James Holmes Served!

White terrorist got an opportunity to see justice served to him.

The Aurora shooter was found guilty for the murder of 14. James Holmes was served up yesterday evening. The jury believed that despite the defense's attempts to paint him as a psychopath who needs treatment, the criminal act was callous enough for the jury to say he was competent. He had no remorse for the lives he's taken.

On July 20, 2012, at the premiere of The Dark Knight Rises, James Holmes walked into the theater in Aurora, CO, a suburb of Denver. He went in with a gas mask and an arsenal of firearms.

When he threw a tear gas canister into the aisles the people thought it was a joke. The moment the smoke plumed, people were escaping the smoke. Upon escaping, Holmes lit up the place.

Holmes would end up killing 14 innocent lives. Holmes was caught on the property. But as he was caught, he left a set of explosives in his apartment. He wanted neighbors to pound on his apartment door. When they would enter the home, the explosives would go off and kill more victims.

His plan was to throw the law off with the bombing before the shooting.

All mass shootings are regarded as terrorism. There's no need to add a feature to an act of senseless tragedy. I don't care about the shooter's race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, political views, or social class. The shooter committed an act of terrorism.

The agitators can pick what the actions inspired this shooter. I am guilty like everyone else when it comes to this. The one who deserves the blame is the shooter. It doesn't matter what politics you follow! The shooter clearly didn't care who was shot.

If you really want to change the ongoing mass shootings in America. You got to force Congress to do something about it. I rather see myself demanding Congress to work on stopping senseless tragedies like this.

Expect the inept Congress to do nothing about gun control and background checks.

A man who was just got married. A woman who reported the news survived a mass shooting in Canada. A man who save the life of his girlfriend. A father who wanted to take his girls to a movie. A man who served in the two wars. These victims were killed by that White terrorist. He didn't care who he killed.
He was served. One on explosive charges (federal), 140 counts of attempted murder (state), 24 counts of capital (state/federal first and second degree murder),

During the U.S. Presidential Elections, President Barack Obama and perennial loser Mitt Romney both express sorrow for the families.

The president called upon the inept Congress to do something about gun control. Romney went around and bitched about how the president was exploiting a tragedy.
Holmes listens to the testimony of victims. Again showing no remorse.
The spineless Democrats who feared losing their chances in the Senate didn't push for reform.

When the president won and the Democrats gained a few more seats, in December, Adam Lanza went into a Connecticut school and lit the place up. He ended up killing 25 people. One was his mother. Lanza's killed little children, their teachers and the principal. The Sandy Hook shooting tragedy is one of the worst event in American history.

Holmes is alive to face his victims he didn't kill and their families of those who were lost.

Holmes will now learn if he lives or dies. The jury now goes into the sentencing phase.

As Holmes got served, Mohammad Yoseff Abdulezze went into two U.S. Armed Forces facilities and lit the place up. He ends up killing four Marines. Three years to the day of Aurora. Abduleeze was gunned down by the police after he was chased. He ended up injuring 10 in this mass shooting.

World News Today send our condolences to those lost in the Aurora tragedy.

James Brady Passes Away!

James Brady passed away.

An advocate for gun control and nemesis of the National Rifle Association passed away. The family confirmed that former press secretary under Ronald Reagan, James Brady (aka The Bear) died.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of James Brady.

"We are heartbroken to share the news that our beloved Jim 'Bear' Brady has passed away after a series of health issues," the statement said. "His wife, Sarah, son, Scott, and daughter, Missy, are so thankful to have had the opportunity to say their farewells."

Brady served as press secretary under President Ronald Reagan. In an assassination attempt on Reagan in 1981, Brady was shot and left permanently disabled.
Ronald Reagan and James Brady the moment John Hinkley
James Brady and his wife Sarah, founded the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence--formerly known as Handgun Control, Inc., co-founded by N.T. "Pete" Shields--Brady subsequently lobbied for stricter handgun control and assault weapon restrictions. The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, also known as "the Brady Bill", was named in his honor.

Brady received the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws from McKendree College, Lebanon, Illinois, in 1982. Sarah and James Brady were each awarded a doctorate degree (of Humane Letters) by Drexel University in 1993. In 1994, James and Sarah received the S. Roger Horchow Award for Greatest Public Service by a Private Citizen, an award given out annually by Jefferson Awards.

In 1996, Brady received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Bill Clinton, the highest civilian award in the United States.

The Press Briefing Room at the White House was renamed after Brady as the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room in his honor in 2000.

Jim touched the lives of so many and has been a wonderful husband, father, friend and role model. We are enormously proud of Jim's remarkable accomplishments -- before he was shot on the fateful day in 1981 while serving at the side of President Ronald Reagan and in the days, months and years that followed. Jim Brady's zest for life was apparent to all who knew him, and despite his injuries and the pain he endured every day, he used his humor, wit and charm to bring smiles to others and make the world a better place.

Over the years, Jim inspired so many people as he turned adversity into accomplishment. Whether working to prevent others from becoming victims of gun violence, mentoring his Sigma Chi brothers, or working to improve the lives of Americans with disabilities, Jim used his many talents and can-do attitude to make a difference in the lives of others. We believe with all our hearts that he did.

While we mourn the loss of our Bear, we take comfort in the time we had with him and the marked impact he had on us and so many other lives. He will forever live on in our memories and in the powerful example he set for all of us.

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama issued a statement:

Michelle and I send our deepest condolences to the family of former White House Press Secretary James Brady on his passing. Jim is a legend at the White House for his warmth and professionalism as press secretary for President Reagan; for the strength he brought to bear in recovering from the shooting that nearly killed him 33 years ago; and for turning the events of that terrible afternoon into a remarkable legacy of service through the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. Since 1993, the law that bears Jim’s name has kept guns out of the hands of dangerous individuals. An untold number of people are alive today who otherwise wouldn’t be, thanks to Jim

Every day, reporters and White House staffers walk past a plaque marking the day in 2000 that the White House Briefing Room was renamed the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room. It reads, “May his courage and dedication continue to inspire all who work in this room and beyond.” Those words will endure, as will his legacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jim’s wife Sarah, who has been Jim’s steadfast partner in advocacy, and their children Scott and Melissa.

AK 47 Creator Passes Away!

Michael Kalashikov.jpg
I wanted to make things for the good of people. It's not my fault that you use this stuff to kill people!

If you're popping off a round from the AK 47, you probably showing your condolences to the founder of the powerful firearm.

Mikhail Kalashnikov, a former Soviet Union inventor created the popular firearm died this week.

He died at the age of 94.

