Trucker Cheated Death And Cop Bullets!

Kentucky police arrest a man who survived a 40 foot fall off a freeway bridge.
In Cincinnati, a trucker from Florida survived a 40 foot fall off Interstate 471.

He also survived not being shot by the police. He was fighting with the K9 after the fall.

The Bellevue, Kentucky police stopped a semi truck driver from going the wrong way near the Daniel Beard Carter Bridge.

The trucker was detained and tried to struggle.

He tripped over debris in the road and took a fall over the bridge.

The police were worried the suspect was severely injured.

So as they got into the brush, they noticed that the suspect was gone, they got a police dog to find him.

The suspect got into the brush and the dog got him. As the dog bit him, he managed to restrain the dog. The cops performed the Taser deploy and it stopped him from injuring the dog.

As he was cuffed, the police told him to stop moving, he survived a brutal fall.

So he was arrested and hauled off to the hospital. Eugene Lydell, a 55 year old trucker from West Palm Beach, Florida was treated for bruises and dog bites. He was released from the hospital and placed into Campbell County lockup.

He faces resisting arrest and misdemeanor battery on a police officer (and dog). His traffic violations could have him calling a family member to pick him up.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Count his blessings that he wasn't a victim of a fatal accident or a police shooting.
