Progressives Plot Revenge Against Conservative Trolls!

Progressives are plotting to infiltrate conservative organizations. Their first target in their sting operations is conservative troll Allison Maass.

The founder of Project Veritas James O'Keefe is plotting to infiltrate progressive groups who plan on protesting the fuhrer's inauguration. The conservative agitator who is a part of the White extremist movement called the alt-right has been influential in destroying the careers of innocent people.

He along with this troll named Allison Maass have recently tried to go after progressive organizations that are rallying their base during the next four years. The Undercurrent is a group that is working on trying to disrupt conservative groups attempts at trying to paint progressives as violent radicals.

Maass was trying to infiltrate Americans Take Action. She was trying to bribe a hefty sum to ATA.

She was telling ATA that a guy known as Mr. Simon was trying to pay them for inciting violence at the fuhrer's inaugural.

The counter-sting, carried out by The Undercurrent and Americans Take Action, a project of a previous target of provocateur O'Keefe, managed to surreptitiously record elements of O'Keefe's network offering huge sums of money to progressive activists if they would disrupt the ceremony and "put a stop to the inauguration" and the related proceedings to such a degree that donors to the clandestine effort would "turn on a TV and maybe not even see Trump." To have riots blot out coverage of Trump, the donor offered "unlimited resources," including to shut down bridges into D.C.

The Undercurrent, led by executive producer Lauren Windsor, is sponsored by American Family Voices, which was among a constellation of groups infiltrated by O’Keefe's Project Veritas during the presidential campaign, an effort to link Democrats with voter fraud.

Maass, who previously was caught attempting to infiltrate the Senate campaign of Russ Feingold in Wisconsin, as well as the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton. Maass was also a lead infiltrator during the voter fraud campaign.

Windsor, in investigating Project Veritas, discovered the name of a front group, Breakthrough Dev Group, that O'Keefe was using to set up stings. Somebody from BDG contacted an allied group, which reached out to activist Ryan Clayton. Windsor arranged to have the meeting secretly recorded.

ACORN "Pimp" James O'Keefe Flops Like A Fish!

The folks over at Fox News cancelled alt-right troll James O'Keefe's appearance on the softball's program. The softball was teasing a video from Project Veritas about protesters "bird dogging" at Donald Trump campaign stops.

O'Keefe is notorious for doing undercover videos of individuals who he claim are liberal propagandists. He often films them without consent and selectively edits these videos to make it seem like something is sinister going on.
Fox News didn't bring alt-right troll on its programs because of his history of misleading videos.
He and his allies often to justify these accusations by saying that the "junk food media" blackout his investigations. He and his allies often try to ambush anti-conservative agitators.

O'Keefe was trying to piece together this allegation that some liberal group was deliberately trying to rile up Donald Trump supporters. It's almost amazing that in this free society, an agitator is given the freedom at their risk to disrupt political events.

This nobody named Scott Foval, a former advocate for the Americans United for Change was chatting with an operative for nearly 20 minutes. Throughout the video, he says some stuff that makes it look like the DNC is deliberately trying to pay people to get roughed up by Trump supporters.

Far from that. The Americans United for Change and other groups O'Keefe tried to infiltrate said that O'Keefe is pathetic and he's not telling the truth.

You know the softball is the biggest Trump supporter in the conservative media. He's risking his career on the controversial billionaire winning the presidency.

Sean "Softball" Hannity is treading on thin ice with the Fox News executives.

The softball is saying to his audience in real time that "Fox News can't independently verify the video but we will cover some of it."

When the softball often introduces a "bombshell", he doesn't often say it's truthful.

Since Roger Ailes was fired out the cannon, the Murdoch family is trying to do clean up. They want to keep the viewers watching. However they want the network to be valid in the truth.

The softball doesn't tell the truth to his viewers and listeners. He's often parading nonsense as opinionated journalism.

Beetle Bailey Kasich Defunds Planned Parenthood!

Mr. Moderate signed a bill stripping Planned Parenthood of its funds.

This will head right to the U.S. courts. The imbecile who claims to bring Americans together went back to his old ways. Ohio governor John Kasich decides to sign into state law a bill that will strip funding from Planned Parenthood and abortion providers.

The Ohio governor is struggling for victory in this bitterly fought Republican presidential primary race. Many of the establishment heads believe that he's a doomed candidate. They're not wasting time on him. So they're circling the wagons around political novices Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

Kasich wants to make Americans believe he's actually an unitier not a divider. Right now, I believe he's full of shit. Kasich wants to prove to the extremists that he's lockstep in destroying Planned Parenthood. CNN reports that governor signed the bill while he  was in Ohio. He prepares to do some campaigning in Michigan.

Planned Parenthood isn't explicitly named in the legislation, but the law will prevent more than $1 million in funding from the state health department from going to the nonprofit to fund programs such as HIV testing, health screenings and prevention of violence against women.

Kasich, who's tried to project a more moderate image as a Republican presidential candidate on some issues, had been expected to sign the measure. A spokesman for the governor said earlier this month that he intended to sign the bill when it reached his desk. He did so Sunday, a day after finishing a distant fifth in South Carolina's primary.

The bill was swiftly denounced by Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards.

"This legislation will have devastating consequences for women across Ohio," Richards said in a statement. "John Kasich is proudly eliminating care for expectant mothers and newborns; he is leaving thousands without vital STD and HIV testing, slashing a program to fight domestic violence, and cutting access to essential, basic health care."
Planned Parenthood in Dayton, Ohio. There were protesters who showed up to protest the facility after conservative activists sneaked into a facility in California and Texas to "expose" evil doings. It turns out to be their "exposing" to be thier undoing.
On the campaign trail Kasich frequently talks about the importance of funding for expecting mothers and newborn babies. A spokesman for Kasich's gubernatorial office, Joe Andrews, said in a statement the new Ohio law is consistent with those views.

"The Ohio Department of Health has at least 150 other sub-grantees and contractors for the affected grants and projects addressing such issues as new born babies, infant mortality, expectant mothers, violence against women, and minority HIV/AIDS," the statement said. "ODH will reallocate funding from ineligible providers under the new law to other currently eligible providers, ranging from local health departments and community organizations to hospitals and universities. These organizations will be required to submit proposals in order to receive funding."

Many Republicans have said Planned Parenthood should be defunded, after controversial videos featuring group officials purportedly discussing the sale of fetal tissue surfaced last summer.

But about a month ago, a Texas investigation into Planned Parenthood culminated in an indictment -- of the organization's accusers instead of the group.

The Harris County District Attorney's office announced that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast had been cleared in the two-month-long investigation.

But the grand jury did indict two individuals who were involved in making secret recordings of the group that were released to publicly discredit the group, which provides health services and abortions.

David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were indicted for tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony, and Daleiden was also indicted on the count of prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs, a class A misdemeanor, according to the Harris County district attorney.