A former tank commander for the Soviet Union’s Red Army, Kalashnikov began designing rifles after an injury in World War II sent him to the hospital and soon earned the nation’s highest honors for designing mass-produced, highly efficient guns.

His most famous assault rifle design was the AK 47, one of the most famous assault rifles in the history of ever (and is so iconic that it is actually on the flag of Mozambique). According to the Kalashnikov family, over 100 million AK 47s have ever been produced, many of them illegal copies of the original, and have been used in practically every major conflict in the past sixty-five years.

I wonder if the racist right didn't know they're Communists?

After all they're so scared over Communism. They're calling the first Black president a "gun grabbing Communist" because he believes those type of weapons were used in multiple mass shootings over the past fifteen years.

Columbine, Virginia Tech, Sandy Hook, Aurora and Tucson were examples of the AK 47 and AR 15 being used in mass shootings. But that's okay, as long as we continue to use them, our friend Mikhail Kalashnikov is the one guy who you thank for the stubborn gridlock by Republicans.

When he was on Loserville in 2007, he told the interviewer
File:AK-47 type II Part DM-ST-89-01131.jpg
The world's most popular firearm is the AK 47.
“I sleep well. It’s the politicians who are to blame for failing to come to an agreement and resorting to violence,” Kalashnikov said Friday at a ceremony marking the birth of the rifle, whose initials stand for “Avtomat Kalashnikov”…

“Blame the Nazi Germans for making me become a gun designer,” said Kalashnikov, frail but sharp at age 87. “I always wanted to construct agriculture machinery.”

You can sleep well knowing that so many innocent people who aren't causalities of war were victims of your invention. Hey, that's what counting money feels like. It's like counting bullets.

Tragedy In Washington, DC!

File:Washington Navy Yard aerial view 1985.jpg
The DC Shipyard (or known as the Navy Yard) is within two miles of the U.S. Capitol. There's a breaking news event happening. There's a report of a shooting at the Yard.

Reports of a mass shooting once again sparks the feverish pitch for gun control. This time it happens in the lawmakers' backyard. The last mass shooting events were the Boston Marathon bombing, the Christopher Donner situation, the Newtown's Sandy Hook school shooting, and Aurora movie theater shooting.

There's a mass shooting at the Navy Yard and it's a report (not confirmed) that four people are dead and their are looking for the shooter.

Like the last time we've covered an event we've jumped to conclusions about who the individual was.

The mistake of jumping to conclusion is solely relied on the agitators. What CNN and the Associated Press is reporting that their are fatalities (confirmed). As far as they know it's ten people (not confirmed).

The Washington, DC police have responded immediately to the event. They have the possibility of more than one gunman (not confirmed).

When the DC police got to the investigation there were scenes of a mass causality event.

President Barack Obama, DC Mayor Vincent Gray and lawmakers were informed about the event.

The cable news networks are covering it. And it's not on the local news yet. But if they go live, it's a mass fatality event and it's another one for the record books.

Every mass shooting in America sparks the push for reasonable gun control. The National Rifle Association located in nearby Fairfax, Virginia has been lobbying members of Congress to stop legislation that restrict the usage of firearms.

They've deem President Barack Obama an enemy of the "Second Amendment".

They tuck their tails between their legs whenever a mass shooting comes forth. And these events, will even affect reasonable gun rights advocates. Some may look at this as a way to push for restrictions to have high powered firearms and undisputed variable magazine clips.

Anymore information will come from CNN, the Associated Press and Wikipedia.

Shooting Military Building
We here at Journal de la Reyna will not assume who the shooter is! All we need to know is that an event happened and we're going to cover it as best as we can.

Wikipedia details the events. On September 16, 2013, a shooting took place at the yard at around 8:20 a.m EDT. Shots were fired at the headquarters for the Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters building #197. A search for the shooter(s) is ongoing.

At least 10 people, including 8 civilians, 1 law enforcement officer and one military officer, were shot. Four of which were fatalities according to the United States Navy and Metro Police officials.

The United States Navy continued to tweet throughout the ordeal, revealing that a shelter in place order had been instructed after the initial shots were fired.

Multiple schools have been locked down, and many roadways and bridges have been closed.

The Associated Press reports a confirmation of death. At least 14 people, including at least 12 civilians, 1 D.C. police officer and one base officer, were shot. Seven fatalities have been reported.

US Shooting Military Building
At least 3 victims, a male police officer and two female civilians, were in critical condition and are being treated at Georgetown University Hospital.

At least one gunman opened fire inside a building at the Washington Navy Yard on Monday morning, and officials said six people were killed and at least four were wounded, including a law enforcement officer.

Police were looking for two other potential gunmen wearing military-style uniforms, including one who had on a beret, chief Cathy Lanier said.

Authorities have identified the dead shooter as a Navy employee whose work status had been changed earlier this year, said a federal government official who spoke only on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to speak on the record. While that may suggest the motive was job related, authorities haven't ruled out anything including terrorism, the official said. Lanier said she didn't think the other gunmen were part of the military.

Witnesses described a gunman opening fire from the fourth floor, aiming down on people in the first-floor cafeteria. Others said a gunman fired at them in a third-floor hallway. It wasn't clear whether the witnesses on different floors were describing the same gunman.

As emergency vehicles flooded the streets around the complex, a helicopter hovered overhead, nearby schools were on lockdown and airplanes at nearby Reagan National Airport were briefly grounded so they wouldn't interfere with law enforcement choppers. Less than 2 miles away, security was beefed up at the U.S. Capitol and other federal buildings, but officials said there was no known threat.

President Barack Obama mourned what he called "yet another mass shooting" in the U.S. that he says took the life of American patriots. Obama promised to make sure "whoever carried out this cowardly act is held responsible."

Two Navy officials confirmed at least six people had died. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the situation publicly.

About 3,000 people work at the Naval Sea Systems Command headquarters, which builds, buys and maintains the Navy's ships and submarines and combat systems.

Todd Brundidge, an executive assistant with Navy Sea Systems Command, said he and other co-workers encountered a gunman in a long hallway of their building on the third floor. The gunman was wearing all blue, he said.

"He just turned and started firing," Brundidge said.

Terrie Durham, an executive assistant with the same agency, said she also saw the gunman firing toward her and Brundidge.

"He aimed high and missed," she said. "He said nothing. As soon as I realized he was shooting, we just said, 'Get out of the building.'"

Rick Mason, a program management analyst who is a civilian with the U.S. Navy, said a gunman was shooting from a fourth floor overlook in the hallway outside his office. He said the gunman was aiming down at people in the building's cafeteria.

Shortly after the gunfire, Mason said someone on an overhead speaker told workers to seek shelter and later to head for the gates at the complex.

Patricia Ward, a logistics management specialist, said she was in the cafeteria getting breakfast.

