Two Of New York's Most Wanted Down One!

Richard Matt is caught. Matt was one of the two suspects who escaped the iron college. These two dangerous individuals broke out of the iron college in Northern New York.

Matt ate a lead sandwich after ignoring federal authorities. He was spotted in Malone, NY. Matt was the ringleader and player in the iron college.

He wooed a woman into smuggling the contraband for him and his buddy David Sweat to escape.

Matt's life on the run was 21 days. His life ended on June 26, 2015.

David Sweat is still at large and he's still somewhere between where they've escaped and the Canadian border.

 Briefly, Matt decapitated his old boss. He was served up 25 to life in the iron college.

Sweat and a friend put a cop in the wooden box. He was served up LIFE in the iron college.

Matt and Sweat managed to get out on through the "honor" block. They managed to work the system for a clean break. That break has American lawmakers reconsider privileges at our nation's iron colleges. Again, interns to the iron college do have some rights. They do have a right to no cruel and unusual punishment. But all the goodies that are given for "good behavior" are no longer available at the Clinton Correctional.

Joyce Mitchell and Gene Palmer were caught in this escape. Mitchell the co-leader got indicted on aiding in the escape by contraband. She was fired from the iron college. She's being held up on a $$$$$$$$ get out of jail free card. She will face up to a decade in the iron college.

Gene Palmer was also charged to. He looked the other way when Mitchell handed off some goodies to the escape interns. He is being charged with negligence and smuggling contraband.

He faces the judge on Monday.

LOL Smiley Face As Two Lifers Escaped The Iron College!

Richard Matt and David Sweat managed to breakout of the iron college. Clinton Correctional is one of the toughest iron colleges. The law vows their escape will be short lived.

The conservatives will certainly find some blame in this. They will immediately blame Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo and Bill de Blasio for two dangerous inmates escaping from the iron college. They actually had the audacity to leave a smiley face underneath their bed sheets.

Conservatives are often concern trolls when it comes to criminal behavior. They automatically blame liberal governors and softies on not establishing the death penalty.

New York is one of the states that has no death penalty.

Say if this was in Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, California and Ohio?

This is the word vomit of the "would haves". They like to make accusations of liberal policies leading to criminal violence.

The feds and state patrol are searching for the two. These two men had LIFE in the iron college. One killed a deputy and another killed his former boss and dismembered the body. Now escaping from the iron college will net state charges. But since the feds are involved in this, expect this to be a federal charge.

These two had inside help. And of course, the warden will interview all the employees. Clinton Correctional is one of the country's most toughest iron colleges. It's maximum and it was one of the very few iron colleges that interns have a rare chance to escape.

Who the hell gave them power tools?

Who was responsible for bed check?

How did they figure out the layout?

So now there's a nationwide BOLO on Richard Matt and David Sweat. These men are considered armed and dangerous. The law also warned those who aid in their escape will be charged as well.

They will automatically go to federal time out. They will head to a Supermax if they are apprehended. If they are willing to go out like that, the feds and state will plug them with lead.

CNN got something to talk about. They told tales of their daring escape. Something out of a movie, right?

Richard Matt, 48, and David Sweat, 34, were discovered missing at the 5:30 a.m. "standing count" of inmates at the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, New York State Police said on the agency's Facebook page.

An intense manhunt was underway with more than 200 law enforcement officers looking for the men -- the first to escape from the maximum security portion of the prison, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said at a press conference.

Laughing all the way out of the iron college, two interns leave the guards a "Have a nice day" note.

"These are dangerous people," he said. "They are nothing to be trifled with."

The prisoners apparently were last seen at 10:30 p.m. Friday during a standing count, authorities said.

Head counts are performed every two hours throughout the night when guards visually check to see whether inmates are in their bunks, Clinton Correctional Facility Supervisor Steven Racette said.

Matt and Sweat tricked the guards by arranging things in the bunks to look "like people were sleeping ... with these sweatshirt hoodies on," the governor said. The inmates were discovered missing at the 5:30 a.m. inmate count.

The men had side-by-side cells and apparently had obtained power tools to cut through the steel wall in their cells, authorities said.

The escapees followed a catwalk "down an elaborate maze of pipes into tunnels and exited a series of tunnels at the manhole cover," Cuomo said.

Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo is pissed. The prison warden and governor actually walked through the escape route.

Prison officials took Cuomo through the escape route.

"It was elaborate, it was sophisticated," he said. "It involved drilling through steel walls, steel pipes."

Authorities don't know how the prisoners got the power tools. Clinton Correctional Facility was built in 1845 and undergoes regular maintenance, so it's possible the tools came from the contractors and workmen who are often inside the facility, Cuomo said.

Sweat was serving life without parole after being convicted first-degree murder in the death of a Broome County sheriff's deputy on July 4, 2002, state police said.

Matt is serving 25 years to life. He was convicted on three counts of murder, three counts of kidnapping and two counts of robbery after he kidnapped a man and beat him to death in December 1997, the state police said.

The prison in the northeast corner of New York is the state's largest iron college with a population of 2,689 inmates, the corrections department said.

Rep. Bill Shuster got the money shot from a lobbyist and the media is concerned about his ethics.

There's a whole lot of loving going on in the city of Altoona, PA.

Again, I don't give a rats ass about what goes on in the private lives of politicians. Why the junk food media made this a story is the fact that a powerful Republican lawmaker who has the power to issue funds to roads is caught up in an affair with a lobbyist.

The lobbyist is a part of a growing field of "I'll give you head" if you give me "$$$$$".

The lawmaker Republican Bill Shuster (R-PA) admits to having a relationship with a lobbyist.

He admits to cheating on Rebecca, his wife of 20 years.

According to the Cook Partisan Voting Index, Shuster represents the the 9th Congressional District. It was the most Republican district in Pennsylvania (and the Industrial Midwest), then with a score of R +17. Redistricting slightly increased the number Democrats in the district, with the addition of majority-Democratic Fayette County as well as the some of the Democratic portions of Washington County.

The price of gerrymandering. The Democrats can win the cities of Altoona, State College and Johnstown but fail at winning the district because it's strongly Republican.

Shuster has been resting comfortably in this district. For that he was promoted to be the chairman of House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

According to the insiders, he's a known player around the Capitol. He charms them ladies. All the while playing the game on his wife and children.

He finally tells the world that he's in love.

He's in love with his lobbyist. Shelley Rubino a former Democratic political operative now works at Airlines for America, a trade association for the major U.S. airlines.

Shuster and his mistress are circled. Politico broke the news of the improper and unethical relationship.

Shuster got a bundle of cash from this group. Matter of fact, Shuster gets top billing from the airline industry. Shuster and his staff are drafting bills to make the airline industry get away from the gubmint.

The FAA is trying to impose strong regulations on airlines and Shuster and his Republican friends are not willing to allow it to happen.

The Politico broke the story and now the junk food media is wondering did Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) know about this relationship?

Shuster is the son of Bud "Mr. 99" Shuster.

Papa Shuster was a major player in Pennsylvania politics. As a lawmaker, Papa Bud was the guy who advocated a lot of pork and beans in Altoona, Johnstown and State College.

He managed to turn U.S. 220 into Interstate 99. The highway is being worked on from New York and it will end at its current terminus in Bedford near the PA Turnpike (Interstate 70 and 76). If it's possible Interstate 99 will continue into West Virginia, Virginia and end near Greensboro, NC.

Papa Shuster resigned from office after the FBI was looking into political corruption. He bounced before he could be served the papers. When he left, his son Lil' Bill got into the act and been in the Congress for over a decade.

Lil' Bill is a big supporter of the Interstate 69/Pan American Highway (aka NAFTA Superhighway).

The Republican Congress is willing to shelve out millions to the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. The highway will continue from its former terminus in Indianapolis and head towards Texas.

In twenty years, Interstate 69 will connect Canada to Mexico. The Interstate will start from Port Huron, MI and end in three points, Brownsville (I-69E), the cities McAllen and Pharr (I-69C), and Laredo, Texas (I-69W).

I-69 will travel from Michigan to Texas.

This adds to the list of controversial issues plaguing this inept Congress.

Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) is indicted on political corruption. He was involved in a scandal involving his friend who lobbied for Medicare benefits. Menendez also was involved in a sex scandal with underage Dominican Republic prostitutes. He was cleared of any involvement.

