Royal Too!

Royal couple goes for the second.

The United Kingdom's most popular couple is going for a second bundle.

Prince William and Princess Kate are going for the second round. According to the junk food media, the couple announced that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting her second child and being treated for severe morning sickness, royal officials said Monday.

The couple's Clarence House office said they and their families were "delighted" with the baby news.

The former Kate Middleton was being treated at Kensington Palace for severe morning sickness, Clarence House said.

She was hospitalized for the same condition, hyperemesis gravidarum, during her first pregnancy with Prince George, who was born in July 2013.

The illness means the 32-year-old duchess may need extra hydration, medication and nutrients.

British Prime Minister David Cameron said he was "delighted by the happy news that they're expecting another baby."

The new baby will become fourth in line to the throne, pushing Prince Harry to fifth. Toddler Prince George is third and likely to become Britain's monarch one day.

The Associated Press also adds that Britain had changed its laws before George's birth so that the couple's first born would be in line for the throne regardless of its sex. Before the change, a girl would have lost her place in line if a boy was born later.

William and Kate have often expressed an interest in having a larger family.

Britain's Press Association reported that Kate's pregnancy hasn't passed the 12-week stage, which is when she became ill in her first pregnancy.

Royal officials said it wasn't clear if the duchess will be able to carry out planned official engagements, including a trip to Malta on Sept. 20 and 21 that would mark her first overseas solo trip.

Decisions on events would be made on a "case-by-case" basis, officials said.

Michigan Man Who Murdered Renisha McBride Gets 17 In The Iron College!

I should have called the police. Why did I pull the trigger? This should have been Ted Wafer's walk out with a hoodie moment. The Michigan man got three nickels in the iron college for shooting Renisha McBride.

For the heartless murder of Renisha McBride, a Michigan man will spend three nickels with two already served in the iron college. Theodore Wafer the man who shot McBride after she knocked on his door for assistance got served after being found guilty in the 2013 death of the young woman.

The woman was 19 at the time when she was injured in a car accident in Dearborn Heights, a suburb slightly west of Detroit.

She crashed her car after being under the influence, and stumbled to the nearest house looking for help.

Wafer, who has known history with pointing rifles at people, took that woman as a threat. He would shoot the woman directly through the face as he would answer the door. He would wait until the woman was dead before calling the law.

He tried to pull the self-defense motive as the reason for shooting her. But the jury didn't buy that.

There was enough evidence and testimony from witnesses and friends to seal Wafer's fate.

For that gives him 15 years with time served.

Wafer figured that he's going up the creek. He would apologize to Renisha's family while being handcuffed and hauled off to the iron college.

This was another event in which a young Black person (this time an unarmed woman) would be shot dead by a White vigilante.

With the situation in Ferguson still an ongoing event, Black America is getting frustrated with the law and the gun nut shooting first and questioning last.
The young woman didn't deserve the fate handed to her.
We're tired of hearing the grievance machine telling us about Black on Black crime, Black on White crime and the partisan blame game.

We have legitimate issues in Black America. The criminality complex multiplies every time there's a Trayvon Martin, Jordan Davis, John Crawford III, Michael Brown, Renisha McBride,  and Eric Gardner situation.

White conservatives (aka the racist right) often try to make the focal point on the victim and not the perpetrator in these events. They would criminalize the victim because the individual was "human".

By me saying human, it says that no one is perfect. As the racist right tries to demonize Renisha McBride as they did Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin, we here at Journal de la Reyna will continue to follow this story as this unfolds.

But today, we are satisfied with the decision that send a cold blooded killer to the iron college.

The Woman Who Filmed The Michael Brown Shooting Fears For Her Life!

Piaget Crenshaw at a mural for Michael Brown. She along with her attorney goes to CNN to disspell the racist right's account of the Michael Brown shooting.

Piaget Crenshaw with her attorney goes to CNN to tell the junk food media that the events that sparked riots into the St. Louis metropolitan area was triggered Ferguson officer Darren Wilson.

Crenshaw said that her first month living in the Ferguson has been a nightmare. She was trying to go to work and the commotion outside drove her to record it.

She believes Wilson was caught on film shooting a fleeing Brown. The teen paused and turned to face Wilson with his hands up. He would shot Brown in the face with his service weapon.

She wants to disspell the racist right's account of unarmed teen Michael Brown.

“I knew this was not right, I knew police should not even have been chasing this young boy and firing at the same time,” Crenshaw told CNN. “That fact that he got shot in the face, it was something that clicked in me, I thought, somebody else needs to see this. This isn’t right.”

Crenshaw said there was a struggle at the police car in which it seemed Wilson was trying to draw Brown in. Brown took off running, and Crenshaw said Wilson began firing; when Brown turned around, he was shot multiple times. Crenshaw said that her accounting of the incident concurred with what she knew of the autopsy report, which found that Brown had been shot from the front. “When [Brown] turned toward the cop was when he let off the most shots,” Crenshaw said.

The racist right believes that officer Wilson was justifiable in shooting an unarmed Brown. They seen the release of a video in which Brown shoved a convenience store worker. He was accused by the law of stealing a few Swisher Sweet cigars. He had marijuana traces in his autopsy report. Some of his social networking profile pictures shows unflattering images of Brown. In the racist right's mind, this is enough for the law to lay six shots into him.

More rioting happened in Ferguson. Some in the media chasing for them ratings got hit with tear gas from the law and sometimes rocks from the protesters.

Embattled governor Jay Nixon (D-MO) ordered the national guard to handle situation after pleas by Missouri Highway Patrol chief Ron Johnson failed. President Barack Obama has ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to travel to Ferguson.

David Gregory Resigns From Meet The Press!

David Gregory got the ax. Chuck Todd got one year to turn Meet The Press around or he'll be joining Gregory.