"It was three gunshots straight in a row — pop, pop, pop. Three seconds later, it was pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, so it was like about a total of seven gunshots, and we just started running," Ward told reporters several blocks away from the Navy Yard.

Ward said security officers started directing people out of the building with guns drawn.

Police and federal agents from multiple law enforcement agencies responded. Ambulances were parked outside, streets in the area were closed and departures from Reagan National Airport were temporarily halted for security reasons.

Janis Orlowski, chief operating officer of Washington Hospital Center, told reporters the hospital was treating three gunshot victims in critical condition. One was Washington, D.C., metropolitan police officer and two were civilian women.

Orlowski said the police officer was in the operating room with gunshot wounds to the legs. A woman had a gunshot wound to the shoulder and the other had gunshot wounds to the head and hand.

District of Columbia schools officials said 12 public and charter schools and one administrative building in the vicinity of the Navy Yard were placed on lockdown. The action was taken out an abundance of caution, schools spokeswoman Melissa Salmanowitz said.

The Homeland Security Department said security was stepped up at federal buildings in Washington as a precaution in the wake of the shooting.

Naval Sea Systems Command is the largest of the Navy's five system commands and accounts for a quarter of the Navy's entire budget. Only security personnel were allowed to be armed on the campus.

The Navy Yard has three gates, according to its website. One is open 24/7, and must be used by visitors. A second gate is only for military and civilian Defense Department employees and the other is for bus traffic.

The Navy Yard is part of a fast-growing neighborhood on the banks of the Anacostia River in southeast Washington, just blocks from Nationals Park.

THE SUSPECT IS BELIEVED TO BE A BLACK MAN WITH A CLEAN SHAVEN BALD HEAD.

IDENTIFIED AS AARON ALEXIS. HE WAS KILLED IN FIREFIGHT WITH THE LAW. HE IS THE LONE GUNMAN.

CONFIRMED THAT 12 PEOPLE ARE DEAD. THE SHOOTER IS CONFIRMED KILLED.

THERE WILL BE MORE DETAILS TO EMERGE AS THIS EVENT UNFOLDS!

CO Republican State Lawmaker Plays Chicken With Black People!

Hence an irony: The Republican lawmaker on the left is serving food that makes people obese.

This week in unlikely bigotry comes from a state senator from the state of Colorado. The state representative was in meeting with her fellow representatives discussing a serious budget issue. The issue soon turned into "I THINK I KNOW WHAT THESE BLACK FOLK ARE EATING" moment.

Vicki Marble is a state legislator for the U.S. State of Colorado. Elected to the Colorado State Senate as a Republican in 2012, Marble represents State Senate District 23, which encompasses parts of Broomfield, Larimer, and Weld Counties; including Broomfield, Erie, Longmont, North Glenn, and Windsor.

She developed barrel racing skills and became a nationally-ranked Pro Rodeo Barrel Racer. During her rodeo career, Marble also raised two young sons. She has managed her own businesses since.

Prior to her legislative career, Marble served on the Larimer Country Rural Land Use Board as well as the 8th Judicial District Performance Commission.

Marble owns and maintains two businesses in the bail bonds industry in the Fort Collins area, and resides there with her two sons.

Vicki Marble, Colorado Senate Republican
Colorado Republican state senator Vicki Marble will tell you that "she has Black friends". She's probably eaten at the local KFC where she see probably seen LaQuinsha or Tyrone feeding their eight children. After all she knows that since she's an aficionado of the Black culture, she a middle aged White woman would say that "we black folk" are embolden to chicken, watermelon, collard greens, and a 40 ounce.

But a clear look at her Facebook page shows not many Black or Hispanic friends in a sea of White faces.

She'll tell you that she supported Herman Cain's failed run for president. And probably show her love for Dr. Benjamin Carson if he should "shucky ducky" into the 2016 race for the White House.

Her first year in the state house and she's acting a damn fool. In other words, she's a rodeo clown investing in the iron college lottery (jail/bail bonds).

This week at an Economic Opportunity Poverty Reduction Task Force meeting at the Colorado State Capitol in Denver chaired by State Sen. John Kefalas, Marble ignited controversy and Democratic criticism when she gave a speech that included extensive comments on the eating habits of various minority groups.

"When you look at life expectancy, there are problems in the black race: sickle-cell anemia is something that comes up, diabetes is something that’s prevalent in the genetic makeup and you just can’t help it,” Marble said. “Although I’ve got to say, I’ve never had better BBQ and better chicken and ate better in my life than when you go down south and you — I love it.”

Further, Marble commented that "Mexicans eat vegetables in Mexico but stop eating healthily when they immigrate to the United States."
Colorado State Senator Rhonda Fields, a Democrat checked Marble on her comments.
Fellow state legislator Rhonda Fields, an African-American and Democrat from Aurora, Colorado was also present wished she could have smack that woman up. But she had to hold restraint because she's a lawmaker and she didn't want to be a focus on Loserville.

“The title for this committee is the Economic Opportunity Poverty Reduction Task Force; and one of the things I will not tolerate is racist and insensitive comments about African Americans, the color of their skin. You mentioned what we eat — I was highly offended by your remarks,” Fields said, addressing Marble directly.

Marble then released a statement clarifying her remarks:

“My comments were not meant to be disparaging to any community,” she said. “I am saddened they were taken in that regard. I take my responsibility seriously and I hope our work on this committee will offer real solutions to the health and financial challenges of our vulnerable populations.”

You're not sadden by the comments. That's probably what you're thinking about Black people when you're trying to issue bail bonds to an innocent individual.

She's really off her marbles! NO PUN INTENDED.

One Year Later, We Remember Aurora!

The faces of victims in the horrible shooting at an Aurora movie theater.

Update: Two survivors are planning on getting married on the day of the American shooting to show that the madman who shot them can't stop their love and they thank those who kept them in their prayers.

Kristin Davis and Eugene Han will marry on the day after the shooting rampage.

Of course we here at Journal de la Reyna wish Mr. and Mrs. Han well wishes on their journey. They deserve happiness in the face of a horrible tragedy.

On Friday July 20, 2012, a madman went into a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado. The premiere of DC Comics The Dark Knight Rises was the highly anticipated Summer blockbuster.

The movie was going to generate nearly $1 billion in sales revenue. That Thursday was the night that hundreds of fans would camp out at their local movie theaters to see the premiere.

They had lines of people and tickets for midnight showings were sold out.

That Century 16 in Aurora was the scene of the one of the worst mass shootings in American history.

James Holmes, a young man suffering from chronic schizophrenia and constant rejection plotted and proceeded to carry out an attack on innocent movie goers.