Aaron Schock, former U.S. Rep. from Illinois resigned after it was revealed he was spending like sailor and hiding his debts. Schock was a power broker in their Republican 2010 and 2014 victories. Schock's departure leaves Republican governor Bruce Bruner a crucial spot to be filled.

Michael Grim, former U.S. Rep from New York resigned after being reelected. He was indicted by the Department of Justice for taking bribes and tax evasion. The Republicans hope to retain the seat. It's in Staten Island, the only conservative part of New York City.

This clown Shuster released a video criticizing the president. He claims that the president shut down the coal mines and processing plants because of the EPA's regulations.

Mario Cuomo And Edward Brooke Passed Away!

Two legendary politicians passed away this month. The former New York governor and liberal titian Mario Cuomo passed away this month. And we just found out that Edward Brooke, the first Black senator from Massachusetts has passed away.

Mario Cuomo was an American politician and member of the Democratic Party. He served as the 52nd Governor of New York for three terms, from 1983 to 1994,

Lieutenant Governor of New York from 1979 to 1982, and Secretary of State of New York from 1975 to 1978.

Cuomo was known for his liberal views and public speeches, particularly his keynote speech at the 1984 Democratic National Convention where he criticized Ronald Reagan's policies.

The speech brought him to national attention, and he was widely considered a front-runner for the Democratic nomination for President in both 1988 and 1992, but he declined to seek the nomination in both instances. His legacy as a reluctant standard-bearer for the Democrats in presidential elections led to him being dubbed "Hamlet on the Hudson".

Cuomo was defeated for a fourth term as Governor by George Pataki in the Republican Revolution of 1994, and he subsequently retired from politics. He was the father of five, including Andrew Cuomo, the current Governor of New York, and journalist Chris Cuomo, currently at CNN.

He died of natural causes due to heart failure in Manhattan, New York City on New Year's Day, 2015.

President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Senator Edward Brooke, the first African American Republican to be elected since Reconstruction.

No other senator of African heritage was elected until Democrat Carol Moseley Braun of Illinois in 1993. As of 2014 Brooke was the only African-American Senator to serve multiple terms. He was elected to the Senate as a Republican from Massachusetts, defeating former Massachusetts governor Democrat Endicott Peabody in a landslide. He served for two terms, and was defeated by Paul Tsongas in the 1978 senate election.

Brooke was the last Republican Senator elected from Massachusetts until Scott Brown was elected in 2010. At his death in 2015, Brooke was the oldest living former Senator.

In 1967, he was awarded the Spingarn Medal from the NAACP.

In 1966, Brooke defeated former Governor Endicott Peabody with 1,213,473 votes to 744,761, and served as a United States Senator for two terms, from January 3, 1967, to January 3, 1979.

The black vote had, Time wrote, "no measurable bearing" on the election as less than 3% of the state's population was black, and Peabody also supported civil rights for blacks. Brooke stated "I do not intend to be a national leader of the Negro people", and the magazine stated that he "condemned both Stokely Carmichael and Georgia's Lester Maddox" as extremists; nonetheless, his historic election gave Brooke "a 50-state constituency, a power base that no other Senator can claim." In 1967, he served on the President's Commission on Civil Disorders. He was a member of the moderate wing of the Republican Party and organized the Senate's "Wednesday Club" of progressive Republicans who met for Wednesday lunches and strategy discussions. Brooke, who had supported Michigan Governor George W. Romney and then New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller's bids for the 1968 GOP presidential nomination against Richard Nixon's, often differed with President Nixon on matters of social policy and civil rights.

By his second year in the Senate, Brooke had taken his place as a leading advocate against discrimination in housing and on behalf of affordable housing. The Apples, Oranges And Sunshine!

Florida is a boom state.

That annoying conservative agitator was ranting about how New York's Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo's snapping at conservatives when they stalled his gun control legislation. He decreed that he would be "moving" to Florida or Texas just to get away from the socialist governor and mayor of New York City.

Looks like he's getting his wish. His gullible listeners are high tailing it out of New York for better.

The U.S. Census declared that Florida will be the third largest state in general population.

Both states have an equal amount of population. Roughly 20 million respectively. But Florida beats the New York by 500,000 or so.

So the estimates is 20.4 in Florida and 19.9 in New York.

New York lost two House seats in the U.S. Census redistricting. Florida gained two. Texas gained four.