NBC executives want to keep the nation's longest running Sunday news program in the top. So in order to do so, they gave the host the ax. David Gregory, the host since 2008 is stepping aside.

GOP Sundays won't be the same without him. Although I won't miss him too much, his future from the network will be better. He can emerge on another network. Say if it was Loserville or CNN.

Who knows?

Gregory who was then the Washington bureau chief got the gig after Tim Russert passed away in 2008.

Gregory got the most press coverage during the 2012 Sandy Hook tragedy, when that lunatic Wayne LaPierre was bitching about how guns could have save those 26 innocent people when that extremist killed them with an assault rifle.

Gregory brought a firearm magazine. He did violate a minor law in which it restricted him from bringing in a loaded weapon into the city of Washington, DC.

Chuck Todd will likely take the spot. We'll see if he has the guts!

CBS has gained grown with Face The Nation. Bob Schieffer is getting some of his best ratings ever on GOP Sundays.

Under Gregory's tenure as moderator, Meet the Press has significantly decline in ratings since 2008. In the final three months of 2013, the program came in third place for total viewers behind CBS's Face The Nation and ABC's This Week for the first time since 1992 and experienced the lowest ratings in the show's entire history among the key 25 to 54 viewing demographic.

Detroit Mom Got A Lucky Break!

If today was yesterday, a single mother would never believe this day would come. Michigan woman won the Mega Millions.

Being a single parent is a 24/7 business. There's no breaks and no vacations. Without a dutiful partner in parenting, the mother or father must handle duties of their child.

Most of the time, the parent will do as best as they can to support their child. It's a part of the daily routine in the United States.

The racist right can't stomach the single parent home. They attack single parents with multiple children as "parasites" dependent on the gubmint.

The racist right believe that women who have multiple children with different fathers are likely to be stuck on welfare, food stamps, and dependency.

Kelsey Zachow isn't one of those type of people. She worked two jobs. She took care of her child and boyfriend's child. She is a nursing assistant and part time bartender.

Her biggest break came when she would go to the local store and purchase a Mega Millions ticket on a day that most consider unlucky.

Zachow, a 24-year-old mother in Detroit had been working two jobs to pay the bills. Last month, on what has typically been seen as an unlucky day, Friday 13, Zachow bought what would end up being the winning ticket to the Mega Millions lottery, ABC15 reported. The mom who walked away with the $66 million jackpot says that she values her family's security foremost, and will begin her spending spree by setting up college funds for her son and her boyfriend's daughter.

"I have always wanted an electric blue Ford Mustang, and one day I will get one, but helping my family live comfortably comes first for me," Zachow said at a press conference, according to the New York Daily News.

The Huffington Post reports that the young mother had been working as a medical assistant and part-time bartender, the outlet reported. Because her boyfriend has been laid off for almost a year, Zachow has had to support him, as well as their children.

Though Zachow routinely bought lottery tickets every week, she didn't expect the big winnings, and hadn't even checked whether she won until more than a week after she purchased the ticket. She says she screamed as she ran to tell her boyfriend.

"My boyfriend thought I got in a car accident, or hit someone on the street," she said of her reaction to winning, according to the Macomb Daily.

While the 24-year-old will use the funds to provide a comfortable life for her family for now, Zachow also hopes to use her newfound wealth for other noble causes in the future.

"I always wanted to open a no-kill animal shelter of some sort but right now it’s taking care of the little one," she told the Macomb Daily, referring to her 7-month-old son.

Well wishes to Ms. Zachow.

In most states, the Powerball and Mega Millions are played. In 43 states with the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands, the two multi-state lotteries are often played when the prizes reaches over $200 million respectively.

The Mega Millions is once again rising to record setting amounts. So I am guessing by game time it will be over $700 million by draw time.

Are you game?

I know that your risk is 1:345. So that means the odds of winning is one in 345 million.

If you're not aware of the game, it's pretty simple. The Mega Millions is a multi-state game that covers 45 states including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The cost of playing a Mega Million ticket is $1. The ticket comes with a Multiplier (except in California).

The jackpot starts at $15 million.

The drawings are on Tuesday and Friday night at 10:59pm EST.

The game cost only $1 per unit. You must pick five numbers from 1 to 75. When you're done, you get the opportunity to pick a Mega Ball. Out of 15 numbers, you will have to pick one Mega Ball number. The jackpot results are a match of 5 White Balls + 1 Megaball. A player can win $1 million (if you score 5 out of 5 without the Megaball).

You're allowed five lines per unit you're playing one single drawing ticket at $5 per unit. So basically you're playing $1 per line. Add the multiplier and its one per line with multiplier so it would be $2 per unit. So at five lines per unit and with multiplier its $10 per unit.

The game in states that are participating included a multiplier. The multiplier is a function that allows the player to increase their wins by a special X ball. The multiplier is (1X), (2X), (3X), (4X) and (5X).

Powerball is played in 43 states including The District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands.

The cost of playing a Powerball ticket is $2. The ticket comes with the Power Play (except in California).

The Power Play cost $1 dollar. There is a set prize amount for Power Play addition. You can earn up to $1 million or $2 million upon the Power Play (if you score 5 out of 5 without the Powerball).

There are five Powerball numbers. From 1 to 59, you must pick the numbers. When you're done you have an opportunity to pick a Powerball. The Powerball number is out of 35. The jackpot results in a win of 5 White Balls + 1 Powerball.

The Power Play was reestablished as a multiplier. The function allows the player to increase their odds by the special X ball. The multiplier is (1X), (2X), (3X), (4X), and (5X).

The drawings are on Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59pm EST.

The Powerball jackpot usually starts at $40 million.

Okay, I know there are some who are novice and never had an experience at playing.

The Mega Millions and Powerball tickets that are played cannot be canceled.

Be careful when making a bet decision.

Of course you have to be over 18 years old to play a Mega Millions or Powerball ticket.