Republicans sure love to get into the business of people. They will deny women access to health care.

They want to drug test Americans who are living from paycheck to poverty for a slither of the safety net. So if you want food stamps, financial aid, student loans, earned child credits and emergency shelter, pee in a cup and lose a portion of your hair.

They want to monitor a person practicing a religion that's not Christianity. So if you're an atheist, Muslim, Mormon or Scientologist, be prepared to have the feds looking into your place of worship or your non-beliefs.

Ignoring The Real Threat!

The terrorist was a White man who had mental issues and a heinous motive.

As the name of the victims were being released, the motive inspired by this terrorist could be possibly anti-government, anti-choice and anti-Obama. The recipes of rhetoric being vomited by agitators in the junk food media.

Of course, I don't blame the agitators for the actions of this terrorist. But since the junk food media is invested in this, I might as well tell you what the real problem is.

We're just tone deaf when it comes to these awful tragedies.

The families of Jennifer Markovsky, 36, and Ke'Arre Stewart, 29, confirmed their identities Sunday, The Denver Post reports. Jennifer was a mother of two who took her friend to the Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs. She was shot on site during the terrorist's medley. She was married and was a stay a home mother.

Ke'Arre served a tour of duty for the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. He was married and the father of two children. He was shot outside the grocery store near the women's health facility.

A terrorist killed two innocent people. Both of them were parents and had bright futures ahead of them.
The third victim, University of Colorado-Colorado Springs police officer Garrett Swasey, was identified previously and remembered during a Sunday morning service at New Hope, the church where he served as an elder.

Before joining the UCCS police force, he was a nationally ranked junior figure skater and ice dancer.

He was married with two children.

The terrorist is being held on capital murder charges. He was denied a "get out free card". This terrorist is innocent until proven guilty. If found guilty on the charges, he could get the gas house.

The right wing network and the Republican candidates are deflecting the terrorist attack in Colorado Springs to the left.

They continue to ignore the real problem here in the United States.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES!

You notice for every mass shooting, every police shooting of an unarmed person of color, and terrorist attack, conservatives use this as a moment to deflect from the real reasons why this stuff happens every freaking day in the world.

Concern trolls are Republican and conservative nobodies who like to deflect the real issues to hypothetical rhetoric and false equivalency.
Garrett Swasey died in the line of duty.
The Republican candidates once again deflect the narrative of this tragedy to point the finger at Planned Parenthood, BlackLivesMatter, President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

On GOP Sundays, you have Donald Trump, Lindsey Graham, Jeb Bush, Mike Huckabee, John Kasich, Carly Fiorina, Ben Carson and Republican lawmakers denouncing the terrorist but avoiding calling this act in Colorado Springs an act of terror.

Scratch that Huckabee did call it an act of domestic terrorism.

Fiorina found some way to place #BlackLivesMatter and the left in the fold. “This is so typical of the left to immediately begin demonizing a messenger because they don’t agree with the message,” Fiorina said.

Fiorina has been one of the most forceful Republican candidates in denouncing Planned Parenthood after heavily edited undercover videos were released supposedly showing Planned Parenthood staff discussing the provision of fetal tissue samples for research purposes.

Planned Parenthood locations across the country have faced an increase in violence since the release of the heavily edited videos by the anti-abortion Center for Medical Progress. There have been four arsons at Planned Parenthood locations in California, Illinois, Louisiana and Washington since the release of the videos.

Fiorina called the Colorado Springs shooting a “tragedy” and denounced the shooter as a “deranged” man who should be tried for murder.

Planned Parenthood Under Fire For Selling Body Parts!

Might want to drop the "No Matter What" logo.

The executives of Planned Parenthood are going to now have to deal with video recording devices in their facilities. They will probably ban camera phones and do pat down searches for hidden devices.

My question to the workers of the non-profit firm, didn't you know that they use hidden cameras in their glasses?

The people who are talking to the executives at Planned Parenthood use body cameras such as their eye glasses to record you. These tactics are commonly used by James O'Keefe and Lila Rose. They are notorious race baiters and provocateurs of yellow journalism.

The family planning and women's health center once again is under fire after more videos surface of executives selling body parts. Planned Parenthood is doing damage control after this second video surfaced.

Yes, they recommend women to facilities that perform abortions.

Republicans have long sought to have Planned Parenthood stripped of its medical funding. But the only thing that keeps it from happening is President Barack Obama and his veto threats.
Center for Medical Progress is a front group for Live Action. They published a video of Planned Parenthood doctors talking about selling body parts.
If Planned Parenthood would do background check of their clients or donors, then they would have seen this as a front for Rose's Live Action group.

Why didn't they do mandatory pat downs of individuals entering the facilities?

Why didn't the security guards ask for the clients to take off their glasses and lift up their pen or pocket protector?

Anyway, the video shows Dr. Mary Gatter, President of Planned Parenthood’s Medical Director’s Council talking to the client about selling body parts.

The video is disturbing. Of course given its shoddy journalism, I can only expect the video to be selectively edited to make it seem like the Gatter is literally doing black trade on baby body parts.

The last one featured Dr. Deborah Nucatola.

Nucatola appears to negotiate the price of fetal body parts, Planned Parenthood insisted that the price she mentioned was only related to the costs incurred by Planned Parenthood with no profit involved. In the Nucatola video, however, she is seen and heard explaining that the Planned Parenthood affiliates in the body parts business wanted to do more than “break even.”

Now these women will now have to hire extra protection to prevent anti-choice extremists from putting a slug in them. They might face a cannon firing or deck shuffle for being caught on video.

They might sue the individuals who posted the videos without their permission. Because you see in some states, if you're recording someone without their acknowledgement they can sue. In some states, you must have a legal document detailing you're part of the junk food media and you're doing investigative journalism.

I am hoping that the people involved follow the script.

James O'Keefe already has to shelve out $250,000 in punitive damages during his ACORN Pimp days.

Conservative Outrage Over Planned Parenthood Allegedly Selling Body Parts!

Planned Parenthood logo.svg
Conservatives outraged over video targeting women's health clinic.

Conservatives are trying to promote a video that surfaced over the weekend. An undercover video shows a Planned Parenthood executive talking about selling aborted baby organs.

Now before I get into this type of stuff, I want to first say that this isn't the first time anti-choice extremists gone after the prenatal organization. They've tried this stuff numerous times and it gave them nothing.

Now Congress is going to investigate Planned Parenthood over these accusations.

Of course, Planned Parenthood denies this. They believe that the video is deceptive.

I agree. Because no person with a right mind would deliver information about a patient or a procedure of a client to a random stranger. Those who go against the rules are fired out the cannon.

So a small number of Planned Parenthood employees and volunteers were fired for not following procedure, and the organization committed to retraining its staff. This could lead to lawsuits an

When you enter Planned Parenthood, they pat you down for weapons. They don't ask you to put away phones or cameras. They respect the privacy of the person. They also will not reveal the name of the person despite it being an agitator.