So a lot of people are hoping along the I-95 (Interstate 95, longest noth-south freeway) for the warmer.

Florida added almost 300,000 new residents from 2013 to 2014, or a little more than 800 new residents a day. By contrast, New York grew by only 51,000 over that time period.

Florida likely reached the milestone sometime last spring, but it wasn't official until the Census said so.

An Associated Press analysis earlier this year showed that ex-New Yorkers represented about 1 in 10 new Florida residents. Migrants from other countries made up about a quarter of Florida's new residents.

Florida has a way to go before it catches up with California and Texas, the largest and second-largest states. California has 38.8 million residents; Texas has 27 million residents.

The other states rounding out the 10 largest in the nation are: Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina and Michigan. North Carolina slipped by Michigan for the ninth spot on the list.

Six states saw population declines: Illinois, West Virginia, Connecticut, New Mexico, Alaska and Vermont.

Fueled by an energy boom, North Dakota was the fastest-growing state in the nation, even though it is still the fourth least-populous state in the union. Its population increased 2.2 percent and now stands at 739,000. The other fastest-growing states from 2013 to 2014 were Nevada and Texas, which both had population increases of 1.7 percent.

Ohio will soon compete with North Carolina for the seventh most populated state spot.

Chicago will compete with Houston for the third largest city spot.

Bill de Blasio, the mayor of New York pissed off the police union after he told the nation that his son Dante (born of mixed race) has to be even careful when being confronted by police. The police union must have ignored the many officer involved shootings of unarmed citizens. The outrage from the Black community is the fact that those officers used deadly force on unarmed citizens and managed to beat the conviction rap.

de Blasio, Cuomo and Shawn Carter (aka Jay-Z) have been very passionate about the decision to allow the NYPD officer walk. They have a right to be upset.

That conservative agitator and those who supported the decision to allow the officer walk are passionate about it. They deserve the right to gloat.

Loserville thinks media mogul Jay-Z is a former "crack dealer".

The famed media mogul and rapper got royal treatment from the racist right. Chief Roger's news outlets labeled the media mogul a "crack dealer" after he met with New York governor Andrew Cuomo to discuss the issues surrounding law enforcement and the communities they serve.

In the wake of many shootings involving unarmed citizens and those in law enforcement walking free, this sparked a passionate and yes contentious debate over race, class and politics.

According to the New York Post/Loserville Nation, the governor’s spokeswoman, Melissa DeRosa, on Wednesday described their confab in Cuomo’s Midtown office as “productive.’’

The two discussed “a top-to-bottom review of the criminal justice system and how we can all work together to pass a reform package,” she said.

The rapper built his musical career on songs about his past criminal exploits slinging crack in Brooklyn’s Marcy housing project.

One online report lists 187 references to crack or cocaine on his 12 solo albums, including last year’s chart-topping “Magna Carta Holy Grail.”

In addition to his rap boasts about drug dealing, his criminal justice experience includes being charged with stabbing people and bashing them on their heads with bottles at his favorite city nightclubs.

David Laska, a spokesman for the state GOP, was outraged about the meeting.

“Given Jay-Z’s history with the law, he’s as serious a source on police policy as Vladimir Putin is on freedom of speech,’’ he said.

You Can't Be That Nice!

Young woman's good deed lands her in the courtroom and soon the iron college.

A woman may face life in the iron college. You know why?

Because she had to stop for a few ducks on the roadway.

Over in Montreal, a woman faces life after she was found guilty of stopping on the highway to help a family of ducks. Unaware that her vehicle was in the lane of a motorcycle rider and his daughter. The motorcycle riders crashed into the back of her vehicle and was thrown off.

The Associated Press reports that Emma Czornobaj was convicted by a jury on two counts of criminal negligence causing death, a charge that carries a maximum life sentence, and two counts of dangerous driving causing death, which comes with a maximum of 14 years in jail.

Ducks crossing the roadway. Often people try to help them and risk killing themselves or the animals they try to help.

The 25-year-old was charged in the deaths of Andre Roy, 50, and his daughter Jessie, 16.

She wiped away tears when the verdict was delivered to a packed courtroom in Montreal. Quebec Superior Court Justice Eliane Perreault said the 12-member jury voted unanimously.

Czornobaj was released until her pre-sentence hearing on Aug. 8.