All results for Mega Millions and Powerball are from the state that you've purchased your ticket from. You can't go into a South Carolina Education Lottery retailer with a ticket from Indiana's Hoosier Lottery.

The impact of being a millionaire comes with a price. You could blow money fast in a few years. Believe me there have been many Americans who lavish in luxury only to be broke in less than 10 years.

The rules of winning the lottery.

Best advice for all who win the lottery, is keep a cool head. Let's cover the 10 things about winning the lottery according to me. You can use this advice if you want to!

The first thing you do is write your name down on the back of the winning ticket. Say if you lose the jackpot ticket! If you have forgotten to sign the ticket and it gets lost, then it's your word against the winner's. I also added this to my words of wisdom. Make sure that whenever a lottery retailer is to handle a jackpot ticket, ask the cashier to make sure you hear the "winner" sound. Most machines will make a noise if you're a winner. There are also ticket verify stations located near a lottery terminal. Make sure before you hand a ticket to a cashier, you are sure you won a jackpot. Ask for a claims form and/or a validation claim voucher.  Also for tickets that may be over a certain amount (i.e. amounts over $2,500), you might have to go to the lottery's regional offices. The offices are located in metropolitan areas. There are also apps on your iPhone, Android, and smart devices. You can avoid the lines, by going to iTunes or the Google Play store to get a free app for your local state's lottery. Never put your trust in a cashier who doesn't have experience in handling jackpots or validations of high value tickets.

Second, make sure you cancel out your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social networking website your on. That's the next thing that happens when you're a winner.

Third, you cancel your phone number and limit your email intake. Obviously you'll be swamped with phone numbers and well wishers asking if you're willing to shelve out a little cash.

Fourth, hire a qualified lottery attorney. Make sure you have a qualified attorney who specializes in handling large sums of money. Don't assume every attorney is well respected in handling your financial earnings.

Fifth, don't quit a job until you are sure you've won the lottery. Don't rush to judgment about being a lottery winner. Sometimes a person who wins the lottery never expects it to happen so don't sit around the house hoping the day will come you'll be the millionaire.

Sixth, pay off debts to college loans, house, billings, and credit cards.

Seventh, invest your money in a trust fund if you have children or family members you can trust if you should die.

Eighth, have fun with your earnings. Don't blow it on things that obviously will attract negative attention.

Ninth, be humble. Cause money will change a person when they're rich.

Lastly, The Have-Nots Will Always Try To Make You Feel Guilty About Winning. Ignore Them And Be Happy About Your Success.

Deal$ Under The Family Dollar Tree!

Virginia-based Dollar Tree is going for the Tennessee-based Family Dollar brands. The possible merger of two of the nation's thrifty stores could spell MONOPOLY. An $8.5 billion deal is going forth.

The Family Dollar stores are struggling. I didn't know that they're feeling the heat literally. I mean if you head to a Deal$ or Dollar Tree you're expected to find something for at least a $1 at best.

Stockholders of Family Dollar Stores will receive $59.60 in cash and the equivalent of $14.90 in shares of Dollar Tree for each share they own. The companies put the value of the transaction at $74.50 per share, which is an approximately 23 percent premium to Family Dollar's Friday closing price of $60.66.

The companies put the enterprise value of the deal, including debt and other costs, at more than $9 billion.

Family Dollar stockholders will own somewhere between 12.7 percent and 15.1 percent of Dollar Tree's outstanding common shares at closing. Shares spiked more than 24 percent and were headed for an all-time high before the opening bell Monday.

Shares of Dollar Tree neared an all-time high.

Core customers for bargain stores and major retailers like Wal-Mart have been among the hardest hit by the recession and its aftermath because of job instability.

Family Dollar has struggled and has attempted to reinvigorate sales by lowering prices on almost 1,000 basic items. It's cut some jobs and shuttered underperforming stores.

The company had been conducting a strategic review since the winter, and investor Carl Icahn urged Family Dollar last month to put itself up for sale. Icahn has built up a stake in the company of more than 9 percent, according to regulatory filings.

Dollar Tree CEO Bob Sasser said Monday that the deal will give Dollar Tree more than 13,000 stores in the U.S. and Canada. That is nearly three times as many stores as Wal-Mart Stores Inc., though Wal-Mart's square footage is still greater.

The companies did not say if any Dollar Tree or Family Dollar stores would be closed.

The combined Dollar Tree-Family Dollar chain will have sales of more than $18 billion and Sasser says that the transaction will create a more diverse company with an enhanced geographic reach.

Dollar Tree stores sell products for $1 or less, while Family Dollar's pricing is much broader.

Dollar Tree will continue to operate under the existing Dollar Tree, Deals, and Dollar Tree Canada store signs. It will keep the Family Dollar brand as well.

Family Dollar Chairman and CEO Howard Levine will still lead those stores and report to Sasser. He will join Dollar Tree's board.

Dollar Tree plans to finance the deal with available cash, bank debt and bonds.

The boards of both companies have unanimously approved the deal, which is expected to close by early next year. It still needs approval from Family Dollar shareholders.

Shares of Family Dollar Stores Inc., based in Charlotte, North Carolina, surged $14.89 to $75.55 in premarket trading. The record high during regular trading is $75.29. Shares of Dollar Tree Inc., based in Chesapeake, Virginia, jumped 10 percent, or $5.50 to $59.72. The all-time high for that stock is $60.19.

One Good "Terrorist Fist Jab" To Another!

When you give someone the "terrorist fist jab", you're dong your part to keep yourself and the other person healthy.

Did you know that the fist bump is more sanitary than an actual handshake?

The Raw Story has a great story about the fist bump proudly displayed by President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama back when he was then a candidate running for the office.

Howie Mandel, the reality television host and comedian is most famous for doing them. He has a phobia about open palms.

Loserville at the time and its host then E.D. Hill were so stupid. She would embarrass herself right out of that network after she declared the fist bump being a "terrorist fist jab".

