will stop the rise in military sexual assault.

Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) practically have no legislative accomplishments whatsoever but managed to get top booking on news programs. Yet for all their hoopla and dragon smoke, they've won nothing but scorn among their critics.

They've been praised by the conservative agitators as the "in your face" tactics they've brought to President Barack Obama. They've managed to stall nominees, filibuster over trivial issues and rally a base of ignorance towards his

For this one moment, the Stallmigos found some common ground with the Democrats.

Military Sexual Trauma (MST) is a term used by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) to refer to rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment that occurs during military service. While sexual assault within the military is monitored by the Department of Defense (DoD) Sexual Assault and Prevention Response Office (SAPRO), MST is more broadly defined and is monitored within the DVA by the Military Sexual Trauma Support Team.

Senators Gillibrand and Susan Collins (R-Maine) were amongst the sponsoring congress members and Senator Al Franken (D-Minnesota) and others reportedly joined as cosponsors.

Co-sponsor Representative Kyrsten Sinema (D-Arizona), who once worked as a rape crisis counselor, said, "It is clear that something is not working.

As of 2013 in cases where sexual assault is alleged extremely intrusive and aggressive cross examination of the victim is permitted during Article 32 hearings, a practice which has been cited by critics of the military's handling of sexual assault.

The addition of the two conservative senators broadens the political and ideological range of the Senate coalition fighting an uphill battle to shift the responsibility for trying sexual assault cases from commanders to military prosecutors.

"So this is not a Democratic idea. It is not a Republican idea," Gillibrand said at a Capitol Hill news conference. "It is a good idea that meets the needs of the victims, creates transparency and accountability, and creates the needed objectivity that this issue deserves."

Gillibrand plans to offer the restructuring as an amendment to the defense authorization bill on the Senate floor, either later this month or in the fall. The Senate Armed Services Committee rejected the legislation in a 17-9 vote last month.

Her measure, which has 33 co-sponsors, would shift the authority commanders now have to military prosecutors to decide how to try rape, sexual assault, murder and a list of other serious crimes.

"I see no reason why conservatives shouldn't support this," Paul said. "Justice is very important for me, both for the accused and the victim."

He said he signed on after Gillibrand agreed to make changes in the measure by leaving some offenses she had included in her measure in the commanders' control. "These were disobeying orders and some other things," he said.

Cruz, who voted for Gillibrand's amendment in committee, said he was persuaded by two points. Sexual assault victims don't report the attacks because they are afraid to come forward, he said. Also, reporting of those crimes rose in Great Britain, Israel and Germany after those countries instituted policies similar to Gillibrand's measure.
Military rape happens and most women (and sometimes men) fear retaliation if they report the incident to their supervisors.
The measure is opposed by all top-ranking military officials along with Senator Carl Levin (D-Michigan), chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Levin said earlier Tuesday that the defense authorization bill already includes major changes to address military sexual assault, including referring cases to the top of the chain of command and providing victims with special counsel.

The Invisible War is a 2012 documentary film written and directed by Kirby Dick and produced by Amy Ziering and Tanner King Barklow about sexual assault in the United States military. It premiered at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, where it received the U.S. Documentary Audience Award. The film was nominated for Best Documentary Feature at the 85th Academy Awards.

The Invisible War features interviews with veterans from multiple branches of the United States Armed Forces who recount the events surrounding their assaults. Their stories show many common themes, such as the lack of recourse to an impartial justice system, reprisals against survivors instead of against perpetrators, the absence of adequate emotional and physical care for survivors, the unhindered advancement of perpetrators' careers, and the forced expulsion of survivors from service.

Interspersed with these first person testimonies are interviews with advocates, journalists, mental health professionals, active duty and retired generals, Department of Defense officials, and members of the military justice system. The film also includes footage, often shot by the veterans themselves, which documents their lives and continuing struggles in the aftermath of their assaults.

In the film's most prominent narrative, Coast Guard veteran Seaman Kori Cioca struggles to earn benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs to pay for the many medical difficulties that have resulted from her rape. With the help of attorney Susan L. Burke, Cioca, along with other survivors featured in the film, brings a civil suit against the Department of Defense alleging a failure to adequately address sexual assault within the military.

Other past incidents of sexual abuse recounted in the film include the 1991 Navy Tailhook scandal, the 1996 Army Aberdeen scandal, and the 2003 Air Force Academy scandal. The Invisible War uses these examples to argue that the military has consistently made empty promises to address its high rate of sexual assault.

These stories culminate with an examination of the previously unreported culture of sexual harassment and sexual assault at the prestigious Marine Barracks Washington.

The survivors and advocates featured in the film call for changes to the way the military handles sexual assault, such as shifting prosecution away from unit commanders, who often are either friends with assailants or are assailants themselves.

U.S. Special Forces Capture al-Qaeda Leader!