Roy's motorcycle slammed into Czornobaj's car, which was stopped in the left lane of a provincial highway south of Montreal in 2010.

Czornobaj, a self-professed animal lover, told the court that she did not see the ducklings' mother anywhere and planned to capture them and take them home.

Defense lawyer Marc Labelle said his client was stunned by the jury's decision.

"The fact that she was involved in the accident in the first place was a hard experience for her," he said. "The fact that she had to go through a trial with a lot of publicity was tough and to be confirmed by 12 citizens, the jury, that the conduct was criminal is a hard blow."

Pauline Volikakis, whose husband and daughter were killed in the collision, briefly fought back tears when she left the courtroom.

"I don't wish misfortune on anyone," Volikakis said. "It's time that we go on. This will not bring (back) my loved ones."

Prosecutor Annie-Claude Chasse had a message for motorists.

"What we hope is that a clear message is sent to society that we do not stop on the highway for animals. It's not worth it."

Some of the prostitutes are turning to the online world instead of the streets.

Facebook, Twitter, POF, Badoo, OkCupid, backpage, Craigslist, and eHarmony are the new way for prostitutes to meet their johns. The pimps are becoming more equipped with the internet as well.

They'll recruit young women who are often runaways and drug abusers to be their "lovers" and "best friends".

They'll play psychological games in their heads. The pimp will give them "candy" or tell them the tales of being not wanted. Usually it begins with the promise in making a little extra money either through stripping or modeling.

Some women (and transgender women) are likely to engage in drugs and practice in unsafe sex. That's gives the risk of sexuality transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS.

 A crew of New York City strippers scammed wealthy men by spiking their drinks with "molly" or other drugs, then driving them to strip clubs that ran up tens of thousands of dollars on their credit cards while they were too wasted to stop it, authorities said today. A banker and a real estate attorney were among four unnamed victims who lost at least $200,000.

DEA and NYPD investigators arrested four women—all described as professional strippers—earlier this week on charges including grand larceny, assault, and forgery; one of the women is expected to appear in state court in Manhattan later today following appearances yesterday by the other three, including suspected ringleader Samantha Barbash.

Samantha Barbash was arrested for grand larceny, prostitution and human trafficking.

Investigators say the women arranged to meet the men at upscale bars in New York and Long Island, dosed them, then took them to Scores in Manhattan and the RoadHouse in Queens, where they were charged for private rooms, expensive meals, drinks, and other services. The clubs paid the women for the visits, but the establishments are not facing criminal charges, authorities say.

One of the women, Karina Pascucci, and the manager, Carmine Vitolo, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday in state court in Manhattan. The other three defendants, including suspected ringleader Samantha Barbash, were arraigned on Tuesday.

Barbash's attorney, Stephen Murphy, said Wednesday that his client denies the charges. Pascucci's lawyer, Patrick Parrotta, said his client is a college student with no criminal record who worked as a waitress at Scores in Manhattan but never stripped there. A lawyer for Vitolo, Murray Richman, denied charges the club manager helped set up the men.

According to Drug Enforcement Administration and New York Police Department investigators, the scheme began with the women going on "fishing" expeditions at bars in midtown Manhattan and on Long Island to lure in victims. On follow-up dates, they secretly dosed the victim's drinks with the stimulant methylone, commonly known as "molly," or the tranquilizer ketamine.

The dazed and confused victims were driven to Scores and the RoadHouse in Queens, where their credit cards were swiped and unauthorized charges recorded, some as high as $50,000. The clubs paid the women a fee, but the establishments were not facing criminal charges, authorities said.

"The defendants were banking on the victims being too afraid to contact the police, but as the indictment and arrests show, they made a serious miscalculation," Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan said.

Last month, Scores sued Younan, saying he owed the club $135,303 for unpaid services. According to the lawsuit, the doctor disputed the charges by saying "he was drugged by plaintiff's employees and thus did not authorize the charges" — a claim the club says is contradicted by security video showing him freely showing up there on four separate occasions.

The arrests exposed how "my client was preyed upon by this ring and not responsible for charges to his credit card," Younan's attorney, Michael Weinstein, said Wednesday.

There was no immediate response to phone messages left Wednesday at Scores and the RoadHouse.

I've clicked on a story that Mediaite had on a woman named Janelle Ambrosia and her racist tirade at a western New York Dollar General.