That "terrorist fist jab" was suppose to make the extremist believe that Obama had support for radical extremists.

To this day, that would be marked as one of previous decade's the most controversial statements made on cable news.

To this day the president and Loserville have an extremely testy relationship.

Zimmerman Sues NBC And Loses!

Can't sue the media without having the facts.

The controversial Florida man wanted to sue the junk food media after they portrayed him as a "racist" in the 2012 event in which he killed unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.

This lawsuit was going against NBC News for editing a 9-1-1 call in which it only singled out the part where he named the race of the teen, "looks up to no good" and these "assholes (punks) get away" remark.

The lawsuit was thrown out on merits that this asshole couldn't prove that NBC and its sister network Obama News did something malice in its reporting.

The asshole vows to appeal this controversial decision.

For once, I will actually smile knowing that this dead end will continue to be in the news. It's a matter of time that this guy does something that may eventually put his ass in the iron college.

Sharpton And Hannity Are Back In The Race Agitation Business!

These two will certainly drive attention to the incident involving an unarmed Black man and the NYPD.

Guess who's getting involved in the Eric Garner situation?

A week ago, the NYPD tried to apprehend a man who was accused of selling loose cigarettes. There was a verbal confrontation and the law had taken the 6'3" 400 lb man down hard. They try to cuff him and he's telling them eight times "he can't breathe". By the time they got off him, he was unconscious and the NYPD and FDNY did nothing to save him.

This unarmed man was being questioned for a petty misdemeanor and the NYPD officers were trying to arrest him.

What drove the situation to involve death was the perception of one of the officers using a stranglehold to take down the man.

This video was posted by eyewitnesses. He posted on the social networks and it went viral. Now the whole world is talking about it. Obviously it's going to make it to the cable news channels with a known history of chasing ratings amid a controversy.

These two agitators who managed to bring front and center a race controversy over a few years ago. These two who both debated on the issues of race and politics. Both use a bullhorn on the AM dial and cable news channels to promote a divisive campaign to bring shame to what they've perceived as a threat to the very nature of American values.

Both have activist ties to controversial organizations and groups. One supports the civil rights movement. He founded the National Action Network. This one also singed a book deal and endorsement deal from rap label Cash Money Entertainment.

One supports the Tea Party. He's a co-chair of the Tea Party Patriots and a board member of the Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny (BOND) founded by a Black extremist.

Both have passionate feelings on the NYPD's handling of an unarmed Black man who was restrained by two plain clothes officers.

Both believe that the excessive use of force was wrong. But both have a different take on the situation.

One believes that even in America, if the slightly infraction merits that type of restraint, then we outta to do something about it by not only protesting the incident but demanding those involved to be charged with a crime.

The other believes that NYPD are doing their jobs. To the other, that Garner should have just put his hands in the air and allow the police to restrain him. He kind believes that Garner agitated the incident by using his freedom of speech to tell the police officers to "get off his back".

Now as they gather their cameramen to the church where the funeral was held, you hear a Black preacher say "revenge". What does that mean?

According to the conservative agitators, they believe that "US BLACK FOLKS" will loot and riot when we don't get our way. If the NYPD officers walk, we tear the town down. That's what is being promoted on that website that "throws shit to the wall". The racist right loves to make us "BLACK FOLKS" look stupid. They think of us as "NATURAL BORN CRIMINALS" and "DA REAL RACISTS".

Obviously Garner gave the racist right the obvious "I DIDN'T DO NUFFINS" excuse.

In the graphic video you hear the man tell the officers that "he did nothing wrong" and "he couldn't breathe" after being taken down.

The world reacts to the harsh treatment of unarmed Black men.

What did the Black man do to deserve this?

Why They Shot The Plane Down? [NSFW]

International leaders condemn this senseless tragedy.

The international media and world leaders come in unity condemning this horrible attack against innocent travelers.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those who were lost in this senseless tragedy.

This give credence to the troubled Malaysian Airlines. The airline company has gotten a lot of flack earlier this year when Flight 370 "disappeared" over the Indian Ocean. Many are still hoping that they wreckage can be finally found, but alas, it's not!

The next thing to happen for Malaysian Airlines was not an act of the crew or pilots, but a bunch of extremists who happen to be egging on a potential civil war in Ukraine. The Russian Federation and the United States are at odds with each other over the breakaway states that decided to become independent and loyal to Moscow.

Separatists shot down a MH17 in Ukraine shot down the passenger plane carrying 295 people aboard. This plane crashed in eastern Ukraine on Thursday was shot down, U.S. officials told multiple news outlets. No signs of survivors have been reported.

Body parts were scattered for miles around the crash site, near towns held by Russian-backed separatists. An emergency services rescue worker said that at least 100 bodies had been found at the scene.

Ukrainian officials blamed separatists for the attack on the plane, a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 that was traveling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. Anton Gerashenko, an adviser to Ukraine's Interior Minister, wrote on Facebook that the plane was hit by a missile fired from a Buk launcher over the country's east. U.S. officials told NBC News that the plane was shot down by a surface-to-air missile, and that they "were trying to determine who fired the missile." Russian separatists have shot down several Ukrainian military planes in recent months.

The Daily Beast reports that the plane's black box had been sent to Moscow for investigation, citing a Russian radio station.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Ukraine bore responsibility for the crash, saying in televised comments, "This tragedy would not have happened, if there had been peace on that land, or in any case if military operations in southeastern Ukraine had not been renewed."

Airlines scrambled to divert their flights away from Ukrainian airspace following the crash.

President Obama spoke briefly about the incident, calling it a "terrible tragedy." Vice President Biden also commented, saying the crash was "not an accident."

Ukraine's east has seen heavy fighting since the country's army launched an operation to recapture eastern cities from rebel fighters.