As he entered the movie theater, he wasn't detected by movie ushers. He managed to get into one of the mass showing theaters. Holmes in a nonchalant fashion threw tear gas into the stands and then opened fire upon movie goers. The movie goers thought it was a joke and didn't know it was the real thing until the screaming started.

In this shooting, Holmes managed to kill 14 people and injure over 70 people. Holmes would later try to evade police capture. But it took a few eyes to spot the man as he was preparing to leave the state.
James Holmes the Aurora movie shooter.
Holmes was arrested. He confessed to the crime and also told the police that he booby trapped his home with massive explosives. The jurisdictions of Denver, Aurora and Glendale along with the ATF had to use weapons specialists to disarm all the traps he laid out.

If the traps weren't detected, many others would have died in a massive explosion.

That day I was off and I woke up to seeing ongoing news coverage of this tragedy. I thought to myself that the rise of RIGHT WING EXTREMISM continues in the age of President Barack Obama.

Holmes was charged with capital murder. His trial will begin soon. But it's often delayed because of the tendencies of delusional behavior by Holmes. The therapist who saw Holmes is under fire. Under the HIPPA law she wasn't able to discuss his problems. Despite even a valid threat he would of been if it was carried out, his therapist allowed it to happen.

The name of the victims are to be remembers tomorrow in Aurora.
  • Jonathan Blunk, age 24
  • Alexander J. Boik, age 18
  • Jesse Childress, age 29
  • Gordon Cowden, age 51
  • Jessica Ghawi, age 24
  • John Larimer, age 27

The families of the victims are pleading to Congress to get gun control back on the table.

I knew that since the Tucson shooting, the president didn't act on this. He pushed it aside because he feared the National Rifle Association and the Republicans would push this issue to the White extremists and doom his chances at reelection.
President Barack Obama hugs victims of Aurora shooting in 2012.
President Barack Obama and then Republican nominee perennial candidate Mitt Romney had expressed sorrow and outrage about the situation.

Both offered condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims. They've promise that justice will be done if there were ways to stop gun violence. They're promise to do something was broken.

This tragedy didn't get the ball running on gun control. It was taking a back burner because both presidential candidates were fearful of the NRA. And to make this clear, both wanted to play political posturing during this event.

The left blamed Republicans for lacking the balls to find solutions to reasonable gun control. The right blame Democrats for trying to push legislation that doesn't solve problems, it warrants more firearms on the street.
Eugene Han and Kristin Davis survived the mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado. They plan on getting married this weekend. They join many others in sharing thoughts and prayers to those lost in the Aurora shooting massacre.
Almost six months later, another mass shooting lead by a mentally insane person took the lives of 26 in third worst school shooting in American history.

Earlier this year, the Republicans in the U.S. Senate and a few Democrats blocked the passage of a watered down gun control bill sponsored by two conservative senators.

Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia) and Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pennsylvania) both tried a bipartisan bill in which it could have stopped unregistered firearms from ending up in the hands of the next mass murder.

That was blocked by the likes of Senators Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Mike Lee (R-Utah), Jim Inhofe (R-Oklahoma), Marco Rubio (R-Florida), Lindsay Graham (R-South Carolina), Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Max Baucus (D-Montana), Mark Pryor (D-Arkansas) and Heidi Heitkamp (D-North Dakota).

Of course if it would have passed, the Republican controlled House of Representatives would have killed the bill and it will be likely a continuous thing for the do-nothing Congress.

Unfortunately this gun control issue will continue to fell on deaf ears. These members of Congress

These morons have allowed more firearm tragedies to occur. Even in the April 2013 Boston Marathon bombing and Christopher Dorner situation, these Republicans and Democrats spit on the grave of all the victims in gun violence.

Too many people lost their lives in these senseless tragedies and this inept Congress is not budging a muscle.

Let's remind them.

INSTEAD OF CALLING IT RIGHT WING EXTREMISM, HOW ABOUT CALLING IT WHITE TERRORISM?

THIS IS AN ISSUE! IT'S INSPIRED BY THE ANGRY RHETORIC OF TALK RADIO, CHANGING DEMOGRAPHICS IN THE US POPULATION IN WHICH BLACKS AND HISPANICS ARE GROWING.

THIS IS INSPIRED BY ISSUES LIKE LEGISLATION THAT ROLL BACK FIREARMS.

THE PRESIDENT'S REELECTION ALSO ENRAGED MANY WHITE TERRORISTS ONLINE AND IN THE GENERAL PUBLIC!

THE CONSERVATIVE AGITATORS LIKE RUSH LIMBAUGH, MATT DRUDGE, MICHAEL SAVAGE, SEAN HANNITY, ALEX JONES, BILL O'REILLY AND GLENN BECK ENABLE THIS NONSENSE BY ACTIVELY DRIVING WEDGE ISSUES INTO THE SPOTLIGHT.

THE CULTURE WAR DEBATE OVER ENTITLEMENTS HAVE GIVEN CREDENCE TO EXTREMISTS WHO FOCUS THEIR HATRED OF THOSE THEY DEEM INFERIOR TO THEIR STANDINGS!

IN THEIR MENTALLY DISTURBED MINDS, THE WORLD IS COLLAPSING AND THEY'RE PREPARING FOR THE GREAT "RACE WAR"!

WHITE CONSERVATIVE MALES SEE BLACKS AS CRIMINALS, SINGLE MOTHERS/SINGLE WOMEN/INDEPENDENT WOMEN AS SLUTS, HISPANICS AS ILLEGALS, AND ASIANS AS PILLAGERS OF AMERICAN JOBS!

WHITE CONSERVATIVE MALES ARE OBSESSED WITH FIREARMS, POLITICS, BLAMING EVERYONE ELSE FOR THE COUNTRY'S WOES AND PROBABLY CARRY TENDENCIES TO CHEAT ON THEIR LOVERS (NOTE: SOME CONSERVATIVES ARE BLACK, HISPANIC, ASIAN AND/OR GAY)!

IF WE CAN GET RID OF OURSELVES OF REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS AND EVERY LOCALITY MAYBE THINGS COULD GET DONE!

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA NEEDS YOUR HELP TO GET THINGS DONE!

IF YOU SUPPORT HIM, HELP HIM GET THINGS DONE!

VOTE FOR TRAYVON MARTIN!

VOTE FOR SANDY HOOK!

VOTE FOR AURORA!

VOTE FOR GABRIELLE GIFFORDS!

AND YES, WE NEED A SERIOUS TALK ON RACE, GUNS, AND WOMEN!

F.U. Senate!

These are the faces of a bunch of politicos who blindly stand in the way of progress. Whether they're Republican or Democrat, our mission is clear: We got to uproot these politicos!