At first I thought this was one of those run of the mill stories in which they embarrass the person.

No it's just another story that makes me think that even with a Black president, this stuff exist.

I am guessing Breitfart is claiming this woman is a liberal Democrat. After all she comes from New York. A state that has a 2:1 ratio in Democrats. After all she a woman and a stripper. She listens to hip-hop music and has a lot of "Black friends".

She even had a "Black cousin".



Now all of sudden the media picks up on it and now the woman gets death threats and accusations of her being a racist bitch.

Ambrosia calling him all manner of slurs while he sits in his car and does the old give-em-enough-rope thing. It’s unclear what prompted the argument between the two, though she mentions several times that his “starting his car” had scared her children.

Throughout the video the woman claims to be on the phone with, alternately, her husband and her lawyer. At one point she dares the man taking the video to call the cops, because she’s “stripped for so many of them.” She also accuses the man of taking the video so he could put it up on YouTube, which he most certainly did.

When she talked to a local radio station, she went even further down the hole. In a tearful interview, Ambrosia swore she was not a racist, but was bipolar, and that her ex was attempting to use the video to obtain custody of her children.

Janelle Ambrosia is taking a lot of heat after this.

“I’m not a racist, I have a black cousin,” Ambrosia said, adding that the man had called her a “Crackheaded cracker” before the video.

Big Rob asked how the word “nigger” entered the equation.

“Quite frankly, if you look it up, nigger means an ignorant person,” she replied. “It has nothing to do with race. But it’s okay for him to call me a racist or honky. That’s racist.”

“I’m really not a racist, I was just pissed off,” she said. “If he didn't try to almost hit my kids, none of this would have happened.” She declined a chance to apologize.

NY State Controller Calls Melissa Harris-Perry A "Damn Dirty Ape!"

Jim Coughlan is world class douche. The Dutchess County New York Controller is hoping to win another term as a state senator. Somehow his words will come back to haunt him.

Word got out that the politico made some nasty comments about MSNBC (Obama News) host Melissa Harris-Perry on the social networks.

The stupid politico sent a tweet telling Harris-Perry to “keep your stinking paws off my kid, you damned dirty ape.”

Coughlan made the comment in response to an ad that Melissa Harris-Perry made in which she made reference to the need for communities, not just parents, to take responsibility for the well-being of children.

Melissa Harris-Perry will respond to this. Trust me, she doesn't play around.

“We have never invested as much in public education as we should have because we've always had kind of a private notion of children: ‘Your kid is yours, and totally your responsibility,’” Harris-Perry says in the ad that remains controversial among conservatives.

Last year, Harris-Perry done a bumper for her network and she made the comments that sparked a firestorm.

A few words got the racist right riled up. And to top that, she didn't do anything wrong to begin with.

Coughlan claims that he didn't intend on saying something considered racist. He didn't know the commentator was a "BLACK" person.

Yeah, right!

Republicans said they fear his Twitter history could keep them from regaining a Senate seat they long-held until two years ago.

The 44 year old energetic politico has gained a reputation for his personal involvement in public service, including going on a ten-day hunger strike outdoors to draw attention to the dangers of open-air drug dealing, living on a "food stamp" budget to raise awareness of food insecurity, shoveling the driveway of a constituent upon request, allowing Hurricane Sandy victims into his home, helping a constituent propose to his girlfriend, rescuing a dog from freezing temperatures, saving a woman from a house fire at his own risk and rescuing a dog that had been locked in a crate. He is an avid Twitter user and played collegiate football at Stanford.

There will be two members of the U.S. Senate who are Black.

Booker and Republican Senator Tim Scott signaled that they'll run for reelection to have a complete term.

In 2012, Tim Scott was promoted by Republican governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina. She appoint him to replace Jim DeMint. The controversial firebrand Jim DeMint quit the Senate to become president of The Heritage Foundation.

In 2013, Frank Lauterberg passed away paving the way for Booker to take on the challenge.

I'm sure by now you have heard about Andrew Coumo's idiotic comments in which he used the phrase "Shuck and Jive". This is racist at worst and just plain insensitive at best. The exact quote is below:

What Coumo meant to say:

"You can never prove it was about Obama. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Besides Nig**** are too sensitive anyway."