Lila Rose, a White extremist is part of the anti-choice movement. She's a vicious agitator who often masquerade herself a teenager who is pregnant in need of a termination. She and James O'Keefe sneak into facilities with hidden cameras. They talk to workers tales of misfortune. They ask the caretakers what they can do if they have a termination. While being filmed, the caretaker will say something that may sound totally outrageous but in reality it's a part of their job. Somehow, they take the comments and twist it around to make it sound like it's an illegal act.

LilaRose.jpg
Lila Rose.
This anti-choice group called The Center for Medical Progress, shows Planned Parenthood physician Dr. Deborah Nucatola describing how she would attempt to preserve fetal tissue and parts during an abortion for patients who decide to donate them for medical research. In the video, Nucatola tells the undercover actor that clinics can be reimbursed $30 to $100 per specimen for the cost of transporting and donating the fetal tissue.

Republicans and anti-abortion groups said the video shows that Planned Parenthood sells fetal body parts after an abortion, which is illegal. The family planning provider denied the allegation and said that it only legally donates fetal tissue for medical purposes, at the request of its patients, and not for profit. The full, unedited version of the video reveals that Nucatola is talking about reimbursement for the donation of fetal tissue, not the sale of it.

"These outrageous claims are flat-out untrue, but that doesn't matter to politicians with a longstanding political agenda to ban abortion and defund Planned Parenthood," said Eric Ferrero, vice president of communications at Planned Parenthood. "Women and families who make the decision to donate fetal tissue for lifesaving scientific research should be honored, not attacked and demeaned. Our medical practices and guidelines in this area are clear, and we do this important work just like other high-quality health care providers -- with full, appropriate consent from patients, under the highest ethical and legal standards, and with no financial benefit for the patient or Planned Parenthood."

Republican lawmakers in Congress and state legislatures across the country have been trying to defund Planned Parenthood since 2011 because some of its clinics offer abortion services. House Republicans previously launched an investigation into the family planning provider in 2011, after the anti-abortion group Live Action released a heavily edited video that purported to show Planned Parenthood employees aiding sex traffickers.

If ever the Republicans tried to pass bills to defund organizations to benefit women's health, expect President Barack Obama to veto it.

There's no chance of Republicans ever defunding the organization. But it's great theater to see them bitch about it.

I don't support abortions. But however, I believe it's a woman's choice to have a termination.

The ACORN Pimp James O'Keefe Targets Rev. Perm And Eric Garner's Family!

Rev. Perm accused by the racist right of being a "shakedown artist". They have proof. The ACORN pimp James O'Keefe hires a woman to go undercover to talk to family members of Trayvon Martin and Eric Garner.

If anyone is dumb enough to fall victim to a racial prank by ACORN pimp James O'Keefe, then you deserve to be shamed by the racist right.

I would never want to interact with someone who tries to "befriend" me. I am very cautious about certain people.

Obviously, this turd still on federal probation hasn't given up on the exposing liberal hypocrisy bandwagon. This round involves the victims of police brutality and vigilante justice. And of course, their old enemy, Rev. Perm.

Eric Garner, Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin were extremely controversial by the standards of junk food media coverage. The junk food media focused on every aspect of what happened and gave the public an opportunity to spin these men's deaths. See the racist right will slander and dehumanize their names and shrine the ones who killed them.

One of Eric Garner's daughters was caught on tape saying that Rev. Perm is all about the money and not the cause.

A member of O’Keefe’s team spoke with the late Eric Garner’s oldest daughter, Erica, on a brisk January evening in Staten Island. Garner did not hold back when asked about Rev. Perm’s involvement, stating: “he’s about the money.”

Garner, who has become a passionate champion for social change following the death of her father, accused Rev. Perm and his National Action Network of “attacking” her for not giving them credit; and trying to capitalize on her father’s death. “Instead of me, he wants his face in front of them,” said Garner of Rev. Perm.
The ACORN Pimp James O'Keefe strikes again.
Garner was visibly angered at Rev. Perm and the National Action Network. Indeed, rather than help, Garner felt as if Rev. Perm and NAN were trying to take advantage of her:  “Rev. Perm paid for the funeral. She’s [Cynthia Davis, President of the Staten Island Chapter of NAN] trying to make me feel like I owe them,” a statement that shocked one of Garner’s friends who was speaking with Erica and a Project Veritas journalist.

In Florida, a Project Veritas investigative journalist spoke with Tracy Martin, the father of the late Trayvon Martin, at a banquet for the Trayvon Martin Foundation. Martin quickly distanced himself from Rev. Perm, stating: “he’s on his own personal mission.”

Troy Wright, the President and Executive Director of the Trayvon Martin Foundation, further distanced Martin’s family and the Martin Foundation from Rev. Perm. When asked about Rev. Perm and NAN, Wright responded “that’s a sore subject with us right now.” Indeed, all traces of Rev. Perm and NAN have recently been removed from the Foundation’s website.

Wright also strongly insinuated to Project Veritas that a decision had been made not to invite Rev. Perm to a recent Foundation banquet.

O’Keefe’s team also spoke with prominent leaders in Ferguson, who were sharply critical of Rev. Perm. Bishop Calvin Scott, whose personal dealings with Rev. Perm in the aftermath of the Michael Brown tragedy left him critical of the MSNBC host, told Project Veritas that he “incites people for the wrong reason,” that he gets people “all fired up,” and that is “not the way you want to go.” Bishop Scott went as far as to place partial blame on Rev. Perm for inciting violence in Ferguson: pointedly stating “when you have a fuse that is already lit, you don’t need to add no more fire to it.”

When asked if Rev. Perm used the Michael Brown controversy to raise money, Bishop Scott told a Project Veritas journalist “you’re not the first person to raise that question… someone in the higher up that even mentioned… the history of an Al Sharpton, and an organization such as him, and they emphatically stated that… for them, knowing their history, it’s about money.”
Erica Garner who was caught on tape saying Rev. Perm shakes down for profit.
Stacy Garner (no relation to Eric or Erica Garner) of Ferguson Christian Church told another member of O’Keefe’s team that he believed Rev. Perm was exploiting the Michael Brown tragedy for his own profit and that “instead of bringing us together, I think he was drawing us apart.”

“Rev. Perm’s perception of himself is a far cry from how he is perceived by the families and communities he thrust himself upon,” stated James O’Keefe. “By all accounts, Rev. Perm appears to be abusing the bully pulpit given to him by MSNBC to capitalize on tragedies. It was quite apparent from the number of individuals we spoke to that Rev. Perm's views tragedies as opportunities, and that he is willing to do whatever it takes to further his personal agenda.”

This is one of the many accusations thrown at the Obama News agitator and founder of the National Action Network president. Most conservatives and Republicans believe that Rev. Perm is a "shake down" artist and is a tax cheat.