These guys aren't supporting the American people. They really need to see the graphic photos of people killed by gun violence. They really need to see the pictures of those injured in the Boston Marathon tragedy.

They need to talk to Trayvon Martin's family. They need to see the emotion that comes out of a mother or father who lost their child in the Sandy Hook shooting.  How about telling those movie-goers at Aurora, Colorado, they can have a 30 magazine clip!

Hell, ask Haydia Pendleton's family why you voted against gun control?

Ask those victims at the Clackamas Shopping Mall why you voted against gun control?

Ask how those people in Tuscon are doing? I mean it's was so long ago and it's not newsworthy to see Gabrielle Giffords walking with a cane and permanent brain damage.

These politicos are in the pocket of the special interest groups. These extremist groups who pocket their funds and perk them up to the brim with trips and goodies.

I am almost certain that President Barack Obama will have to continue the campaign onward and throughout his remaining years in office.

You never want to mess with a community organizer. The National Rifle Association pulled these ridiculous hypothetical themes to rile up White extremists. The RED State Democrats who voted against gun control will suffer.

The Senate leadership of Harry Reid (D-Nevada) and Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) joined the opposition mixture of four Democrats and 40 Republicans. They've voted in opposition of background checks for firearms.

*Note: Reid supported the legislation, but he voted against it for procedural reasons, in order to preserve the right to bring the measure back up. But Reid is a supporter of the NRA though.

If you're that scared of the NRA, I'll bet you'll be scared of the American voter.

I hope those you've let down turn out in droves to remove you're worthless asses out of the Senate.

I don't even care anymore about who's in control. As long as President Barack Obama is still in the White House there's going to be gridlock. The next president will also suffer the same fate once he/she is elected.

Think if a Republican was elected as president in 2016. The beginning of the first term for the Republican will be constant gridlock by the Democrats. And of course, they'll blame each other for failure of leadership.

BREAKING:  The FBI announced the arrest of Kenneth Curtis. According to the sources, Curtis from Tupelo, Mississippi managed to send ricin to these lawmakers and President Barack Obama.

We don't have a picture of the individual but we'll be on it as soon as it gets available.

Obama: We Can't Benefit From Ignorance!

President Barack Obama issues executive orders on the gun control. He will present his proposals to Congress. It's going to be a contentious fight with Republicans and the National Rifle Association.

From the Huffington Post, The New York Times and Associated Press, the president enacted gun control proposals by executive order.

The proposal, which comes at the end of a month-long review process spearheaded by Vice President Joe Biden, is broken down into four key subsections: law enforcement, the availability of dangerous firearms and ammunition, school safety and mental health.

In an effort to touch on all four of those elements, the president recommended requiring criminal background checks for all gun sales; reinstating the assault weapons ban; restoring a 10-round limit on ammunition magazines; eliminating armor-piercing bullets; providing mental health services in schools; allocating funds to hire more police officers; and instituting a federal gun trafficking statute, among other policies. The cost of the package, senior officials estimated, would be roughly $500 million, some of which could come from already budgeted funds.

Because these recommendations require congressional approval, the administration is supplementing its proposal with 23 executive actions that will be taken immediately. Those actions include requiring federal agencies to hand over relevant data for a background check system; providing law enforcement officials, first responders and school officials with better training for active shooting situations; directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence; and many more.

"I intend to use whatever weight this office holds to make them a reality," said the president, speaking about his full set of recommendations. "If there's even one life that can be saved, then we've got an obligation to try."

The approach is so sweeping that what would have otherwise been a headline-grabbing announcement received second billing. The president on Wednesday will nominate Byron Todd Jones, the acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, to take over the post permanently.

In total, the proposal goes beyond what most gun control advocates were hoping for at the start of Biden's review process, during which he held 22 different meetings with 229 different organizations and 31 elected officials.

"This is a monumental moment. It's a long time coming and we're thrilled the president's putting the full weight of his office behind this," said Josh Horowitz, executive director of the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence. "We're ready to push this thing through."

But putting together ideas is the easy part. Selling them on the Hill will take a bit of legislative craft.

The president goes into the forum with determination that he can get this done!

"I will put everything I've got into this and so will Joe [Biden]. But I tell you, the only way we can change is if the American people demand it," said Obama. "We are going to need voices in those areas and congressional districts where the tradition of gun ownership is strong."

"It can't just be the usual suspects," he continued. "This will not happen unless the American people demand it."

The gun-rights lobby has already signaled that it will try to block the administration's effort. A spokesman for the National Rifle Association did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the president's proposal. But the organization has already harshly criticized the Obama administration for overreach.

Ronald Reagan once wrote in the New York Times that he supported the Brady Gun Law. The 40th President Of The United States survived a near assassination. He was shot by John Hinckley, a man with mental issues and obsession with actress/director Jodie Foster.
President Ronald Reagan survived a point blank shooting by John Hinkley in 1981. The president was in Washington when the WHITE terrorist shot him. Reagan's press secretary at the time Jim Brady was severely injured and was left paralyzed.
Shot in March 1981, Ronald Reagan revisits it in the 1991 piece. He stated that 10 years ago a deranged young man standing among reporters and photographers shot a policeman, a Secret Service agent, my press secretary and me on a Washington sidewalk.

I was lucky. The bullet that hit me bounced off a rib and lodged in my lung, an inch from my heart. It was a very close call. Twice they could not find my pulse. But the bullet's missing my heart, the skill of the doctors and nurses at George Washington University Hospital and the steadfast support of my wife, Nancy, saved my life.

Jim Brady, my press secretary, who was standing next to me, wasn't as lucky. A bullet entered the left side of his forehead, near his eye, and passed through the right side of his brain before it exited. The skills of the George Washington University medical team, plus his amazing determination and the grit and spirit of his wife, Sarah, pulled Jim through. His recovery has been remarkable, but he still lives with physical pain every day and must spend much of his time in a wheelchair.
Victims of gun violence. The families of victims lost to the Sandy Hook tragedy in 2012.
Thomas Delahanty, a Washington police officer, took a bullet in his neck. It ricocheted off his spinal cord. Nerve damage to his left arm forced his retirement in November 1981.

Tim McCarthy, a Secret Service agent, was shot in the chest and suffered a lacerated liver. He recovered and returned to duty.

Still, four lives were changed forever, and all by a Saturday-night special -- a cheaply made .22 caliber pistol -- purchased in a Dallas pawnshop by a young man with a history of mental disturbance.

