Yang was angry at Juwan Royal and tried to make his life miserable.
While Juwan was in class, this terrorist would taint his clothes, food and drinks with a deadly chemical called thallium. That chemical could disrupt the nervous system and possible kill anyone who ingest it. This happened over a period of time where the terrorist would wait for the victim to leave before he could contaminate the food, clothes and drinks.
Thallium is tasteless and odorless and has been used by murderers as a difficult to detect poison. It is found in trace amounts in the earth's crust. Thallium has not been produced in the United States since 1984, but is imported for use in the manufacture of electronics, low temperature thermometers, optical lenses, and imitation precious jewels. It also has use in some chemical reactions and medical procedures. Thallium was used historically as a rodenticide, but has since been banned in the United States due to its toxicity from accidental exposure.
Thallium can be absorbed into the body by inhalation, ingestion, and skin contact. Ingestion is an important route of exposure.
This lasted several years. Juwan was experiencing some discomfort when he was eating food, drinking milk and using his mouthwash. Juwan experienced symptoms that included dizziness, shaking and vomiting.
A blood test later found that he tested positive for the thallium.
Juwan remembered on time, he drank out of his water bottle and noticed his tongue started to burn.
The terrorist told him to wash his mouth out but Juwan's tongue stayed sore for days.
The terrorist drew on his bed in explicit terms (NIGGER, "Get Out Of Here!") on his bed.
The terrorist tried to play the shit off like it was a joke.
The Northampton County Boys didn't like this joke. They seized the terrorist computer and found evidence. The terrorist was purchasing chemicals online but then tried to justify it by saying he'll end it all if he got bad grades.
He admitted to tampering with the food and drinks.
Juwan was shocked. He said that he was fairly cordial with the terrorist and thought he was a good friend.
Turns out this "friend" didn't like him and wanted to harm him.

The terrorist lost his student visa and if convicted he could face up to 20 years in the iron college. He is from the People's Democratic Republic of China. He will likely have his passport seized.
He will likely be deported upon release.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