That annoying conservative agitator who often debates Rev. Perm was gleeful about this latest bombshell.

Rev. Perm is being sued along with Comcast by some conservative black group.

The complaint, filed in California on Friday, comes from the National Association of African-American Owned Media, which also filed a similar suit against AT&T and DirecTV in December.

This time, the plaintiff is not only targeting both Comcast and TWC — on the eve of the two companies merging to become what would be the largest pay television distributor in the United States — but also various African-American advocacy groups and Rev. Perm for allegedly facilitating discrimination.

By the way, George Zimmerman will not face federal civil rights charges. The Department of Justice dropped its charges against the controversial Florida man. Zimmerman was the central figure in the February 2012 shooting of Trayvon Martin. Since being free, he's been in the news over 20 times for some stupid controversy.

Erica Garner also had a brief share of controversy too. She had posted offensive comments about the NYPD and leaked the address of the officer who placed her dad in the fatal stranglehold.

McConnell Sweating!

Mitch "The Turtle" McConnell is getting extremely nervous. One week to go and he's throwing everything at Alison Lundergan Grimes.

Somehow, in order to destroy Alison Lundergan Grimes, the embattled Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is going all out. He's throwing everything he's got at her and hopefully not ending up broke doing it.

McConnell is leading slightly in the polls. He's up 2% in this narrow race.

Grimes had fucked up when she declared herself Obama free. The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee was done with her. The Democrats were pissed over her response to saying she "didn't vote" for President Barack Obama. They ended nearly all their regional campaigning.

Along comes Chuck Todd, the new heir to GOP Sundays' Meet The Press and the ads that grimy Republican put out against her. First you have that immature asshole and his Project Veritas crew trying to selectively edit his videos in an attempt to make Grimes seem like a hypocrite.

Todd responded to the antics of both candidates on GOP Sundays by playing a colorful parody of politicians not answering questions and deferring statements.

Some time ago, Todd made the declaration that Grimes "was done" after not embracing the president.

McConnell thought that he was hoping that the junk food media would ride on.

Somehow Kentucky Democrats weren't buying into the hype. So they decided to use this as advantage. Now the Grimes campaign is playing upon the media's "writing her off" campaign.

Hopefully, the embattled Republican's dream of being a Majority Leader comes to an end.

Go for it Alison....

I endorse Alison Lundergan Grimes for U.S. Senate.

Jason "The Manchild" Mattera Ambushes Rev. Perm!

Conservative gnat confronts Rev. Perm.

Conservative agitator Jason "The Manchild" Mattera once again tries this in your face journalism on people who he claims are hypocrites. Last time he tried to confront comedian Chris Rock and this kind of gotten out of control. Then he tried to run up on Bono, and was shocked to find that he was talking to a Bono impersonator.

These confrontations were part of his book Hollywood Hypocrites. The last book he wrote was Obama Zombies. Each book is full of his hyperbolic criticism of liberals and how conservatives must master the message to appeal to minorities. Most people of color view Republicans and their conservative allies as racist. Yet, in this empty head, Mattera continues to be in a denial of reality. He will continue to agitate those who he felt got away with "murder".

Now still up to his notorious race-baiting tactics, he goes after Rev. Perm over his Crown Heights comments.

Like racial arsonist James O'Keefe, Mattera has a history of distorting the truth. So obviously, I have to not take this video for face value. After all it cuts off with his recording speeches of 20 years ago.

Of course Rev. Perm is the founder of the National Action Network, host of Obama News program PoliticsNation and a signed act on Cash Money Records. The Rev has history of grassroots protest and provocateur activism. He's a well known liberal agitator.

The racist right can't stand him and Jesse "Cut His Nuts Off" Jackson. They believe that every time an event happens in America and it involves a White on Black crime, the racist right expects these two to be involved.

Rev. Perm with Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, the parents of deceased teen Trayvon Martin.
So digging back into the vault, Jason Mattera pulls out all the statements of the past.

The Rev. was an active activist in New York he made some not so nice comments about the Jewish community during the Crown Heights riots. The Crown Heights riot began on August 19, 1991 after a car driven by a Jewish man, and part of a procession led by an unmarked police car, went through an intersection and was struck by another vehicle causing it to veer onto the sidewalk where it accidentally struck and killed a seven-year-old Guyanese boy named Gavin Cato and severely injured his cousin Angela.

Witnesses could not agree upon the speed and could not agree whether the light was yellow or red. One of the factors that sparked the riot was the arrival of a private ambulance, which was later discovered to be on the orders of a police officer who was worried for the Jewish driver's safety, removed him from the scene while Cato lay pinned under his car.

During a protest the Rev. said, "If the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house".

So as Mattera goes into confrontation he first asked the Rev. that in spite of the "lifetime ban" of LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling, why isn't he banned from Obama News?

As Rev. Perm was walking to the event, Mattera continues hounding him with questions.

If Mattera really wanted to debate Rev. Perm why don't he go on PoliticsNation?

See he's too much of a punk to do that. And his videos aren't but distortions of truth.

As Wikipedia explains it, Rev. Perm is controversial but yet effective. Rev. Perm's supporters praise "his ability and willingness to defy the power structure that is seen as the cause of their suffering" and consider him "a man who is willing to tell it like it is". Former Mayor of New York City Ed Koch, a one-time foe, said that Rev. Perm deserves the respect he enjoys among Black Americans: "He is willing to go to jail for them, and he is there when they need him."

His critics describe him as "a political radical who is to blame, in part, for the deterioration of race relations".

Sociologist Orlando Patterson has referred to him as a racial arsonist, while liberal columnist Derrick Z. Jackson has called him the black equivalent of Richard Nixon and Pat Robertson. Rev. Perm sees much of the criticism as a sign of his effectiveness. "In many ways, what they consider criticism is complimenting my job," he said. "An activist's job is to make public civil rights issues until there can be a climate for change."

Breitbart Still Agitating From The Grave!

The lawsuits against him continues. Even though this agitator is dead, his assets would be up for grabs by those who sued him.

The racist right lost an ally to their efforts. On February 29, 2012, after finishing his documentary Hating Breitbart, conservative agitator Andrew Breitbart was at a local spot in his hometown of Los Angeles.

Everything was cool until the early morning of March 1. After leaving his spot, he was walking home. He would.collapse and die on route to the hospital. He passed away of a heart attack.

I remember that four days before his death, he was on That Guy Who Helped Obama Win's program. He was promoting that devastating tape that could rattle the institutional left. A tape that President Barack Obama was shielding from the junk food media.

Everyone was caught off guard by this.  Not many in the junk food media had heard of him. They knew he was the one who brought down ACORN, the community organization group the racist right believed "stole" the election from John McCain.