The Associated Press added that A Russian news report said pro-Russia rebels intend to call a three-day cease-fire to allow for an investigation into the crash and recovery efforts.

The Boeing 777-200ER, traveling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, appeared to have broken up before impact and the burning wreckage — which included body parts and the belongings of passengers — was scattered over a wide area.
Graphic photos of the carnage.
The cockpit and one of the turbines lay at a distance of one 1 kilometer (more than a half-mile) from one another. Residents said the tail had landed around 10 kilometers (six miles) further away. Pieces of charred bodies and bones were spread around the field. Rescue workers planted sticks with white flags in spots where they found body parts.

Some journalists attempting to reach the crash site were detained briefly by rebel militiamen, who were nervous and aggressive.

There was no indication there were any survivors. Malaysia's prime minister said the plane didn't make any distress call before it went down, and that the flight route was declared safe by the International Civil Aviation Organization.

Prime Minister Najib Razak told reporters that Malaysia was unable to verify "the cause of this tragedy but we must, and we will, find out precisely what happened to this flight."

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called the downing an act of terrorism and called for an international investigation into the crash. He insisted that his forces did not shoot down the plane.

At least 154 people on the flight were Dutch citizens, said Huib Gorter, Malaysian Airlines senior vice president in Europe. There were also 27 Australians on board, 23 Malaysians, including all 15 crew, and 11 Indonesians.

Other nationalities so far identified were six passengers from the United Kingdom, four from Germany, four Belgians, three from the Philippines and one Canadian. There are still 47 dead whose nationalities haven't yet been confirmed, he added.

Ukraine's security services produced what they said were two intercepted telephone conversations that they said showed rebels were responsible. In the first call, the security services said, rebel commander Igor Bezler tells a Russian military intelligence officer that rebel forces shot down a plane.

In the second, two rebel fighters — one of them at the scene of the crash — say the rocket attack was carried out by a unit of insurgents about 25 kilometers (15 miles) north of the crash site.

Bodies were scattered across the Ukrainian farmland.
Neither recording could be independently verified.

Earlier in the week, the rebels had claimed responsibility for shooting down two Ukrainian military planes.

President Barack Obama called the crash a "terrible tragedy" and talked about it on the phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Later, Putin said Ukraine bears responsibility for the crash. But he didn't address the question of who might have shot down the plane and didn't accuse Ukraine of doing so.

"This tragedy would not have happened if there were peace on this land, if the military actions had not been renewed in southeast Ukraine," Putin said, according to a Kremlin statement issued early Friday. And, certainly, the state over whose territory this occurred bears responsibility for this awful tragedy."

Britain has asked for an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council on Ukraine.

The RIA-Novosti agency on Thursday quoted rebel leader Alexander Borodai as saying discussions were underway with Ukrainian authorities on calling a short truce for humanitarian reasons. He said international organizations would be allowed into the conflict-plagued region.

Aviation authorities in several countries, including the FAA in the United States, had issued warnings not to fly over parts of Ukraine prior to Thursday's crash, but many airliners had continued to use the route because "it is a shorter route, which means less fuel and therefore less money," said aviation expert Norman Shanks.

Within hours of Thursday's crash, several airlines, including Lufthansa, Delta and KLM, released statements saying they were avoiding parts of Ukrainian airspace.

Malaysia Airlines said Ukrainian aviation authorities told the company they had lost contact with Flight MH17 at 1415 GMT (10 a.m. EDT) about 30 kilometers (20 miles) from Tamak waypoint, which is 50 kilometers (30 miles) from the Russia-Ukraine border.

It said the plane was carrying 280 passengers and 15 crew members. It had left Amsterdam at 12:15 p.m. and was due to arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 6:10 a.m. Friday.

Anton Gerashenko, an adviser to Ukraine's interior minister, said on his Facebook page the plane was flying at an altitude of 10,000 meters (33,000 feet) when it was hit by a missile from a Buk launcher, which can fire up to an altitude of 22,000 meters (72,000 feet). He said only that his information was based on "intelligence."

Igor Sutyagin, a research fellow in Russian studies at the Royal United Services Institute, said both Ukrainian and Russian forces have SA-17 missile systems — also known as Buk ground-to-air launcher systems.

Rebels had bragged recently about having acquired Buk systems.

He said Russia had supplied separatist rebels with military hardware, but he had seen no evidence "of the transfer of that type of system from Russia." The weapons that the rebels are known to have do not have the capacity to reach beyond 4,500 meters. (14,750 feet)

A launcher similar to the Buk missile system was seen by Associated Press journalists earlier Thursday near the eastern Ukrainian town of Snizhne, which is held by the rebels.

Petro Poshosheriko, president of Ukraine and President Barack Obama demand the facts.
The Malaysia Airlines plane was delivered to the company on July 30, 1997, according to Flightglobal's Ascend Online Fleets. It has more than 43,000 hours of flight time and 6,950 takeoffs and landings.

Poroshenko said his country's armed forces didn't shoot at any airborne targets.

"We do not exclude that this plane was shot down, and we stress that the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not take action against any airborne targets," he said. "We are sure that those who are guilty in this tragedy will be held responsible."

The Kremlin said Putin "informed the U.S. president of the report from air traffic controllers that the Malaysian plane had crashed on Ukrainian territory" without giving further details about their call. The White House confirmed the call.

Separatist leader Andrei Purgin told The Associated Press that he was certain that Ukrainian troops had shot the plane down, but gave no explanation or proof for his statement.

Purgin said he did not know whether rebel forces owned Buk missile launchers, but said even if they did, they had no fighters capable of operating it.

Around the time the plane crashed, Russian media quoted witnesses as saying they saw a plane being hit by what they thought was a rocket.
Arseniy Petrovych Yatsenyuk, prime minister of Ukraine meets President Barack Obama.
It was the second time that a Malaysia Airlines plane was lost in less than six months. Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 disappeared in March while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. It has not been found, but the search has been concentrated in the Indian Ocean far west of Australia.

