Joe Jackson In Dire Straits!

The end is near for the patriarch of the Jackson family.

The Chicago Tribune reports that Joe Jackson is reportedly at the final stages of cancer.

TMZ reports that the 89-year old father of Michael and Janet Jackson has been battling cancer for "some time" but is now in the "end stages."

Most remember Joe as the abusive father who stressed the family out. As the manager, he would often whip the children with belts and switches.

According to the junk food media, Katherine and the family are heading to Las Vegas to say goodbye.

The Jackson family also includes, Jackie, Randy, Tito, La Toya, Jermaine, Marlon and Rebbie.

Joe has a daughter named Joh'Vonnie, from a 25 year love affair with Cheryl Terrell.

Joe and mother Kathryn had made their children, iconic entertainers. Each of the children have gold records.

Jermaine told The Daily Mail that his siblings were trying struggling to get information on their father's condition.

"No one knew what was going on --- we shouldn't have to beg, plead and argue to see our own father, especially at a time like this. We have been hurting. We were not being told where he was and couldn't get the full picture. Even from the doctor. My mother was worried sick."

Many in the junk food media have talked about cancer and her death. About 3:00pm our time, the junk food media broke the news that Michael Jackson was in the hospital with a stopped heart.

Around 5:30pm, the medical examiners concluded that Michael Jackson had died. Immediately the junk food media went from normal programming to live coverage. On most television and a handful of cable networks broke the news.

The death of Michael Jackson touched everyone. Whether you loved him or hated him, Jackson's impact on pop culture has brought music culturally.