ACORN was being taped by James O'Keefe (aka ACORN Pimp), a right wing activist and his girlfriend at the time Hannah Giles. They would sneak into the community organization office as normal people and then turn around and put on a pimp and prostitute outfit. Their antics managed to shut down the community organization. Their antics managed to get them in trouble with the fired employees.

O'Keefe, Giles and Breitbart were forced to shelve out money after the tapes produced were found to be misleading and slanderous.

They heard of Breitbart being the guy who managed to embarrass Anthony Weiner, a longtime Democratic lawamker from New York. He got major credit for catching the lawmaker sexting women his penis. That led to the mighty fall of Weiner.
Shirley Sherrod is the most high profile litigant against the estate of Andrew Breitbart.
Weiner tried to resurrect his career by running for mayor of New York. His career tanked after got caught sending even more disturbing and even more explicit photos of his penis.

Now there's a real big story involving Breitbart. It comes in regards of Shirley Sherrod, the former USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) worker who was fired by the federal government after she was accused of saying offensive statements about White people.

July 19, 2010, Shirley Sherrod was forced to resign from her appointed position as Georgia State Director of Rural Development for the United States Department of Agriculture because of administration reaction to media reports on video excerpts from her address to an event of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People in March 2010 and commentary posted by blogger Andrew Breitbart on his website.

Based on these excerpts, the NAACP condemned Sherrod's remarks as racist and U.S. government officials called on the official to resign. But, when the story was understood to be about the NAACP audience reaction to Sherrod's story, and not Sherrod at all, the NAACP and White House officials apologized. In addition, United States Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack apologized for the firing and offered Sherrod a new position.

Sherrod would file a lawsuit for defamation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against Andrew Breitbart, Breitbart.com TV chief Larry O'Connor, and a "John Doe," who, according to the complaint, is "an individual whose identity has been concealed by the other defendants and who, according to defendant Breitbart, was involved in the deceptive editing of the video clip and encouraged its publication with the intent to defame Mrs. Sherrod."

On April 18, 2011, Breitbart and O'Connor filed joint motions for dismissal on First Amendment grounds, known in legal circles as an "anti-SLAPP motion." The motion argued that Breitbart's "1400-word, July 19, 2010 commentary... that is the subject of Sherrod’s lawsuit" was in the context of a "months-long and very loud public clash between Tea Party conservatives and the NAACP and its allies in Congress."

The motion was denied, and on February 15, 2012, the U.S. District Court issued a six-page "statement of reasons" which accused Breitbart and O'Connor of wasting "a considerable amount of judicial and litigant resources" on their "'novel' if not overreaching motion."

On March 2012, Andrew Breitbart died of heart failure. He remained a named party in Sherrod’s lawsuit until August 2013, when Sherrod’s lawyers moved to name Susie Bean Breitbart, his widow, as defendant in the lawsuit.

In 2014, Sherrod's lawyers indicated that U.S. executive branch privilege may play a role in the suit

To this day, most on the racist right believe that Sherrod is a "racist". Her image was severely tarnished.

Tom Vilsack, the current USDA chief is being subpoenaed to court  Lawyers for Sherrod and O'Connor said Friday that they had subpoenaed Vilsack for deposition earlier this week. They did so after U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon said in a hearing Monday that Vilsack's testimony could speed up the conclusion of the case. The USDA referred calls to the Justice Department, which did not respond to a request to confirm that Vilsack had been subpoenaed.

When Sherrod's full speech to an NAACP group earlier that year came to light, it became clear that her remarks about an initial reluctance to help a white farmer decades ago were not racist but an attempt at telling a story of racial reconciliation. Once that was obvious, Sherrod received public apologies from the administration — even from President Barack Obama himself — and an offer to return to the Agriculture Department, which she declined.

Sherrod's lawyers have been pushing the government to release more documents and emails in an effort to get more information on her ouster. At one point, the judge said that deposing Vilsack, who has said he alone made the decision to seek Sherrod's resignation, might be a quicker route to the information.

The case is one of the first high-profile federal lawsuits to test bloggers' freedom of speech rights, and large news organizations including The New York Times Co., The Washington Post Co. and Dow Jones & Company have filed friend-of-the-court briefs in the suit.

Sherrod's lawsuit says the incident affected her sleep and caused her back pain. It contends that she was damaged by having her "integrity, impartiality and motivations questioned, making it difficult (if not impossible) for her to continue her life's work assisting poor farmers in rural areas" even though she was invited to return to the department.

Lawyers for the bloggers argue the blog post was opinion and did not defame Sherrod.

The Breitbart empire is collapsing. Nothing of the shit is sticking to the wall. With the passing of Andrew Breitbart death, the company is left with no motivation.

O'Keefe, Giles and Dana Loesh left Beirtbart on sour terms. Joel Pollack went to Crazy Jones and InfoWars. Ben Shapiro left the company to jump onto agitator radio.

DHS Worker Turns Out To Be A Black Extremist!

The Black Extremist worked for the Department of Homeland Security for four years.

How's that government job working out for you?

Department Of Homeland Security warned about homegrown extremism. Who would've thought it was in their own ranks?

A Black extremist was canned with no prejudice. He was propping up his side work, an extremist website targeting Whites, gays and Blacks who associate with Whites.

The Associated Press reports that The Homeland Security Department says the employee ran a racist website predicting and advocating a race war was put on paid administrative leave.

An acquisitions officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement who deals with small businesses, Ayo Kimathi, operates the website War on the Horizon. It includes descriptions of an "unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race." Kimathi is black.

Kimathi has been with the department since 2009. He was told Friday that he is being put on paid administrative leave.

His website criticizes whites, gays, those of mixed race, and blacks who integrate with whites. The Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups, earlier this week reported on Kimathi's role in running the site.

Kimathi hasn't responded to email and phone calls requesting for comment.

Will they tie this individual to President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Trayvon Martin or some imaginary Black person?

I happen to take a look at the page and found it to be quite disturbing.

In his mission statement it reads:

War on the Horizon (WOH) is a Haitianist organization created for the purpose of preparing Black people worldwide for an unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race.  whites around the world are absolutely determined to exterminate Afrikan people in all corners of the Earth.

As a result of this reality, WOH has dedicated our time and expertise to properly educating Black people to prepare for Racial Warfare.  This includes intellectual, spiritual, psychological, and physical preparation for a global clash that will mean the end of white rule on this planet or the end of the Black Race as we know it.

Please review the information on our site to understand the threat our people are facing so that you may make the right decisions in preparation for this reality.

We'll See You on the Battlefield!

Hey conservatives:  He's not a fan of President Barack Obama.

In his writings he's criticizing the president on his stance on gay marriage. The president endorsed it in 2012.