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, who had been attending a European Union summit in Brussels, headed back to the Netherlands to deal with the crash.

In Kuala Lumpur, several relatives of those onboard the Malaysian airliner came to the international airport.

A distraught Akmar Mohamad Noor, 67, said her older sister was coming to visit the family in Kuala Lumpur for the first time in five years.

"She called me just before she boarded the plane and said 'see you soon,'" Akmar said.
There have been several disputes over planes being shot down over eastern Ukraine in recent days.

On Wednesday evening, a Ukrainian fighter jet was shot down by an air-to-air missile from a Russian plane, Ukrainian authorities said Thursday, adding to what Kiev says is mounting evidence that Moscow is directly supporting the separatist insurgents. Ukraine Security Council spokesman Andrei Lysenko said the pilot of the Sukhoi-25 jet hit by the air-to-air missile was forced to bail after his jet was shot down.
Ukraine rebels with pro-Russian ties may have shot Malaysian Airlines Flight 17
Russia's U.N. Ambassador Vitaly Churkin told reporters at U.N. headquarters in New York on Thursday that Russia did not shoot down the Ukrainian fighter jet on Wednesday. "We didn't do it," Churkin said.

Pro-Russia rebels, meanwhile, claimed responsibility for strikes Wednesday on two Ukrainian Sukhoi-25 jets.

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry said the second jet was hit by a portable surface-to-air missile, but added the pilot was unscathed and managed to land his plane safely.

Moscow denies Western charges that is supporting the separatists or sowing unrest in its neighbor.

Earlier this week, Ukraine said a military transport plane was shot down Monday over eastern Ukraine by a missile fired from Russian territory.

Flights that were airborne when the Malaysia Airlines jet crashed have been re-routed, transportation officials said.

Welcome Back King James!

Cleveland forgives NBA star LaBron James.

I'm in Detroit right now so I didn't get an opportunity to post this but LeBron James it went back to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

This decision to go back to the Cleveland Cavaliers shocked the nation.

It was only 4 years ago LeBron decided that it was best to go down to South Beach.

As a player for the Miami Heat he managed to win 2 NBA championship titles. So far his decision to come back to Cleveland is mixed. For the city of Cleveland, celebration. For Miami and the rest of the nation, he screwed America again.

I didn't think you was going to go back to Cleveland I was thinking it was going to be a Houston Rocket.

So what's your take on the decision to return to Cleveland?

I know this assures that Ohio Republican governor John Kasich will secure a second term. He managed to bring the Republican National Convention and LaBron James back to Cleveland/

The End Of Saturday Morning Cartoons!

Saturday morning cartoons are now extinct.

When the 2014 - 2015 United States television broadcast schedule comes forth you'll start noticing that the Saturday morning programming will be missing a theme of theirs. They will be no cartoons on all the broadcast networks.

As of October, the CW Network will no longer carry the Vortexx cartoon block. They will team up with the Litton Entertainment to run a 5 hour block of reality television for teens and families.

This ends an era of television.

Since the 1960s Saturday morning cartoon blocks were a part of the young child's experience with fantasy and a sense of entertainment. Now these very same children became adults who believe their children or grandchildren are either too fat or too exposed to the negative effects of those very cartoons they've grown up on.

Now if you're a family who can't afford the 3,000 cable channels, your family will wake up to hour blocks of local or national news programs, paid programs and the Litton programs. If you're like me, you just sleep through the mornings and hopefully wake up in the afternoon.

Cause nowadays television programs really suck. They really let the ball drop on television. So instead of paying the millions of dollars for a full season of a television program, they'll purchase the Litton programming to at least meet that quota. Litton Entertainment follows the E/I mandates. So it's likely an educational program at best.

It offers programs that are considered instructional. Basically you're in school on Saturday with those boring blocks of reality television or news programs.

Time to go outside, if it's safe. But nowadays you don't know if Petey Pervert is lurking in your neighborhood. You might even meet Mr. NRA or Lil' Thug when you head outside.

ABC was the first to go forth with reality based Saturday morning programs. Then came Fox, CBS and now the CW. NBC already cancelled their children's program blocks more than once. So it wouldn't matter what they put on.

Don't worry Nickelodeon, The Disney Channel and Cartoon Network are there (for now). But obviously the cartoons have went down in quality too. I mean Spongebob Squarepants, Phineas and Ferb, Adventure Time and Clarence are adult themed. The families who allow their children to watch the programs aren't grasping on the programming content.

Besides these networks are slowly phasing out their classic programs and putting on more garbage masquerading as cartoons or budgeting teen based sitcoms. Soon you'll find news programs on these networks as well. They've already gotten rid of the Ronald McDonald, Kellogg's and General Mills brands.

You might have to shelve out some dollars to find it on Netflix, Hulu or YouTube. Or you might have to find that internet nerd who puts that on a torrent online. You may have to find that website where you can see the programs you've grown up as a child.

This is why I call it the junk food media. They have nothing on and its objective is to get people riled up.

Surely you hear it on the airwaves through talk radio and cable news. But now it's on your children's television programs as well.

Liitton Entertainment is an American media and production company based in Charleston, South Carolina, with four additional offices. Many of Litton's programs comply with federally mandated educational and informational requirements.

Business Owner Kills Ohio Teen!

Isiah Haggins, Jr. was gunned down after a botched robbery.

There's a story building national attention over in the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio. My community has experienced the homicide rate of 14 so far this year. It's a growing trend for a city that is declining in population and the lack of resources causes people to commit crime.

Yesterday, two teenagers tried to rob a clerk at a local hip-hop clothing store. Apparently they thought this would be an easy grab. They thought wrong and one of those teens paid the price. One teen was gunned down after the clerk (who turned out to be the owner) put a slug in him.