This nightmare might never have happened if legislation that is before Congress now -- the Brady bill -- had been law back in 1981.
Heat.
Named for Jim Brady, this legislation would establish a national seven-day waiting period before a handgun purchaser could take delivery. It would allow local law enforcement officials to do background checks for criminal records or known histories of mental disturbances. Those with such records would be prohibited from buying the handguns.

The current gaps among states, those that have waiting periods report some success. California, which has a 15-day waiting period that I supported and signed into law while Governor, stopped nearly 1,800 prohibited handgun sales in 1989. New Jersey has had a permit-to-purchase system for more than two decades. During that time, according to the state police, more than 10,000 convicted felons have been caught trying to buy handguns.

Every year, an average of 9,200 Americans are murdered by handguns, according to Department of Justice statistics. This does not include suicides or the tens of thousands of robberies, rapes and assaults committed with handguns.

This level of violence must be stopped. Sarah and Jim Brady are working hard to do that, and I say more power to them. If the passage of the Brady bill were to result in a reduction of only 10 or 15 percent of those numbers (and it could be a good deal greater), it would be well worth making it the law of the land.

President Barack Obama heard the call of the American nation and he decided to work on getting things done! With the power of his pen, the president signed off executive orders to make law enforcement and those in the health industry to look into individuals with mental issues.

The proposal would instead affect the future production and sale of military-style weapons or high-capacity magazines.

"We are not going to go after existing stock of weapons or magazines," said a senior administration official. "We are going to limit it to the manufacturing of assault weapons and clips going forward."

The White House nevertheless insists that its package of proposals has teeth. It would provide law enforcement with the mechanisms needed to go after the illegal transfer of weapons and help prevent those weapons from falling into the wrong hands. It would also stem the use of military-style weapons -- the White House says its proposal would improve on the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban, which was riddled with loopholes -- and give schools and communities resources to address violence when it occurs.
President Barack Obama promised swift action to curb gun violence in the United States. He meets with survivor and gun control advocate Jim Brady.
The question, in some respects, is not what's missing from the set of ideas, but what took the administration so long to get to this point.

"It is not as though we had this whole policy paper sitting on the shelf somewhere," said a senior administration official. "[We worked] 24/7 for the past month. And we met with a lot of groups and we learned a lot of ideas that came as a result of this process. We tried to be as comprehensive as possible. We are hoping that as the process goes on and as the debate goes on, we might come up with some other ideas."

The president also knocked the Republican and Democratic members of Congress still focused on getting "A" ratings from the NRA. The members of Congress who vote against gun control usually are embraced by the NRA.

The president also makes note of the gridlock in Congress and urged the American people to demand representatives and senators to get things done on gun control.

The president also endorsed the NRA's idea of having more school resources and guards in the nation schools. The NRA has maintained that any proposals regardless of what the president does they'll oppose.

Given the opportunity to look into the entertainment industry (i.e. video games, rap music, rock music, movies, television, blogs), the president noted that educators and those who study health in children should look out for warning signs of violence. Also as a parent, the president also noted that no parent wants to lose a child whether at Newtown's Sandy Hook, the Clackamas Town Center, a place of worship such as the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin, the Aurora movie shooting, or the streets of Chicago.

This issue is developing and we here at Journal de la Reyna will keep you informed about the latest news in the president's proposals and the debate over gun control in Congress.

Aurora Shooter In Court! [NSFW]

Staring into the abyss.

White terrorist James Holmes is appearing in court and the families of each victim affected by the shooting at an Aurora, Colorado movie theater. The preliminary hearing is a chance for family members to face the killer.

Holmes being held in confinement. His mass shooting and the Sandy Hook shooting sparked national debate on firearms and gun control.

President Barack Obama ordered a review on how to tackle gun control. He asked Vice President Joe Biden to gather up supporters of gun rights and gun control to figure out a winnable solution.
Jon Blunk was gunned down in July after he and his wife attended the Batman: The Dark Knight Rises movie.
This week alone, we've seen the unhinged continue their path to insanity. This week, conspiracy kook Alex Jones didn't help his case for gun rights. He practically embarrassed himself on CNN last night. Wayne LaPierre and Larry Pratt, are proven to be WHITE EXTREMISTS by their flagrant attacks on the president and Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California). Feinstein, was a survivor of a mass shooting that killed Harvey Milk, a gay councilman who championed equal rights in San Francisco. The NRA and Gun Owner's Association are working overtime to rile up White extremist into believing the president is coming for their guns.

The Denver Post details what's going on in Aurora. The boombox would blare the music. Holmes was trying to booby trap his apartment for another massive attack on police if they should find him.

The music would draw the attention. The attention would jostle the door. The door would tug the fishing line.

The line would topple the thermos full of glycerin, and the glycerin would mix in the frying pan with the potassium permanganate to create a flame.

The flame would set the petroleum-soaked carpet on fire. The fire would light the fuses. The fuses would detonate the jars filled with homemade thermite, smokeless powder and stove-top napalm mixed with bullets. The white ammonium chloride sprinkled across the floor by the front door, that was just to scare the police.

And that, Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Garrett Gumbinner testified Tuesday in the second day of the Aurora theater shooting preliminary hearing, was one of two active explosive systems investigators found inside suspect James Holmes' apartment.

There was one more, Gumbinner said, that involved 6-inch fireworks shells, a commercial pyrotechnic firing box atop the refrigerator, another boombox, a toy car and a remote control placed by a Dumpster.

"The whole apartment would have either exploded or caught fire," Gumbinner said.

It didn't, but only because neighbors who heard the loud music just after midnight on July 20 didn't bother to bang on the door.

Gumbinner was one of two detectives who interviewed Holmes the afternoon following the early-morning shooting, hoping to gain insight into how to safely defuse the explosive tangle they say he created.

"He said he rigged his apartment to explode and catch fire," Gumbinner said. "He said he was hoping to send resources to his apartment rather than the theater. By resources I mean law enforcement."

Prosecutors honed their attention Tuesday on the devilish, meticulous plotting they say was behind the July 20 attack that killed 12 and wounded at least 58 others.
President Barack Obama meets with shooting victims in 2012 during the tragedy in Aurora, Colorado.
In addition to Gumbinner, an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent detailed the 16 separate purchases Holmes is accused of making to acquire the four guns; 6,295 rounds of rifle, shotgun and handgun ammunition; dozens of gun magazines; ballistic gear; weapon slings; two laser sights; two tear-gas canisters; hundreds of practice targets; explosive chemicals; fireworks supplies; handcuffs; and a military first aid dressing.

ATF agent Steven Beggs said the purchases — all from online retailers or the Gander Mountain and Bass Pro Shops sporting goods stores in the metro area — began on May 10 and ended July 14. There were five purchases, alone, in the first week of July.