But long before he took the office, this extremist had wrote:

However, with this new political administration operating under the guise of “change,” our people are in for a world of pain.  This magic mulatto, who popped out of nowhere and became the president of the usa, has Black people in amerikkka, Afrika, and the entire world ready to bend over and accept anything that’s put before us including “homosexuality.”  It was made clear with Proposition 8 in California that Black people are the last hold out against accepting this filthy byproduct of white supremacy – “homosexuality.”  70% of the Black people who voted in California, voted against “gay marriage.”  Why?  It is not because of our religion, our political affiliation, nor our education.  We voted against gay marriage because “homosexuality” is wrong!  And why should we support the marriage of gays when we don’t support the notion that there should be gays at all?  Our question is “What’s wrong with a Black man with a Black woman?”  It works just fine for those of us who are still sane.

So where does Barack Obama come in?  The following clip will be disturbing for all of our brothers and sisters out there who believe Barack Obama loves Black people.  He actually brags to a room full of “homosexuals” about ridiculing the Black Church for not accepting “homosexuality.” He clearly loves someone, but it is not us.  It appears that if you don’t throw grenades at Palestinian babies or bend over backwards for other men, you don’t receive any attention from Obama’s white house.  Watch the entire clip below to get a good understanding of where Mr. Obama stands on his commitment to the “gay” community and the Black community.

He almost sounds like a conservative the way he's writing and ranting. He's just another list of extremist who want to destroy the Black community with hate.

He doesn't help us Brothers and Sisters of the Afrikan heritage. He's quite the opposite.

He doesn't want Brothers engaging in with White women. For one thing, I love all women not just Black. I love women who are White, Latina, Asian or Native American. I don't care what their skin color is, as long as they love me, I'm cool with it.

He doesn't want our Sisters to be involved in relationships with men who aren't Black. So you figure that a Black woman marrying a White man is a "sell out" because she perceives that a Black man could be a dead beat father or abusive lover? So it's perfectly clear that in his mind the Black women are a dying species.

He doesn't think our Brothers and Sisters are entitled to love someone who's of the same sex. So it's against the principles that two men or two women love each other? It's none of our business whether they love each other. They're not hurting me or this bigot.

He can't get through his narrow minded head that the world is changing and he and the White racists that hate him are dying off.

This Ayo Kimathi isn't my Brother or Kin. He's just a bigot only with Black skin.

This video contains disturbing language, take discretion in viewing this.

ACORN Pimp Gets His Obama Phone!

Controversial agitator goes after the Lifeline program. The so-called OBAMA Phone.

Again in a country where cell phones outnumber landline phones, the Lifeline Phone program is needed to help the poor, the rural and the elderly obtain phones for emergencies. Unfortunately, there are some who take advantage of a great program to help the needy.

That's where the serial agitators in the junk food media come into play. Hence forth, James O'Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas and Breitbart contributor.

The famous "ACORN pimp" is running around with the camera again trying to create a scandal where there's none. He's now tackling the "OBAMA" phone program.

Again he's looking to find an unwilling sucker. He'll send an undercover "reporter" to a business or an event.

The person is asking unsuitable questions to the unwilling sucker. Then the questions are doctored and edited heavily to make it seem like the person said something totally outrageous and it draws the attention of That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall and the other one, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win.

The conservative agitator is dubbing himself "Ashton Kutcher of the Conservative movement".

After getting off federal probation and shelving out some heavy stacks to those he gotten fired, the ACORN pimp is now looking forward to exposing more waste in government. He is now ready to pick up where he left off in his crusade to expose corruption in the halls of power, beginning with footage that shows shady practices in the government-subsidized cellphone program.
Asshole legislator Senator David Vitter (R-Louisiana).
The New York Daily News and The Daily Mail reports O'Keefe released Tuesday another feature and it's driving the conservative/white supremacist bubble nuts.

Undercover video shot in May by a conservative activist shows two corporate distributors of free cell phones handing out the mobile devices to people who have promised to sell them for drug money, to buy shoes and handbags, to pay off their bills, or just for extra spending cash.

The 'Obama phone,' which made its ignominious YouTube debut outside a Cleveland, Ohio presidential campaign event last September, is a project of the Federal Communications Commission's 'Lifeline' program, which makes land line and mobile phones available to Americans who meet low-income requirements.

Lifeline was a $2.19 billion program in 2012.

Recipients most commonly demonstrate their need by flashing an Electronic Benefits Transfer card to verify their eligibility for welfare payments, or by bringing tax statements to a phone provider.

The phones' legitimate purposes include poverty-level job applicants' use as contact numbers for job interviews and emergency contacts for children of single parents.

But when James O'Keefe, whose Project Veritas is a perennial thorn in the side of progressive policymakers, sent an undercover actor into a Stand Up Wireless location in Philadelphia, the man's stated purpose was to buy drugs.

"Once you guys give me this phone, it's my phone?" he asked an employee inside a Philadelphia brick-and-mortal Stand Up Wireless location. "I can, like, sell it and stuff?"

"Whatever you want to do with it," the worker replied.

"So I'm [going to] get some money for heroin," he offered.

The employee coolly responded, "Hey, I don't judge."

Salespeople working for Stand Up Wireless and TerraCom Wireless - the two companies featured in the video footage - were willing to assign phones to applicants who said they would immediately sell them instead of using them according to the program's guidelines.

O'Keefe published a five-minute compilation of his video investigation Tuesday morning, along with a longer reel of raw footage. MailOnline has reviewed both. His book, 'Breakthrough: Our Guerrilla War to Expose Fraud and Save Democracy,' went on sale Tuesday.

The conservative agitator's antics usually reach members of Congress. Arkansas Republican congressman Tim Griffin is trying to cut the "OBAMA" phone off.

Griffin is most concerned with what he sees as corporate welfare in the phone program.

"It's not fair that people who work, save and pay for their cell phones are forced to fund the Lifeline program that pads the pockets of people like Carlos Slim, the foreign billionaire who has repeatedly been named the World’s Richest Man," Griffin said.

"The tactics used by many of these companies demonstrate that their focus is on maximizing profits, not helping low-income individuals or saving taxpayers money."

Senator David Vitter (R-Louisiana) is another one who wants to kill off the cell phone program.

The controversial senator have pushed to eliminate cell phones from the program, leaving the land line portion intact for emergencies and career-building uses.

"The free government cell phones issue just keeps getting more outrageous," Vitter told MailOnline.

"This phone program has expanded far beyond its original intent, and having Washington force people to pay for free cell phones for others is offensive enough, but the waste, fraud and abuse is beyond words."

Vitter attempted to attach his legislation to the Farm Bill this month, but Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) blocked a vote. For his recent efforts, Vitter has attracted attack ads in his own district from TracFone.

The Lifeline program began in 1984, before cell phones were commercially widespread. Since mobile phones were added to the program in 2008, a Vitter spokesman told MailOnline, costs related to non-land line phones have increased twelve-fold.
Congressman Tim Griffin (R-Akansas) is another politicians who wants to meddle in the business of the poor and needy.
The FCC completed a review of Lifeline's criteria and expenses in 2012, and agreed on a new regimen of standards that the agency says will bring $2 billion in savings by the end of 2014.

