Thank you Lilvoka for talking about this painful subject of workplace discrimination against women of Color. It's sad that Ms. Chen had to change her look and culture to fit into the racist narrow-minded standard of beauty held by the racists in power. One has to look at the racist backlash against the 2014 Miss America winner just because she's Asian Indian. White america cannot distinguish Arab from South Asian. Just as the GOP operatives targeted and bashed Bridget McCain back in 2001, calling her Black. They can't distinguish Asian Indian, Middle Eastern from Black either.