Anas al-Liby.jpg

The Libyan government and Somali government confirms that the U.S. carried out clandestine missions to capture a high value targets in North Africa.

The United States government may be in a shutdown, but the doesn't stop the military from carrying out attacks.

The American military were instructed to capture Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai (best known as Abu Anas al-Liby). He is one of the masterminds involved in the U.S. Embassy attacks in 1998. The attacks were carried out in Kenya and Tanzania by al-Qaeda.

He was one of the backers of the attack. At its peak, al-Qaeda was most prevalent in Africa, East Asia and the Middle East. They've vowed to carry out attacks against Western targets.

In Tripoli, he was captured after he left morning prayers. He got the shock of his life when he saw masked men with firearms shoved in his face.

Al-Liby was arrested in Tripoli, Libya on Saturday by United States Special Forces, reportedly from the United States Army Special Forces Operational Detachment - DELTA aka Delta Force with the assistance of FBI agents and CIA officers. He was arrested in broad daylight and removed from Libya.

Navy SEALs conducted a simultaneous raid in Somalia targeting the alleged mastermind of the Westgate shopping mall shooting in Kenya, possibly to avoid either action sending the targets into hiding.

The FBI and Kenyan authorities are searching for the British born woman Samantha Lewthwaite. She is a high value target because of a possible role in the Westgate shopping mall incident.

Dr. Ayman Al-Zawahiri is the current leader of the terrorist organization. He along with fifteen other members (including an American) are wanted for the attacks on Americans and the 9/11 event.

Fort Hood Shooter Nidal Hasan Will Be Heading To The Gas Chamber!

File:Hasan nidal.jpg
Major Nidal Hasan found guilty in murder.
The Fort Hood shooter Army major Nidal Hasan is going to Federal Time Out. And it's likely the gas chamber over at Fort Leavenworth. He'll be joining Bradley (now Chelsea) Manning and Robert Bales in the federal time out.

Manning leaked documents to Wikileaks. He's got 35 years for this. He's trying to say he's a woman now. Bales killed 13 innocent people in Afghanistan. He may get the gas chamber if he is found guilty as well.

The mass shooting occurred less than a month before he was due to deploy to Afghanistan.

Hasan was charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted murder.

The Army held an Article 32 hearing beginning on October 12, 2010, which recommended that charges against Hasan be referred to a General Court Martial. His trial began on August 6, 2013.

Judge Colonel Tara Osborn is presiding over the case.

During the six years that Hasan worked as an intern and resident at Walter Reed Medical Center, colleagues and superiors were deeply concerned about his inappropriate behavior and comments.

Hasan was not married and has been described as socially isolated and stressed by his work with soldiers and upset about their accounts of warfare.

Basically describing him as an "everyman who was rejected by women and felt that life was not fair".

At Fort Hood, he took an apartment away from other officers. Two days before the shooting, he gave away many of his belongings to a neighbor.

Prior to the shooting, Hasan had expressed anti-American views.

The FBI, Department of Defense and U.S. Senate all conducted investigations after the shootings. DOD classified the events as "workplace violence," pending prosecution of Hasan in a court martial.

The Senate released a report describing the mass shooting as "the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil since September 11, 2001."

Investigators in the FBI and U.S. Army determined that Hasan acted alone and they have found no evidence of links to terrorist groups. They are satisfied that his communications with Awlaki posed no threat at the time. The decision by the Army not to charge Hasan with terrorism was controversial, and there was public debate.

In November 2009, the former army psychologist went mad and shot upon 69 members of the Fort Hood military personal killing 13 of his fellow soldiers. The mass murderer was inspired by American born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, a man who U.S. authorities believe was an aid to al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula.

Anwar al-Awlaki was killed in September 2011 after a drone strike in Yemen.

Hassan was found guilty by the military trial via court martial. Hasan is paralyzed from the waist down after a trained sniper put a bullet in the backside.

Now for the debate over terrorism. Why are the Republicans calling this terrorism?

Because he's a Muslim.

What about Robert Bales?

Didn't he kill innocent men, women and children in a selfless act of destruction in Afghanistan?

Isn't that terrorism too?

Inteligentaindigena Novajoservo: "DEBKAfile: 'At least three gunmen, all soldiers, were involved in the shooting Thursday, Nov. 5, at US Army Fort Hood base in Texas. The first, identified as Army Major Malilk Nadal Hasan, was shot dead after killing 11 soldiers and one police officer with two handguns. The US-born major, in his late 30s, a military psychiatrist who recently converted to Islam, had just been informed he was to be deployed in Iraq.

Until recently, he had been posted at Walter Reid Hospital, Washington D.C.

Two suspects are in custody in connection with at least two separate shooting attacks at Fort Hood, the largest US military facility in the world.

There is no word as yet on their motives or the connections between them. The base is in lockdown.'"