The other teen is on the loose and probably on the verge of giving up knowing that his friend is dead. Of course the family of the deceased will immediately single him out for responsibility.

The state of Ohio has the castle doctrine. That means that if you're a homeowner or business owner, you can use deadly force with a firearm if the perpetrator has threaten your life or property.
Teens tried to rob owner of his properties. The owner puts a slug in one of them.
The teen is 16-year old Isiah Haggins, Jr. and he's from the ghost town of Trotwood.

He and the other guy went into the Step-N-Style at the Northwest Plaza to rob the owner and shoppers.

The owner who has previously been robbed of his properties decided to get a firearm. He felt that being in an isolated shopping center with limited security prompted him to be gun owner. The teens enter the store with masks over their faces demanding the money. They didn't see the owner was trigger-ready.

They get into a confrontation and the gun goes off and Haggins drops. He would die later at the scene.

The accomplice would be shocked to see his friend drop exits the store.

The owner who's name wasn't released will probably not face charges. If the junk food media releases his name, the possibility of death threats and retaliation could follow.

The other guy will likely be charged with the teen's murder. Even though the other guy didn't fire a gun, his actions promoted a deadly confrontation. Murder and the aggregated assault charge will likely stand.

The Dayton Police and Montgomery County sheriff are investigating this incident.

Okay, I checked out the profile of the deceased teen. I seen that he's was invested in a hip-hop career and has a whole lot of friends online.
The negative outweighs the good.
The profile shows a lot of things that gives a background to how the teen maintains himself in the general public. The pictures itself are catnip for the racist right to paint "US BLACK FOLK" as dangerous criminals.

The Dayton Daily News reports that Haggins family demands answers to why the business owner did such a thing to their child.

Haggins grandmother, Kay Haggins, said today that the family just wants wants answers.

"We just want answers ... want to know what happened. where he was shot." she said. "Was it self-defense? Because it's their word and he's not here to speak for himself. We are just going by what he said. I just want to know how my grandchild died."

The owner's 911 call was released through the junk food media.

"Somebody just tried to rob my store and I killed one of them," a caller told a 911 dispatcher. "I shot him. He had a gun."

The police conducted an interview with the owner and another customer. They said that both teens were in the store to rob and the reaction to use deadly force was justified.

Police plan to review surveillance videos from the store and from other cameras in the shopping center as part of their investigation.

The Dayton Daily News also added that several unidentified people who arrived at the scene cried and hugged after police allowed them to identify the body. Officers did not say if they were the victim's relatives.

Likely they were. After all someone tipped them off to the death of the teen.

The armed robberies in recent years have forced store owners and employees to install security cameras and carry guns, police said.

It's A Man's World!

The five dicks of law.

The United States Supreme Court really set the country back. In order to protect the alpha White male, the five conservative justices pulled the plug on women's reproductive rights and the labor unions.

Women who want birth control will be able to get it, except from businesses like Hobby Lobby and Chick-fil-A the winners of this lawsuit.

Burwell (Sebelius) v. Hobby Lobby is a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court case concerning whether the Free Exercise Clause of the U.S. Constitution and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) can exempt a closely held company from federal government regulations requiring employers to provide contraceptive coverage to their female employees. The case upheld for the first time a closely held corporation's ability to claim a religious belief.

The case is a reaction against a requirement deriving from the Affordable Care Act. It could have widespread impact on the issue of whether companies can be religiously exempt from any federal law that protects the interests of other individuals.

The case was previously titled Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby. Sylvia Burwell was automatically substituted as petitioner when she was approved by the United States Senate as Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services after being nominated by President Barack Obama to replace Kathleen Sebelius following her resignation on April 10, 2014.

Harris v. Quinn was a United States Supreme Court case regarding if public employees can be compelled to pay union dues. The case was specifically about eight home health care workers, generally family members of patients, who were receiving Medicaid funds to provide care for the patients.

The Court ruled that the workers could not be compelled to join the union, on the grounds that they were not fully-fledged state employees, as they are hired or fired by individual patients - though paid via Medicaid. The ruling did not invalidate compulsory union membership for the larger population of public employees, but Alito's majority opinion did argue that Abood v. Detroit Board of Education was erroneously decided.

We Want Our Cut, Says Former Lottery Winners!

Embattled New Jersey governor Chris Christie doesn't have to sweat out this scandal, but somehow it will be tied to him regardless of what he does.

Two men are suing the New Jersey Lottery commission after the gaming representatives threw out a jackpot ticket.

Salvatore Cambria and Erick Onyango, of Suffern, New York, argue in their federal lawsuit that the lottery didn't quickly update its website with the winning numbers from the March 23 drawing.

Cambria tells The Record ( ) newspaper he asked Onyango to check the website soon after the 11 p.m. drawing. Cambria tossed the ticket when the numbers didn't match. The men now think the site was showing the previous drawing's numbers.

They say they realized they had won the next day. But by then, their ticket was on its way to a landfill in Canada.

The men say they have two other tickets showing serial numbers that prove they had a winner.

And because the three tickets were purchased together, their serial numbers were sequential. The men say they can prove that the winning ticket was theirs because they still have the tickets with serial numbers one above and one below the winning ticket’s.

They explained their situation to the Lottery Commission last year, they said, and were told to submit a claim form along with the first and third tickets.

“They even told me, ‘You don’t need a lawyer, don’t get one. We know you’re in the right,’ ” Cambria said.

But then nothing happened.

It’s now been more than a year since the drawing. The men filed their lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Trenton on Tuesday demanding the million-dollar prize and arguing that the lottery was at fault for failing to update its website in a timely way.

In an interview on Wednesday, Cambria said he asked Onyango the night of the drawing to check the lottery’s website for the winning Powerball numbers. This was several minutes after the 11 p.m. drawing, Cambria said. But the numbers that Onyango read, they learned later, were from the previous drawing.