An Aurora detective also testified about two online dating profiles Holmes placed on the websites Match.com and Adult Friend Finder. Det. Tom Welton said in both, Holmes asked the same question: "Will you visit me in prison?"
James Holmes official mugshot from Arapahoe County.
But, as prosecutors sought to establish premeditation in the attack, Holmes' attorneys also revealed more of their strategy.

After prosecutors finished questioning Beggs, defense attorney Tamara Brady asked him whether it was illegal, for instance, to buy body armor or tear gas. Beggs said it wasn't in Colorado.

"Is there any process in place in Colorado," Brady persisted, "to screen out whether a severely mentally ill person is purchasing these items?"

Beggs said no.

In afternoon testimony, Aurora homicide Det. Craig Appel testified that police did not request a blood sample from Holmes after he was arrested. He said Holmes' pupils were wide, but that "I saw now indication that he was under the influence of anything."

But under defense questioning, he said Holmes' behavior was at times odd while he was under observation.

Paper bags had been placed over his hands to preserve evidence and Holmes played with them as though they were puppets, Appel said. He also tried to place a staple into an electrical socket, he said.

Appel also testified that investigators collected six shotgun hulls, 204 live .223 shells and 65 .223 casings from the theater. Most of the casing were found near the door to Theater 9. The .223 ammunition is what is typically used in an AR-15 type weapon. Appel said some of the bullets went through the wall of auditorium and struck people in Theater 8.

Appel also said iPhone evidence shows Holmes purchased his ticket to the midnight showing of "A Dark Knight Rises" through Fandango. The ticket was issued for Theater 8, however patrons are allowed to move between theaters, so someone who purchased a ticket for Theater 8 could watch the movie in Theater 9, he said.

In earlier testimony Tuesday, 911 calls from inside Theater 9 were played in the courtroom.

A weeping 13-year-old girl can be heard with the chaos of the theater behind her.

"My two cousins, they're sitting on the floor ... one of them" is not breathing, the girl told the dispatcher.
The Century 16 reopens despite controversy. Many complain that it's just too soon to continue business as usual.
The teen's cousins were 6-year-old Veronica Moser-Sullivan and Veronica's mother, Ashley Moser.

The girl tells the 911 dispatcher who was trying to give CPR instructions, "I can't hear ... it's too loud ... I can't hear you. I'm so sorry."

Veronica was one of those who died. Moser was partially paralyzed.

The first 911 call came from Kevin Quinonez at 12:38 a.m., about 18 minutes after the movie "The Dark Knight Rises" started.

In the 27-second call, Aurora Police Det. Randy Hansen said he counted 30 booms, which were gunfire.

Quinonez' voice is frequently drowned out by the sound of the shots, but he can be heard saying, "There's some guy ... after us."
Lives were lost on July 20, 2012. The Aurora movie shooting was one of worst shooting in the nation's history.
Within a 10-minute period, dispatchers received 41 calls from the theater.

Some victims and family members had seats in the courtroom Tuesday and listened to the tapes as they were played. One woman covered her face with a handkerchief.

Beggs said that on June 17 Holmes bought shooting targets.

The new district attorney for the 18th Judicial District, George Brauchler, was among those in the courtroom Tuesday. He was sworn in Monday.

During the first day of testimony Monday, Aurora police officers who arrived at the theater early July 20 testified about apprehending Holmes and helping victims.

Rita Paulina, 45, whose arm was shattered in the attack, and her husband, Anggiat Situmeang, who carried her from the theater, went to the hearing Monday but refused to go into the courtroom, instead watching on a television feed set up for victims and families in another room.

The stories they heard triggered painful memories and stirred their emotions, said Situmeang, 47. As police recounted the scene they found at the theater, Situmeang recalled, "my tears were coming out."

When Paulina saw Holmes she grew frightened that he would leap up and commit mayhem in the court itself. "Our minds go back to six months ago," Situmeang said.

Sam Soudani, father of 23-year-old victim Farrah Soudani, said Monday that his daughter attended with several friends and co-workers from Red Robin.

Farrah Soudani was hit by an explosive device in the theater, her father said. She lost her spleen and a kidney and had a big gash in her side

"I'm the father. I'm here to hold her hand. Personally, I don't want to be here."

"She had a really hard time looking at him," he said of Holmes. "He has no emotion. He's like a robot."

Prosecutors hope to show there is enough evidence against Holmes for him to stand trial on 166 counts of murder, attempted murder and other crimes for the shootings at the Century Aurora 16 movie theater that left 12 dead and at least 58 injured.

Gunman Kills NY Firefighters And Sister!

Gunman: The gunman, identified by police as William Spengler opened fire as soon as the firefighters arrived, killing two firefighter volunteers
WHITE EXTREMISM/WHITE TERRORIST AND FIREARMS!

Ever since the reelection, conservatives and extremists were buying up firearms in bulk. The National Rifle Association weekend talk show blitz was a disaster. They continue to blame entertainment and President Barack Obama for the Sandy Hook shooting. The conservative agitating media continues to poke the bee's nest of violence. First The Drudge Report, Breitbart, Fox Nation and The Blaze post up controversial stories that paint Blacks and Hispanics as the enemy. The readers look at these stories and begin tossing a word salad. They're sending more threatening and offensive statements online. Some comments appear to show racism at its finest.

The Republicans are atone to their concerns and are continuing this ongoing gridlock with the nation's debt ceiling and are stubbornly taking us the fiscal cliff. The sequester possibility is decreased to at least 43% in likely passing. The possibility was 57% at the time.

The newest tragedy starts Webster, New York. The people of the small town are mourning this holiday! A gunman who had no business holding onto a firearm started a massive fire and then launched an assault on firefighters.

Two firefighters were killed. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those who were lost in this senseless tragedy. The Telegraph reports this tragedy. The Associated Press and Rochester Democrat also provide all the information to this story.

William Spengler, 62, armed himself with three weapons, including a Bushmaster assault rifle - the same type of weapon used by Sandy Hook Elementary shooter Adam Lanza - and set his house afire to lure first responders into a death trap.

Two firefighters were shot dead and two others are hospitalized. Spengler killed himself as seven houses burned around him Monday.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that a body - believed to be his sister Cheryl Spengler - was found in the charred rubble of his home.

Police lieutenant Mike Chiapperini (left) and Tomasz Kaczowka, (right) a 911 dispatcher, who had both volunteered with the West Webster fire department tragically died in the shooting
Tomasz Kaczowka was killed in ambush.
Cheryl, 67, lived with William at the home he burned down early Monday in Webster, New York.

A family friend of William Spengler says he 'couldn't stand' his sister and said the two had a difficult relationship.