Changes included a requirement for marketers to 'recertify' every phone recipient on an annual basis and to obtain proof of income eligibility from every new enrolled, steps that weren't taken previously.

The FCC also found 1.1 million 'duplicate' subscriptions that exceeded the one-per-household limit. That number amounted to more than 9 per cent of the program's enrollments, according to an agency press release.

Still, the FCC insists that Lifeline's mobile component, the so-called 'Obama phone,' is worth saving.

Again, this is what the conservative/white supremacist bubble worries their pathetic asses off. This kind of stuff is probably less than 5% of the nation's economic turmoils. We spend over billions in Afghanistan and Iraq and lost thousands of lives.

Yet, one severely poor person can't use a "OBAMA" phone to a call for a job interview. A 911 call isn't worth it if they've remove the pay phones. An older American can't get a phone.

The ACORN Pimp is usually deceiving people with these videos. But if you're interested in viewing it. Go ahead, it's not worth my time to watch a bunch of idiots fall victim to the character actor.

Kermit Gosnell: The Philly Doc Killing Babies! [NSFW]

Dr. Kermit Gosnell, an abortion doctor who is facing murder charges.

Warning: This commentary contains disturbing images. Take extreme discretion when reading this.

I've avoided this controversy for the longest. I didn't care about it.

I wasn't interested in it. I felt this was another attempt by the conservative agitators to single out Black Americans and single women who decide to make a choice.

Let's first get this honest opinion out the way. I can testify to being considered pro-life (or commonly known as anti-choice). I am not in favor of abortions. I don't believe killing a fetus. However, I don't endorse the tactics of those who are anti-choice.

To make this clear: I don't support abortions but I don't decide on how a woman makes a choice. I don't want to push my beliefs upon a woman's choice to have one. When a woman makes a choice, it actually affects them. Seriously, it does. Once they have this, they go through a depression stage and eventual regret.

This isn't an easy decision. It's really difficult and you can't change what is done!

I can relate to being a person who witnessed an abortion. I dated a "married" woman last year. This woman was having an affair while her husband was spending time in the iron college.

She gotten pregnant and we both freaked out. She decided that she would want this. I disagreed and felt that the impact could be devastating for her, me and her husband. The decision to have the choice was squarely hers and not mine.

To go to the local clinic in a nearby suburb was very awkward to say at least. Abortion providers have provided armed security for the doctors, workers and patients. The moment we entered the building we were searched for weapons. We were told to show our identification, fill out a waiver to determine legal status and were expected risks if anything should happen upon this decision.
The office where Gosnell operated.
The protesters came within an hour and were standing across the street with offensive signs and chants of religious extremism. They've harassed women and men who walked near that facility.

She had it. To this day, if not a rarely, we don't talk about it. It's a "painful" memory to say at least.

To this day, I've been more distant from the rest of the world. I've came to the conclusion it's a dog eat dog world. I've came to conclusion that I can't win! So I don't make no bones about staying off the social networks, keep limited associations with friends and family, and not be so giving!

I know I'm a caring and giving person. That's considered my weakness. But this and many other things that occur gives me a pause. It made me more reclusive and distant. It made me throw my hands up and say that's it: I don't care no more about people.

Why should I?

I mean how many of your friends look out for you in a time of need?

The decision was difficult. It made me more of a human. I made me realize that reality is.....well you know!

So I continue forth with a stronger mind and a better life. I have hopes of settling down with an eventual wife or girlfriend someday.

To this day, any abortion provider is in fear of a White extremist's assassination attempt. About four years ago, Dr. George Tiller of Kansas was one of the nation's only late term providers. He and two others provide late term for women who pregnancies were in danger. Tiller was gunned down by a White extremists while attending church service. Due to the constant agitation from Loserville and their host Bill O'Reilly (aka Bill-O), the abortion provider was killed in cold blood in front of his family. The shooter Scott Roeder was inspired by White extremists Lila Rose and Terry Randell. The man watched Loserville's propaganda campaign against late term abortion providers.
Gosnell and two nurses (wife and his daughter) were arrested.
Bill-O denied his rhetoric motivated extremism. Since then, he's toned down slightly on his rhetoric and did express remorse for the death of Tiller. But you don't hear much about Bill-O in the news. We're more focused on Fox News (aka Loserville), Sean Hannity (aka The Guy Who Helped Obama Win), Matt Drudge (aka The Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall), Glenn Beck (aka Chalk E Becker) and Rush Limbaugh (aka King Hippo).

These conservative agitators have inspired extremists rhetoric from those who have issues with race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, education, political and economic standings. They've created a poisonous environment not only in the junk food media, but also in Washington, DC.

The whistleblower.
These individuals have created liberal retaliation (i.e. Huffington Post, Raw Story, TPM, Daily Kos, MSNBC, Ed Schultz, Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, Stephanie Miller, Alan Colmes, and Al Sharpton).

These conservative agitators have made it more difficult for Republicans to reach out to groups they've gravely lost in the previous election.

The conservative agitators blame the junk food media for a "blackout" of this story.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a Philadelphia based abortion provider who is facing some serious charges.

The doctor practiced in an abortion clinic that was considered a horror according to clients and former workers.

The doctor was charged with capital murder in regards to his reckless handling of born children.

Republicans and their conservative allies criticized the rest of the junk food media for "lacking the courage" to expose such a horrible man.

Gosnell on his part singled out Loserville for the numerous death threats and reputation being dragged through the mud.

Gosnell is on trial for first and third degree murder, illegal prescribing of drugs, conspiracy related to corruption, and illegal abortions and related medical malpractice offenses, at his abortion practice.

Gosnell was arrested in January 2011 and charged—along with other crimes and various co-defendant employees—with eight counts of murder resulting from gross medical malpractice in treatment of patients at his clinics. The murder charges related to a patient who died while under his care and seven newborns said to have been killed after being born alive during attempted abortions. Through his lawyer, Gosnell denied the allegations.
The DEA and FBI photos of dead fetus in trash bags.
The charges of murder were recommended by a grand jury against Gosnell and several employees.

CNN reported in March 2011 that prosecutors were considering seeking the death penalty.

Before the trial opened, all defendants apart from Gosnell and one other had already pled guilty to similar charges (including for some, charges of third degree murder); several had testified to "snipping" the spines of babies. One of these, Steven Massof, testified that he had personally done this over a hundred times, describing it as a "standard procedure" at the clinics.

The trial of Gosnell and the last remaining defendant began on March 18, 2013.