“So I took my ticket, which was worth a million dollars, and I put it in a cigarette pack and put it in the garbage in my bedroom,” Cambria said.

The men say they saw the drawing’s actual numbers the next day and realized that Cambria’s ticket was a winner.

“I was losing my mind. We were both losing our minds,” Cambria said.

Their lawyer, Edward Logan, said Wednesday that there was no way the men could have retrieved their ticket.
Two men sue the New Jersey state lottery commission after they lose their ticket.
“There was talk about getting a bloodhound and finding the bag,” Logan said. That idea was eventually abandoned.

The dump has “bulldozers that move the trash around and bury it and get it to cook and digest with the methane,” Logan said. “It was just going to be impossible to find.”

A spokeswoman for the Lottery Commission, Judith Drucker, declined to comment on the pending litigation.

Customers at the Mahwah 7-Eleven that sold the ticket were divided on Wednesday about whether Cambria and Onyango should get the money.

Paul Matthews put the blame on the two men. “They should have known better than to throw away the ticket,” he said.

But Lisa Iriarte said they should get the money “because it’s not their fault the state updated the numbers later.”

Cambria and Onyango said they haven’t given much thought yet about what they will do with the money if they get it.

“That’s the next big question,” said Onyango, who suggested that they would put much of it into savings. “You’ve got to be prudent.”

Lessons for lost tickets.

1) You are responsible for the ticket. If lost or stolen, you can file a police report ONLY if you have written your complete name and phone number on the back of the ticket. You should never leave a winning lottery ticket in an area where you can't find it. The lottery commission of your state isn't responsible for a lost ticket. You need to make sure you write your name on the ticket. Especially if it a winning ticket.

2) Many convenience stores have self scanners and extra sections to detect winning tickets. You can find them near a lottery retailer. You can also have a vendor or cashier check your ticket. If you do so, always ask if the cashier can do a cash verify. Usually some lottery cashing terminals have sounds letting you know if these are "winners" or "not a winner". Don't let a cashier check your ticket without you assuring that you verified it through a ticket scanner or lottery commission website.

3) Powerball and Mega Millions tickets cannot be canceled. Be aware of the cost of these tickets. Powerball tickets are $2 dollars per unit. Mega Millions are $1 dollar per unit. Mega Millions minimum jackpots starts at $15 and the game is played on Tuesday and Friday nights. Powerball miminum jackpots starts at $40 millions and the game is played on Wednesday and Saturday nights. You can play a multiplier on Mega Millions for a $1. You can play a PowerPlay on Powerball for a $1 as well.

4)  Take notice that wherever you purchased the ticket. Most states have different regulations to tickets. You can't bring a Hoosier Lottery ticket to a Ohio Lottery retailer. You can't bring a Florida's Lottery Ticket to Georgia Lottery. Each state has regulations to how they payout a jackpot. So don't go into a store with an out of state ticket saying you want your prize. If you won a jackpot ticket, go back to the state you purchased the ticket. DO NOT EVER MAIL A JACKPOT TICKET. If you won a jackpot ticket in New York and you live in Kansas, you better high tail it to that state. Take a plane or drive. Of course, don't lose the ticket on your way there.

5) There are other resources besides the local television. You can view lottery drawings online or through a digital app. If you can't watch the drawing, you can visit the respective websites to verify your results. Also you can use an app to self scan your tickets.
Yeah we got the proof we purchased the ticket, says Salvatore Cambria and Erick Onyango.
6) Receipts can be given if you ask. If you're in a group pool, make sure your name and the other participants names are written down and placed on a contractual agreement. If you're buying your own ticket, inform the rest of the group before you purchase. Because you'll end up having a nasty fight ahead if you're the one with the single ticket and the group put their trust in you to get the remaining tickets.

7) Photocopying your tickets also leaves a paper trail. It can be the "proof" you need say if the ticket was stolen and you knew in your heart that ticket was a winning jackpot. Again, write your name on the lottery ticket. Your name and phone number are very important. The lottery commission of your state is not responsible for lost and stolen tickets.

8) If you file a police report in request of a stolen ticket, you must have all the evidence to prove its yours and not the other person. If you fail to do so, you will be charged with filing a false police report, a high class misdemeanor (if not a fifth degree felony).

Lessons of being a lottery winner.

As I repeat this over and over, I want the good readers here at Journal de la Reyna to understand this is my honest opinion on how to play the lottery. I hope my knowledge will inspire you if you become a jackpot winner.

It may take up to a year before you collect the first lump sum of payment. Each winning Mega Millions and Powerball ticket carries a lump sum cash payment option.

Best advice for all who win the lottery, is keep a cool head. Let's cover the 10 things about winning the lottery according to me. You can use this advice if you want to!

1) Write your name down on the back of the winning ticket. Say if you lose the jackpot ticket! If you have forgotten to sign the ticket and it gets lost, then it's your word against the winner's.

2) Cancel out your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social networking website your on. That's the next thing that happens when you're a winner.

3) Cancel your phone number and limit your email intake. Obviously you'll be swamped with phone numbers and well wishers asking if you're willing to shelve out a little cash.

4) Hire a qualified lottery attorney. Make sure you have a qualified attorney who specializes in handling large sums of money. Don't assume every attorney is well respected in handling your financial earnings.

5) Don't quit a job until you are sure you've won the lottery. Don't rush to judgment about being a lottery winner. Sometimes a person who wins the lottery never expects it to happen so don't sit around the house hoping the day will come you'll be the millionaire.

6) Pay off debts to college loans, house, billings, and credit cards.

7) Invest your money in a trust fund if you have children or family members you can trust if you should die.

8) Have fun with your earnings. Don't blow it on things that obviously will attract negative attention.

9) Be humble. Cause money will change a person when they're rich.

10) The Have-Nots Will Always Try To Make You Feel Guilty About Winning. Ignore Them And Be Happy About Your Success.