Police have not confirmed for certain that the charred remains are Cheryl's, but it is believed she died in the house.

Police are investigating whether a fight with her sparked the shocking violence - which took place just ten days after the elementary school shootings in Newtown, Connecticut.

William Spengler has a history of brutality against his family. In July 1980, he beat his 92-year-old grandmother Rose Spengler to death with a hammer. He served 17 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter. He was released in 1998.

Authorities believe he used an assault rifle to kill Webster police Lieutenant Mike Chiapperini, 42, and Tomasz Kaczowka, 19, a rookie 911 dispatcher who was best friends with Lt. Chiapperini's son.

Spengler, who shot himself dead after a brief firefight with police, is a convicted felon and cannot legally own a gun in New York.

However, somehow, he was able to obtain an assault rifle - the same type of weapon that was used to murder 20 first graders and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14. Police say Spengler also had a handgun.

Roger Vercruysse, who claims Spengler was a good friend when they lived next door in Webster, a Rochester suburb, said Spengler 'couldn't stand' his sister, Cheryl Spengler. Police were unable to locate her since the home she shared with William Spengler was burned down.

Mr. Vercruysse said Spengler 'loved his mama to death.' Arline Spengler died in October, and Mr. Vercruysse wonders what effect that had on her 62-year-old son. He says he thinks William Spengler 'went crazy' after she died.

Police say they don't have a motive for the killings on the shore of Lake Ontario.

However, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reports that detectives believe a fight between William Spengler and his sister Cheryl, whom he lived with, could have sparked the horrific violence.

The victims, Lt. Chiapperini and Kaczowka, were public servants who bravely volunteered to be firefighters in their off-hours.

Lt. Chiapperini was a community leader who was heavily involved as a volunteer firefighter and had held nearly every post at the fire house. He even trained Mr. Kaczowka, who spent three years of high school training in the department's Explorer program.

In addition, two full time fire men, Joseph Hofsetter and Theodore Scardino were shot and wounded by the gunman and are currently in nearby Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, along with John Ritter, an off duty police officer who was hit by shrapnel from the volley of bullets.

Lieutenant Mike Chiapperini was killed in ambush.

Mr. Hofsetter, who is also a full-time firefighter with the Rochester Fire Department, was hit once in the pelvis and the bullet lodged in his spine, authorities said. Mr. Scardino was hit in the chest and knee.

All three men are in a guarded condition according to West Webster fire Chief Gerald Pickering, who confirmed that there was only one gunman and that it appears the fire was started as a trap.

'It does appear it was a trap set for first responders,' said a visibly emotional Pickering at a press conference this morning.

'These people wake up in the middle of the night to fight fires, they don't expect to get shot.'

Monday's shooting and fires were in a neighborhood of seasonal and year-round homes set close together across the road from the lakeshore. The area is popular with recreational boaters but is normally quiet this time of year.

'We have very few calls for service in that location,' Pickering said. 'Webster is a tremendous community. We are a safe community, and to have a tragedy befall us like this is just horrendous.'

O'Flynn lamented the violence, which comes on the heels of other shootings including the massacre of 20 students and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.

'It's sad to see that that this is becoming more commonplace in communities across the nation,' O'Flynn said.

Webster, a middle-class suburb, now is the scene of violence linked to house fires for two Decembers in a row.

In the aftermath of the burning fire, 33 residents were evacuated from the picturesque lakeside community as fire chief's allowed the fire to burn unchecked destroying four homes and damaging 4 others.

'All of our thoughts and prayers go to the families and friends of those who were killed in this senseless act of violence,' New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said in a statement.

Joseph Hofsetter was injured in the shooting and was rescued by a police SWAT team in the town of West Webster
Joseph Hofsetter was shot and injured.
'The contributions made by the fallen and injured officers in Webster will never be forgotten,' said New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

'As this investigation unfolds, we stand with our partners in law enforcement to ensure that lethal weapons are out of the hands of dangerous people, so that the brave New Yorkers who risk their lives every day to protect us are not exposed to additional danger,' he added.

'There's a heightened awareness to this kind of violence in light of what happened in Connecticut,' said Maggie Brooks, leader of the local administration in Monroe County, the area which includes Webster.

'We have first responders and we have families who are in pain and crisis today and we need to, as a community, keep them in our thoughts and prayers,' Mrs Brooks said, adding that it was a 'very, very difficult day.'

One neighbor who was walking her dog at the time of the shooing said that she saw a car driving away from the scene at around 90 miles an hour.

She said the car was being driven erratically by a male driver and it is believed that the occupant was fleeing the incident
A gunman has reportedly shot and killed two men and injured another two in the town of Webster, New York in an incident this morning
The shooter William Spangler wanted to kill as many people as he could.
'It's just a miserable thing to happen this time of year, any time,' Assemblyman Mark Johns, who represents the district and said he was friends with at least one of the victims, told WHEC.

'People who volunteer to come down and help others, to be shot at, wounded, killed. It's terrible.'

Of course these senseless tragedies happen in the suburbs. They managed to make the national news. Everyday a shooting happens and some make the 5pm news or the national news.

In Pennsylvania, a gunman last week killed four people before killing himself.

Yeah, The NRA Took A Self Inflicted Bullet In The Head!

David Keene and Wayne LaPierre may have inflicted more harm!
Republicans and their conservative agitators rush to the defense of the gun organization. Wayne LaPierre and David Keene go onto the television to defend themselves from harsh criticism by gun control advocates.

“If it’s crazy to call for putting police in and securing our schools to protect our children, then call me crazy,” LaPierre told NBC’s David Gregory. “I think the American people think it’s crazy not to do it. It’s the one thing that would keep people safe and the NRA is going try to do that.”

President Barack Obama has tasked Vice President Joe Biden with the job of consulting with members of the Cabinet and outside organizations to come up with legislative proposals by next month.

When asked about this initiative, LaPierre said, “if it’s a panel that’s just going to be made up of a bunch of people that for the past 20 years has been trying to destroy the Second Amendment, I’m not interested in sitting on that panel…. The NRA is not going to let people lose the Second Amendment in this country.”

While they were shooting off their mouths, two New York firefighters were killed.

A petition was posted by extremists on the White House website. They're petitioning for deportation of British entertainer Piers Morgan. The CNN anchor and Britain/America's Got Talent host was the scorn of gun nuts because of his harsh criticism of the NRA.

David Gregory and President Barack Obama were scorned by conservative agitators for having protection for their children. The NRA was criticizing the president for having armed protection!

The NRA only solution to the problems of the world, get more guns! MORE GUNS FOR THE WHITE GUY AND NO GUNS FOR THE BLACKS, HISPANICS, AND MUSLIMS!