In February 2010 under a search warrant by investigators from the FBI and state police, Gosnell's office was raided. The raid was the result of a months-long investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Philadelphia Police Department, and the State's Dangerous Drug-Offender Unit into suspected illegal drug prescription use at the practice. The investigation had also revealed the suspicious death of patient Karnamaya Mongar in 2009, which had in turn brought to light further information about unsanitary operations, use of untrained staff, and use of powerful drugs without proper medical supervision and control.
This was a fetus with its head decapitated.
Gosnell was arrested on January 19, 2011, five days after the certification of the Grand Jury's report. He was charged with eight counts of murder.

Prosecutors allege that he killed seven babies born alive by severing their spinal cords with scissors, and that he was also responsible for the death in 2009 of Karnamaya Mongar, a 41-year-old refugee from Bhutan, who died in his care. Gosnell's wife, Pearl, and eight other suspects were also arrested in connection with the case.

The Drug Enforcement Administration, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Office of the Inspector General also sought a 23-count indictment charging Gosnell and seven members of his former staff with drug conspiracy, relating to the practice's illegally prescribing highly-addictive painkillers and sedatives outside the usual course of professional practice and not for a legitimate medical purpose.

The third degree murder charge relates to Karnamaya Mongar; according to prosecutors, Gosnell's staff gave the 90-pound woman a lethal dose of anesthesia and painkillers. Gosnell's lawyer asserts that Karnamaya Mongar also had other drugs in her system that did not come from Gosnell's clinic, and that none of the infants were born alive.

The claim was rejected by the Grand Jury, based upon expert testimony that "it was the overdose of Demerol, not some mystery pill, that killed Mrs. Mongar."

The seven other murder charges are all of first degree murder; they relate to babies, whom staff have testified they saw move or cry after complete birth, and whose deaths are alleged to have resulted from subsequent lethal action.

They arise because of the "born alive rule", a principle of common law which stipulates that by default, for legal purposes, personhood arises – and therefore unlawful killing constituting murder becomes possible – immediately upon the victim's being born alive (several US states as well as Federal legislation have more specific laws to protect fetuses and newborn babies, see fetal rights and born alive laws in the United States). Steven Massof, a clinic employee who pleaded guilty to similar charges in 2011, testified that he (Massof) had snipped the spines of more than 100 babies after they had been born alive, and that this was considered "standard procedure" at the clinic; a number of other employees had also testified to the same point.
Leaked images of the dead fetuses and unhealthy work conditions at Gosnell's clinic.
No physical evidence exists for five of the seven cases — charges are based on staff testimony and denied by Gosnell. A photograph exists of the sixth, who allegedly had a gestational age of 30 weeks, and the physical remains were obtained of the seventh.

The Grand Jury report states that "A medical expert with 43 years of experience in performing abortions was appalled. This expert told us, 'I've never heard of it [cutting the spinal cord] being done during an abortion'."

Some in the junk food media are wondering why they didn't cover this?

The Huffington Post reports that the judge tossed three of eight murder charges Tuesday in the high-profile trial of Gosnell. Some of the the babies were born alive at a clinic they dubbed "a house of horrors."

Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72, still faces the death penalty if convicted on four remaining counts of first-degree murder involving babies he's accused of killing with scissors after they were born alive.
The graphic pictures of aborted fetuses.
Judge Jeffrey Minehart did not explain why he dismissed the three murder counts but apparently felt he had not heard sufficient evidence from prosecutors that those three babies were viable, born alive and then killed. Much of the evidence during the five-week prosecution case has come from the recollections of former staff members, though their testimony was bolstered by graphic photographs of some of the aborted babies.

Prosecutors argued that the babies were viable and that Gosnell and his staff cut the backs of their necks to kill them.

"Why would you cut a baby in the back of the neck unless you were killing it?" Assistant District Attorney Ed Cameron asked.

The defense questioned testimony from staffers who said they had seen babies move, cry or breathe. Defense lawyer Jack McMahon argued that each testified to seeing only one movement or breath.

"These are not the movements of a live child," McMahon said. "There is not one piece – not one – of objective, scientific evidence that anyone was born alive."

The judge also upheld murder charges in a patient's overdose death. Gosnell is charged with third-degree murder in the 2009 death of 41-year-old Karnamaya Mongar, a recent refugee to the U.S. who died after an abortion at hiss Women's Medical Society.

McMahon argued that third-degree requires malice, or "conscious disregard" for her life.

"She wasn't treated any differently than any of the other thousands of other people who went through there," McMahon argued Tuesday, in a preview of his likely closing arguments.

Prosecutors might concede that point themselves at closings, and argue that patients were routinely exposed to unsanitary, intentionally reckless conditions at the clinic. Former staffers have testified that patients received heavy sedatives and painkillers from untrained workers while Gosnell was offsite, and were then left in waiting rooms for hours, often unattended, before Gosnell arrived for the late-night surgeries.

Despite that, the workers testified that they had never seen a woman go into distress before Mongar. Yet a 2011 grand jury report alleges that dozens of women were injured at Gosnell's clinic over the past 30 years. Some left with torn wombs or bowels, some with venereal disease contracted through the reuse of non-sterilized equipment, and some left with fetal remains still inside them, the report alleged. And the report blamed Gosnell for an earlier maternal death that was not charged.

Cameron, in defending the Mongar charge, said it stemmed from the circumstances at Gosnell's clinic. They included the repeated medication dosages given by medical assistants; the doctor's absence during most of her two-day visit; and the hour it took to open a locked side door and take her by stretcher to an ambulance.
Graphic.
The defense motions to dismiss the various counts Tuesday offered a preview of closing arguments, which could come within the next week, especially if Gosnell chooses not to testify. A gag order prevents lawyers from disclosing their strategy.

A string of character witnesses testified Tuesday afternoon for Gosnell's co-defendant, Eileen O'Neill. She is charged with three counts of theft for practicing medicine without a license. Minehart dismissed six additional counts of that charge Tuesday.

Eight other former co-workers, including Gosnell's wife, Pearl, have pleaded guilty to charges ranging from third-degree murder to racketeering to performing illegal, late-term abortions.

Minehart upheld charges that Gosnell violated Pennsylvania's abortion laws by performing abortions after 24 weeks and failing to counsel women 24 hours before the procedure.

Gosnell had also been charged with five counts of abuse of a corpse, for removing the feet from aborted fetuses and storing them in specimen jars. McMahon argued that his client did so to keep DNA samples, and Minehart agreed to dismiss those counts.

Many conservatives believe the junk food media is shielding the president, popular entertainers, and those who support progressive causes.

Yeah, I missed it. I didn't have the stomach to cover it. But still, we here at Journal de la Reyna seek justice for the many victims (i.e. mothers) who were abused by this reckless doctor. He gave the extremists in the anti-choice movement more ammunition to make the case against safe and legal providers.

It could inspire many more "right of god" extremists. These individuals are driven with a bible verse and a firearm. These people are now motivated to target others who may eventually be caught doing the type of horrors that landed Gosnell in the situation he's facing.
