| No justice for John Crawford III. |
Five years ago, a Hamilton, Ohio man goes into a Beavercreek Walmart with his girlfriend. He enters the sporting goods aisle and finds an open air rifle firearm outside its packaging. He picks it up and gets a call from the mother of his children.
While he on the phone with the mother his children, a white shopper noticed him walking the aisles.
He decided to call 911 to report a man in Walmart with a firearm ready to fire.
So two Beavercreek officers head into the Walmart guns drawn. As the young man was on the phone in the pet supplies aisle, the two officers were in position. As soon as the young man turns around, he was shot. He was shot twice and fell to the floor. During the shooting, another shopper had a heart attack and she died.
The story was told about a crazed gunman inside a Walmart. It turns out that wasn't the case. It was a fatal police shooting of a man who didn't pose a threat.
The cops were placed in the freezer pending an investigation into the matter. During that time, the white shopper changed his tune about the ordeal and believed the young man didn't pose a threat.
The second cop was cleared of any wrong doing and returned to active duty. The cop who shot the young man remained in the freezer.
The shopper who had a heart attack was buried and leaves behind two children.
The young man that was shot by the cops was buried and leaves behind two children.
The state attorney general and county prosecutor decided to withhold the video footage of the shooting and audio footage of the call despite calls from civil rights groups and the family.
The county prosecutor decided to not indict the cop who shot the young man. The state attorney general would not indict the cop. The state attorney decides to release the full unedited footage of the 911 audio and video of the shooting.
The cops didn't wear body cameras. The state agreed with the cop who shot the young man. The cop claimed that he gave two verbal commands to drop his weapon. Other shoppers dispute the cop. Some claim that the young man screamed at the cops that it wasn't a real gun. Some say that the young man cried that he didn't do anything wrong and why did they shoot him!
The young man's girlfriend was questioned relentlessly by Beavercreek Police. The state attorney released the full video of the questioning in which the girlfriend was crying and telling the law that her boyfriend was no criminal and she didn't know he picked up a firearm or had any knowledge of any shooting. She stated that she and him were just shopping for groceries and he wanted to get his older child a toy.

The Beavercreek Police places the cop who shot the young man on desk duty. The cop is still in limbo. He is on the fence of either being fired out the cannon or placed on restrictions to keep him from being on the streets.
The family sues the police and Walmart. The federal court case is still pending and the city has spent nearly $1 million in legal defenses.

The young man's girlfriend would later die in a fatal car crash in Dayton, Ohio. The girlfriend and her new boyfriend were both killed. The girlfriend leave behind three children.
The state attorney general who denied footage and failed to prosecute the cop would later run for governor and win. He is currently Ohio's governor and has rolled back firearm laws and signed off Blue Lives Matter-based legislation. In August 2019, the city of Dayton had a mass shooting. The governor now being pressured to do something. He and his fellow Republicans are hoping the news cycle dies down and they can move forward without doing anything.
The U.S. Justice Department under Barack Obama and later Donald J. Trump decided to not indict any players involved in the John Crawford III shooting. The federal government concluded that the evidence didn't show malice despite video evidence showing the cop who shot the young man didn't give him enough time to disengage.

Do we ever get justice?
Well the state didn't charge Ritchie for making a false call. The caller can't be sued because it was not of any ill-intend actions according to the state.
Crawford's family continues to blast the junk food media and the gun culture. You see that one white terrorist managed to scare folks in Springfield, Missouri at a local Walmart. There were two other white terrorists going into a Kansas City area Walmart with firearms scaring up folks.
None of them died.
The El Paso terrorist massacred 22 individuals before being caught without a bullet fired. Now he's in federal time out on suicide watch. Because he said that he rather be dead than to face the victims he's hurt.
There are no real winners. Justice will not be served. That cop can live his normal life with scrutiny.
People should not ever live like this.

Cops have to be babysitters, therapists, bullies and enforcers. Some cops do their jobs by actively working in communities of color. Those are the good cops. The bad cops often post bullshit on social media, support white nationalist rhetoric, assume all people of color are acting suspiciously and make bogus claims to unlawfully search your car and home. They are the ones who make good cops' job a death sentence.
If the terrorist was Black, Hispanic, Muslim or an immigrant, you would expect Donald J. Trump to tweet something offensive and call for more restrictions.
WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS.
THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA OR HIS FAMILY LIFE.
MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?
WHENEVER SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT LACK OF BLACK FATHERS, I CONTINUE TO DENOUNCE THIS BULLSHIT. I REMIND THEM THAT THE POLICE KILL BLACK FATHERS. THE POLICE LEAVE CHILDREN OF COLOR WITHOUT A BLACK FATHER. AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY COULD BRING THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE KILLED BY THE COPS.
